Statement by the Central Committee of the All-Union Communist Party Bolsheviks (CC AUCPB) in connection with the 130 th annJ.V.ersary of the birth of J.V. Stalin
December 21, 1879, 130 years ago, Joseph Stalin (Dzhugashvili) was born - the greatest statesman and political figure, the greatest military leader, a prominent theoretician of Marxism-Leninism, the student and the continuer of great Lenin, the head of the world's first multinational state of workers and peasants –the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics, the leader of the working class, workers, the oppressed and dispossessed masses throughout the world. Stalin went down in history as a leading politician of the twentieth century, as the creator of the first ever multi-ethnic state of the dictatorship of the proletariat.
As the largest proletarian revolutionary, J.V. Stalin was one of the main organizers of the struggle of the proletariat against the tsarist Russia, the landowners and the bourgeoisie, the preparation and implementation of the socialist revolution in Russia. Great is his role in the fight against the White Army and interventionists during the Civil War, in the implementation of industrialization and collectivization of agriculture in the struggle to build socialism and the independence of the Soviet Union, the strengthening of world peace. Much of the credit belongs to the J.V. Stalin in the ideological struggle with the enemies of Leninism - the Trotskyites, right-wing opportunists and bourgeois nationalists and various revisionists. In his theoretical works that have enduring value, J.V. Stalin, defending Leninism creatively developed the Marxist-Leninist theory in relation to the construction of socialism in the USSR. This has been important for the international workers' and communist movement. His most recent theoretical work, “Economic Problems of Socialism in the USSR "(1952) had a great influence on the development of the Marxist foundations of the political economy of socialism. J.V. Stalin, stressing the objective nature of economic laws under socialism, formulated the basic economic law of socialism: "To ensure maximum satisfaction of the constantly growing material and cultural needs of society through the continuous expansion and improvement of socialist production on the basis of higher techniques. "Economic Problems of Socialism in the USSR" are testament J.V. Stalin, the new generation of builders of communism in the USSR.
J.V. Stalin has always emphasized the need to strengthen the Soviet state, the intransigence of class enemies, and vigilance against counter-revolutionaries, saw the potential threat to socialism in the USSR. Now, more than half a century after the death J.V. Stalin, you see the justice and the vision put forward in his position that the Soviet state as we move forward in building socialism, the class struggle in the country will be increasingly exacerbated. Rejecting of this thesis, a mocker of his disdain in the Khrushchev and Brezhnev times, opened the gates of creeping counter-revolution, was a prelude to the downfall of the cause of building communism in the USSR.
Indisputable is the colossal role of Stalin as military leader of the Soviet people in the defeat of German fascism in the Second World War, in the formation after the end of the war of a powerful world socialist camp.
In the work of the party, the Bolshevik Party and Soviet State in strengthening the defence capabilities of the country in connection with the "cold war" against the socialist camp, started by former allies in the anti-Hitler coalition in the construction of missile and nuclear capabilities of the USSR is an enormous role in person J.V. Stalin. Creating on orders of Stalin and the test in the Soviet Union in August 1949 of the atomic bomb prevented the possibility of unleashing a World War III by the imperialists with the use of nuclear weapons.
The outstanding work by J.V. Stalin was highly appreciated by the Soviet government. He was awarded the title of Hero of Socialist Labour (1939), Hero of the Soviet Union (1945) and the Generalissimo of the Soviet Union (1945). He was awarded three Orders of Lenin, the Order of Victory of the Red Banner, Suvorov 1-st degree and medals.
The death of J.V. Stalin (March 5, 1953) interrupted the rapid movement of our country forward - towards communism. Then came to power petty-bourgeois neo-trotskyite group of N.S. Khrushchev that rejected the Stalinist strictly scientific and inextricably linked with the practical needs of society plans to move to communist construction, slandered the leader and laid the foundations for the gradual drift of our country back to the capitalist slavery. Degeneration of the Communist Party and the proletarian state, the gradual displacement of the working class from power, the introduction of capitalist elements in the socialist economy created economic, ideological, socio-political conditions for the bourgeois counter-revolution, carried out under the flag of Gorbachev's perestroika and led to the temporary defeat of socialism, the destruction of the socialist camp and of our great Soviet homeland.
At present the Soviet people, divided by national quarters is experiencing a real tragedy.
Interethnic conflicts and wars, multi-million mass unemployment and poverty, drunkenness at the hopelessness of life, massive drug use, months of unpaid salaries, pensions and scholarships to starvation, constant and rapid increase in food prices and essential commodities, the growth rates for housing and transportation services upsurge of crime and prostitution, family disintegration and child neglect, and as a result - the rapid extinction of the population. Here are the main satellites of capitalism restored in our country as a result of the victory of the counterrevolution and the destruction of the USSR.
The so-called Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS), established on the ruins of the Soviet Union, has shown its complete failure and incompetence. Bourgeois rulers of former Soviet republics faithfully serving thieves of oligarchic capital, in order to distract working people from the real cause of all their calamities and misfortunes - the revival of capitalism, a policy of disengagement and hostility towards people, inciting and pitting nations against each other and in the first place -- the great Russian people.
Transnational capital, American and Western multinational corporations and banks have become the real masters of the so-called "Sovereign" and "independent" states of the former Soviet republics, dictating the ruling political regimes of its own will, imposing financial and economic policies conducive to maximizing profits from the brutal exploitation of our people and plunder our natural resources.
"Colour revolutions" in Georgia and Ukraine, the scenario of Western puppeteers and funded by hundreds of millions of U.S. dollars, brought to power in these republics puppets of U.S. capital, conducting anti-Russia policies of open confrontation of fraternal peoples - Georgian and Russian (Mikhail Saakashvili, the 5 day war of Georgia against South Ossetia in August, 2008), pitting against each other of the two half-Slavic peoples - Russian and Ukrainian (Yushchenko), etc. And all this - for the sake of the interests of U.S. imperialism, Zionist capital of the world struggling for world supremacy and the extension of the existence of past exploitative system in the world - capitalism at its highest, imperialist stage. The struggle for the extraction of excess profits due to ruthless exploitation of cheap labour, plunder of natural resources and wealth in the first place - Russia, other republics of the USSR, through violence and the organization of the local bloody wars in the Middle East, as well as against other countries and peoples, not part of the so-called "golden billion" - this savage face of modern world Zionism and its practices through policies adopted by the United States.
Crushed by the need to survive and rabid anti-communist propaganda in all media, domestic and foreign, workers of the USSR did not want to put up with the pathetic plight of modern slaves and begin to rise to fight for their rights. There is a growing scale of the strike struggle in Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Central Asian republics and the Baltic. While this struggle is not organized and cohesive, the bourgeois regime still manages to divide and separate the fighters for their social and political rights. The reason for the weak activity of confrontation - is in the degeneration of society in the period after Stalin. During the years of Khrushchev and Brezhnev, the working class, working people of our country lost much of its revolutionary character, the revolutionary spirit, to a certain extent became philistine and become a man in the street, waiting for the mercy of the powers that be and who believe their empty promises. Modern bourgeois harsh reality destroys illusions. The working people are increasingly aware that the parliamentary and presidential election campaigns only strengthen the power of capital and the ever-worsening situation of human labour. This is particularly evident in the current deep financial crisis that has engulfed the whole imperialist world. Output from the system of world crisis, the bourgeoisie, the big business trying to exercise only at the expense of workers, ruthlessly driven out on the street, and left without a livelihood and of themselves and their families.
The working class, working people has the only correct way, one weapon - the inflexible, firm and decisive struggle for their rights, solidarity, unity and organization in this struggle, class solidarity, mutual help and mutual assistance.
The working class, working people, referring to the experience of the Stalinist period of construction and protecting the gains of socialism, a period of struggle and victory, make the right conclusions for themselves. Public opinion is gradually unfolding in the direction of Stalin, to realize the greatness of deed of his life and activities devoted to improving the lives of working people.
The truth can not be killed or hidden. True stories swept away from its path by foul lies and slander of every kind of renegades, perjurers, corrupt lackeys of world imperialism and the enemies of socialism and the Soviet people, more than 50 years maliciously slandering Stalin, smearing the light of way, trying to erase or erase the memory of the Soviet people and all progressive humanity of Stalin.
Last year, the forgers of history in Russia decided to ascertain the impact of its malicious and slanderous anti-Soviet and anti-Stalinist propaganda, organized a television opinion poll "Name of Russia". The survey results led the organizers to a state of shock: in the first place came Stalin! Organization of double voting, disconnecting the phone number for votes in favour of Stalin, cutoff (theft) of one million votes in favour of Stalin, the servants of the current criminal capitalism, Russia has to remove the name of Stalin in the first place.
The television poll of opinion "Name of Russia" clearly demonstrated that despite continued for more than five decades of unbridled anti-Stalinist campaign of lies and distortions of history, recently re-assuming the character of anti-Stalinist hysteria, the name, and the cause of Stalin is alive in people's memory. Today, there is an unlimited demand, for each more or less truthful book about J.V. Stalin and the Stalin era. There is a growing stream of people coming to his modest grave at the Kremlin wall, to pay tribute of respect and love to J.V. Stalin.
We Bolsheviks can say with justifiable pride that since its inception on Nov. 8, 1991, our Party, the AUCPB held and now holds a clear and precise position on promoting the personality of J.V. Stalin, of enormous historical significance of his ideological and practical activities in world history. The evidence of this are our books, articles, Stalin conferences, rallies, demonstrations, pickets. The return of opinion recently in the direction of Stalin, the growth of interest in his personality and activities, we refer to the merits of our party - the All-Union Communist Party of Bolsheviks. If the 90-ies of the last century, our fellow travellers in the communist movement, shied away from us, bearing in demonstrations portraits of Stalin, they are now (RCWP-PKK), represented by their leaders to adopt the plenary meetings of their party statements to remember Stalin on special dates like fervent Stalinists with the slogan - "Glory to Comrade Stalin!". Or another obvious example - the leader of the Communist Party of the Social-Democrat Zyuganov, now stands as a ... zealous advocate (!) of Stalin in the TV show the Round Table. Head of Communist Party cells in Minsk - in the very recent past, an outspoken anti-Stalinist is now positioning itself as a "true Stalinist".
Leaders are forced to shift position by their party ranks who do not share the ideological position of their leaders.
Stalin prophetically once said, "... many of the affairs of our Party and people would be distorted, and spat upon, especially abroad, and in our country - too. ... And yet - no matter how events developed, the time will pass and the eyes of new generations will be converted to the cause and victories of our socialist motherland. Year after year, new people will come. They once again raise the banner of their fathers and grandfathers. And they will give due in full. This time - the respect and admiration for the heroic deeds of our grandfathers and fathers, who defended and build socialism under the leadership of the great Stalin, is already knocking at the door.
"Stalin - is our banner of fighting!" - Now, as before, -- is the
slogan of our party!

Заявление Центрального Комитета Всесоюзной Коммунистической партии Большевиков в связи со 130-й годовщиной со дня рождения И.В.Сталина
21 декабря 1879 года, 130 лет тому назад, родился Иосиф Виссарионович Сталин (Джугашвили) – величайший государственный и политический деятель, крупнейший полководец, выдающийся теоретик марксизма-ленинизма, ученик и продолжатель дела великого Ленина, руководитель первого в мире многонационального государства рабочих и крестьян – Союза Советских Социалистических Республик, вождь рабочего класса, трудящихся, угнетённых и обездоленных масс всего мира. И.В.Сталин вошёл в историю как крупнейший политик ХХ века, как создатель первого в истории многонационального государства диктатуры пролетариата.
Будучи крупнейшим пролетарским революционером, И.В. Сталин стал одним из главных организаторов борьбы российского пролетариата против царизма, помещиков и буржуазии, подготовки и осуществления социалистической революции в России. Велика его роль в борьбе с белогвардейцами и интервентами в годы гражданской войны, в осуществлении индустриализации СССР и коллективизации сельского хозяйства, в борьбе за построение социализма, за независимость Советской страны, за укрепление мира во всём мире. Большая заслуга принадлежит И.В. Сталину в идейной борьбе с врагами ленинизма – троцкистами, правыми оппортунистами, буржуазными националистами и различными ревизионистами. В своих теоретических работах, имеющих непреходящее значение, И.В. Сталин, отстаивая ленинизм, творчески развивал марксистско-ленинскую теорию применительно к строительству социализма в СССР. Это имело важное значение для всего международного рабочего и коммунистического движения. Его последняя теоретическая работа «Экономические проблемы социализма в СССР» (1952 г.) оказала большое влияние на разработку марксистских основ политической экономии социализма. И.В. Сталин, подчеркивая объективный характер экономических законов при социализме, сформулировал основной экономический закон социализма: «обеспечение максимального удовлетворения постоянно растущих материальных и культурных потребностей всего общества путём непрерывного роста и совершенствования социалистического производства на базе высшей техники». «Экономические проблемы социализма в СССР» стали завещанием И.В. Сталина новым поколениям строителей коммунизма в СССР.
И.В. Сталин неизменно подчёркивал необходимость укрепления Советского государства, непримиримости к классовым врагам, бдительности по отношению к контрреволюционерам, видел возможные угрозы делу социализма в СССР. Сейчас, спустя более полувека после кончины И.В. Сталина, понимаешь всю справедливость и дальновидность выдвинутого им положения, что по мере продвижения Советского государства вперёд в строительстве социализма, классовая борьба в стране будет всё более и более обостряться. Отказ от этого положения, глумливое его шельмование в хрущевские и брежневские времена, открыли ворота ползучей контрреволюции, стали прологом к крушению дела строительства коммунизма в СССР.
Неоспорима колоссальная роль И.В.Сталина как полководца Советского народа в разгроме немецкого фашизма во Второй мировой войне, в становлении после ее окончания мощного мирового социалистического лагеря.
В работе партии большевиков и Советского государства по укреплению оборонного потенциала страны в связи с «холодной войной» против лагеря социализма, развязанной бывшими союзниками по антигитлеровской коалиции, в строительстве ракетно-ядерного потенциала СССР, огромна роль лично И.В. Сталина. Создание по заданию И.В.Сталина и испытание в Советском Союзе в августе 1949 г. атомной бомбы предотвратило саму возможность развязывания империалистами III мировой войны с применением ядерного оружия.
Выдающаяся деятельность И.В. Сталина была высоко оценена Советским правительством. Ему были при¬своены звания Героя Социалистического Труда (1939), Героя Советского Союза (1945) и Генералиссимуса Советского Союза (1945). Он был награждён тремя орденами Ленина, орденами Победы, Красного Знамени, Суворова 1-й степени и медалями.
Смерть И.В. Сталина (5 марта 1953 г.) прервала стремительное движение нашей страны вперёд – к коммунизму. Пришедшая к власти мелкобуржуазная неотроцкистская группировка Н.С. Хрущёва отказалась от сталинских строго научных и неразрывно связанных с практическими потребностями общества планов перехода к коммунистическому строительству, оклеветала вождя и заложила основы для постепенного сползания нашей страны назад, к капиталистическому рабству. Перерождение КПСС и пролетарского государства, постепенное оттеснение рабочего класса от власти, внедрение капиталистических элементов в социалистическую экономику создало экономические, идеологические, социально-политические предпосылки для буржуазной контрреволюции, осуществлённой под флагом горбачёвской перестройки и приведшей к временному поражению социализма, разрушению социалистического лагеря и нашей великой Советской Родины.
В настоящее время советский народ, разделённый по национальным квартирам, переживает подлинную трагедию.
Межнациональные конфликты и войны, многомиллионная безработица и нищета, пьянство от беспросветности бытия, массовая наркомания, многомесячные невыплаты зарплаты, нищенские пенсии и стипендии, постоянный и стремительный рост цен на продукты питания и товары первой необходимости, рост тарифов на жилищно-коммунальные и транспортные услуги, всплеск преступности и проституции, разрушение семьи и детская беспризорность, и как следствие – стремительное вымирание населения. Вот основные спутники капитализма, реставрированного в нашей стране в результате победы контрреволюции и разрушения СССР.
Так называемое Содружество независимых государств (СНГ), созданное на обломках СССР, показало свою полную несостоятельность и недееспособность. Буржуазные правители бывших республик СССР, верой и правдой служа воровскому олигархическому капиталу, с целью отвлечь внимание трудового народа от подлинного виновника всех их бедствий и несчастий – возрождённого капитализма, проводят политику разъединения и вражды народов, натравливая и противопоставляя народы друг другу, в первую очередь – великому русскому народу.
Транснациональный капитал, американские и западные транснациональные корпорации и банки, становятся подлинными хозяевами в т.н. «суверенных» и «независимых» государствах – бывших республиках СССР, диктуя правящим там политическим режимам свою волю, навязывая финансово-экономический и политический курс, способствующий извлечению максимальной прибыли из нещадной эксплуатации нашего народа и грабежа наших природных богатств.
«Цветные революции» в Грузии и на Украине, осуществлённые по сценарию западных кукловодов и профинансированные ими сотнями миллионов американских долларов, привели к власти в этих республиках ставленников американского капитала, проводящих открыто антироссийскую политику стравливания братских народов – грузинского и русского ( М.Саакашвили, пятидневная война Грузии против Южной Осетии в августе 2008 г.), противопоставления друг другу двух единокровных славянских народов – русских и украинцев (В.Ющенко) и т.д. И всё это – во имя обеспечения интересов империализма США, мирового сионистского капитала, ведущего борьбу за мировое господство и продление существования последнего эксплуататорского строя на земле – капитализма на его высшей, империалистической стадии. Борьба за извлечение сверхприбыли за счёт нещадной эксплуатации дешёвой рабочей силы, грабежа природных ресурсов и богатств, в первую очередь – России, других республик СССР, путем насилия и организации локальных кровавых военных конфликтов на Ближнем Востоке, а также против других стран и народов, не относящихся к так называемому «золотому миллиарду» – вот звериный оскал современного мирового сионизма и его практики через политику, проводимую США.
Задавленные необходимостью выживания и оголтелой антикоммунистической пропагандой через все СМИ, «отечественные» и зарубежные, трудящиеся СССР не хотят мириться с жалкой участью современных рабов и начинают подниматься на борьбу за свои права. Ширится размах забастовочной борьбы в России, на Украине, в Казахстане, республиках Средней Азии и Прибалтики. Пока эта борьба недостаточно организована и сплочена. Буржуазным режимам всё ещё удаётся разобщить и разъединить борцов за свои социальные и политические права. Причина слабой активности противостояния – в перерождении общества в период после Сталина. За годы правления Хрущёва и Брежнева рабочий класс, трудящиеся нашей страны во многом утратили свой революционный характер, революционный дух, в определённой мере омещанились и превратились в обывателей, ждущих милости от властей предержащих и верящих их пустым обещаниям. Современная жестокая буржуазная действительность разрушает иллюзии. Трудовой народ всё больше осознаёт, что парламентско-президентские избирательные кампании только укрепляют власть капитала и всё более ухудшают положение человека труда. Особенно это ярко проявляется в ходе нынешнего глубокого финансово-экономического кризиса, охватившего весь империалистический мир. Выход из системного мирового кризиса буржуазия, крупный капитал пытаются осуществить только за счёт рабочих, безжалостно выгоняя их на улицу и оставляя без средств к существованию и их самих, и их семьи.
У рабочего класса, трудящихся есть единственный правильный путь, одно оружие – непреклонная, твёрдая и решительная борьба за свои права, сплочённость, стойкость и организованность в этой борьбе, классовая солидарность, взаимопомощь и взаимовыручка.
Рабочий класс, трудящиеся массы, обращаясь к опыту сталинского периода строительства и защиты завоеваний социализма, периода борьбы и побед, делают правильные для себя выводы. Общественное мнение постепенно разворачивается в сторону И.В.Сталина, к осознанию величия подвига всей его жизни и деятельности, посвященной улучшению жизни трудового народа.
Правду нельзя убить или спрятать. Правда истории сметает со своего пути гнусную ложь и клевету всякого рода ренегатов, клятвопреступников, продажных прислужников мирового империализма, врагов социализма и советского народа, более 50-ти лет злобно клевещущих на И.В.Сталина, пытающихся измазать грязью его светлый образ, вытравить или стереть его из памяти советского народа, всего прогрессивного человечества.
В прошлом году фальсификаторы истории в России решили удостовериться в результативности своей злобной клеветнической антисоветской и антисталинской пропаганды, организовав телевизионный опрос мнений «Имя России». Результаты опроса привели организаторов в состояние шока: на первое место вышел И.В.Сталин! Организацией повторного голосования, отключением номера телефона для голосующих «ЗА» И.В.Сталина, отсеканием (воровством) одного миллиона голосов «ЗА» Сталина, слугам нынешнего криминального российского капитализма удалось сместить имя Сталина с первого места.
Телевизионный опрос мнений «Имя России» воочию показал, что несмотря на продолжающуюся уже более пяти десятилетий разнузданную антисталинскую кампанию лжи и извращения истории, в последнее время вновь принимающей характер антисталинской истерии, имя и дело Сталина живут в памяти народной. Сегодня неограниченным спросом пользуется каждая мало-мальски правдивая книга о И.В. Сталине, Сталинской Эпохе. Ширится поток людей, приходящих к его скромной могиле у кремлевской стены, чтобы отдать дань уважения и любви И.В. Сталину.
Мы, большевики, можем с законной гордостью сказать, что с момента своего основания 8 ноября 1991 года наша партия ВКПБ занимала и ныне занимает ясную и четкую позицию в вопросе популяризации личности И.В. Сталина, огромной исторической значимости его идейной и практической деятельности в мировой истории. Свидетельства тому – наши книги, статьи, сталинские конференции, митинги, манифестации, пикеты. Разворот общественного мнения последнее время в сторону И.В.Сталина, рост интереса к его личности и деятельности мы относим к заслугам работы нашей партии – Всесоюзной Коммунистической партии Большевиков. Если в 90-х годах прошлого века наши попутчики по коммунистическому движению шарахались от нас, несущих на демонстрациях портреты И.В.Сталина, то сегодня они (РКРП-РПК) в лице своих лидеров принимают на Пленумах своих партий Заявления к памятной сталинской дате как истовые сталинцы с лозунгом – «Слава товарищу Сталину!». Или другой наглядный пример – лидер КПРФ социал-демократ Зюганов Г.А. ныне выступает… рьяным защитником (!) И.В.Сталина в телевизионном шоу за круглым столом. Руководитель ячейки КПСС в Минске – в весьма недалёком прошлом ярый антисталинец, ныне позиционирует себя как «последовательного сталинца».
Переориентироваться лидеров заставляют их партийные ряды, не разделяющие идеологическую позицию своих верхов.
Сталин пророчески как-то сказал «…многие дела нашей партии и народа будут извращены и оплеваны, прежде всего за рубежом, да и в нашей стране – тоже.…И все же – как бы ни развивались события, но пройдет время и взоры новых поколений будут обращены к делам и победам нашего социалистического Отечества. Год за годом будут приходить новые люди. Они вновь поднимут знамя своих отцов и дедов. И отдадут нам должное сполна». Это время – уважения и восхищения героическими подвигами наших дедов и отцов, защищавших и строивших социализм под руководством великого И.В.Сталина, уже стучится в дверь.

Statement of support by CC AUCPB on General Strike in Ireland on 24 November 2009
General strike in Ireland involved 250 thousand people
As the Russian website www.novopol.ru., reports, in Ireland on November 24, a general strike was held. It was attended by 250 thousand people, NTV reports (one of the central television stations of Russia). Officials, health workers and teachers were protesting against government plans to reduce the cost of salaries to state employees by 1,3 billion euros next year. Participants of the strike say they can not agree on a new reduction of their salaries after the transition to the anti-crisis budget, the newspaper notes K2Kapital with reference to BBC News.
Despite the ban, police also went on strike (by contract they have no right to participate in such actions). The guardians of order in protest decided not to penalize violators of traffic rules.
We, the All-Union Communist Party of Bolsheviks (AUCPB) welcome the courageous struggle of the Irish workers for their social rights against the bourgeoisie, which seeks not only to cover their expenses during the world crisis at the expense of workers, but also to obtain additional profits by stealing from employees. The current crisis was created artificially by the bourgeoisie itself and they have used it to increase their profits at the expense of workers forced to intensify their work, not only without having to raise wages, but also to directly reduce them.
The handwriting of imperialism throughout the world is the same. As the Russian website www.novopol.ru., reports, in Ireland on November 24, a general strike was held. Dear friends - members of our party and our supporters abroad, as well as our associates in other Communist parties and sympathizers! The Central Committee of the All-Union Communist Party of Bolsheviks congratulates you on the 92-th anniversary of the Great October Socialist Revolution! We wish all of you good health and success in our common struggle against imperialism and the bourgeois counter-revolution for the revival of our great country - the USSR!
We live and work in difficult times, fighting a very strong enemy - international imperialism and its strike force - Zionism, seeking world domination. Because of them, today there is bloodshed of civilians in different regions of the world, through their efforts organized by local pockets of war. Because of them the African people are dying of hunger. They hinder the construction of socialism in the DPRK and Cuba, and in Latin America the people have opted for a free and independent life from the dictates of the U.S.. Because of them and their puppets - Israel's population of Palestine is bleeding, and for many decades can not return to their historic homeland, to build their own independent state.
The counterrevolution in the USSR, generously funded by the West (the United States, primarily), carefully prepared, not only from other countries, but within our own society – are the enemies of the Fatherland, hidden from time to time in the deep crevices and caves, engaged in various acts of sabotage, for the decomposition of society and direct sabotage. Now they are all in sight - on television, in newspapers of different types, splashing poison and hatred for all things Soviet into the community, trying to tarnish our glorious Soviet history and its great leaders - Lenin and Stalin.
Having robbed the Soviet people, stealing from us all our public property, they now built palaces for themselves, bought islands in the Mediterranean Sea and not only there, hiding money in offshore and western banks which is stolen from the people. But they organized a feast during the plague, and no doubt that will end and people will regain everything that was stolen from them and make them answer for what they did - for the accelerated extinction of the population, for the birth of disabled children, for the moral decay of society, the complete lack of prospects for young people, for so popular nowadays suicide, for the poverty and powerlessness of our seniors, who have lost their lives and the forces defending our country and increase our public property for the pillaging of our natural resources, for treachery and betrayal of many of them of the Soviet oath, which they gave the working people, making their way up the ladder to the top to power. None of them can escape or get away from the people's court.
Strong pressure on us by the powers that be, the current poverty of the majority of the population have deprived us of some of the points of support and confidence in the victory of a new Socialist Revolution. We are confident - there is no reason to lose heart! We must get up from our knees, as is already being done by many, and go on the offensive. We Bolsheviks have done much during the years of counterrevolution. We have embarked on public opinion in favour of Stalin, despite the infamous dirty campaign of defamation and denigration of the leader. We have convincingly shown by comparing the advantages of socialist values over the bourgeois values, and awakened in many the desire to fight for the revival of socialism. We have chosen our path of struggle at this historical period. We are keeping up with history in the struggle against counterrevolution, forward to a classless society, which Karl Marx predicted. And we shall win! For us is the historical truth.

ELECTIONS, AS A MECHANISM FOR BUILDING THE POWER OF CAPITAL
To the Editor of the newspaper Raboche-Krestyanskaya Pravda" have recently arrived a lot of letters, telephone calls from rank and file members of the Communist Party of Ukraine (CPU) from different regions of Ukraine (from Dnepropetrovsk, Vinnitsa, Kherson, Odessa, Donetsk, Kherson and Kharkov regions, and others) criticizing the leadership of the CPU for its opportunistic action, particularly in relation to the article by P. Symonenko on state capitalism, as well as the relationship between the CPU and the VSR leadership.
And many ordinary members of the CPU believe that their party originally stood on revolutionary positions, and only gradually, especially in recent times, has degenerated.
It should be noted that this is not so.
Already, program documents by the CPU testified that the Communist Party is in name only and a Social Democratic Menshevik party of a parliamentary type, in essence.
Why did we, the Bolsheviks come to this conclusion?
The CPU recognizes all forms of property rights and mixed economy, and supports small and medium size businesses. On the question of coming to power, it gives priority to parliamentary forms and methods of struggle. It does not raise the question of the revolutionary smashing of the bourgeois state, the destruction of the bourgeois state machine and creating in its place the proletarian state, the state of the dictatorship of the proletariat. With regard to the socialist past, it stands on the positions of the XX Khrushchevite Party Congress, which denounced the so-called "Cult of personality" and threw mud and slandered (in the secret report by Khrushchev) outstanding Bolshevik successor and continuer of great Lenin – J.V. Stalin. It does not place the problem of the revival of the USSR, but is limited only by a so-called union of fraternal peoples. Etc.
But even Karl Marx and Friedrich Engels in “The Communist Manifesto” stated: “The Communists may sum up their theory in one sentence: Abolition of private property. And it is quite true. After all, Marxism-Leninism is the theoretical basis, the theoretical expression of the proletarian struggle for emancipation from exploitation and oppression. The basis for exploitation and oppression, as strictly scientific and convincingly demonstrated by Marx in Capital is private ownership of means of production. The proletariat, devoid of the historical development of all means of production, becomes a hired worker wage slave who is forced to hire himself out to the bourgeoisie (to sell their labour power, ie, the ability to work, which, as a result, becomes a commodity) to earn a piece of bread and to provide a meagre existence to his family. The capitalist, the owner of the means of production, does not pay the workers for all his labour, but only part of it. That is, working part-time for ourselves and for that, receiving wages, and the other part-time working for the bourgeois, making surplus value for him (in other words - the profit, as a converted form of surplus value) - the source of all wealth of the bourgeois class .
Also quite clear is that the capitalists will never give up their amassed wealth, will not voluntarily give it to the working class and all working people, just because their party won the elections. The proletariat can only take the power into their own hands in a revolutionary way, breaking the chains of wage slavery, destroying the bourgeois state and in its place creating a proletarian state (the dictatorship of the proletariat).
Here is what V.I. Lenin says on the matter, in his outstanding work "The State and Revolution:" “The main thing in Marx's theory is the class struggle. This is spoken of and written about very often. But this is not true ... Those who recognize only the class struggle, are still not Marxist, he may be even within the bounds of bourgeois thinking and bourgeois politics. To confine Marxism to the doctrine of class struggle - means limiting Marxism, distorting it, reducing it to what is acceptable to the bourgeoisie. A Marxist is one who extends the recognition of class struggle to the recognition of the dictatorship of the proletariat. In this is the most profound difference between a Marxist and the ordinary petty (as well as big) bourgeoisie. This is the touchstone on which should be experienced the real understanding and recognition of Marxism "(PSS, v.33 p.34). And further, Lenin said: "The essence of Marx's theory of state has been mastered only by those who understand that the dictatorship of one class is necessary not only for every class of society in general, not only for the proletariat which has overthrown the bourgeoisie, but also for the entire historical period which separates capitalism from "classless society", from communism "(ibid., p.35).
The state, as Marxism-Leninism teaches us, is an organ of oppression, the oppression of one class of exploited people, the class of workers – by another class, the class of exploiters.
The essence of the State, its class character is given very detailed by Friedrich Engels in his famous works "Anti-Duhring," The Origin of the Family, Private Property and the State, "Socialism: Utopian and Scientific”, etc.
"The State - is an organization of the wealthy class to protect it from the poor", said Engels (The Origin of the Family, Private Property and the State ", Moscow, Politizdat, 1989, p.179). And then he continues: "The state ... is a state only of the ruling class and in all cases remains essentially a machine for the suppression of the oppressed, exploited class" (ibid., pp. 183).
Marx, Engels, V.I. Lenin, analyzing the questions on the origin of the State and its essence, showed that the state as an organ of violence, an organ of the rule of a privileged minority over the oppressed, exploited majority of working people, ensures democracy for a minority, for the exploiters, the wealthy and is a ruthless organ of suppression of any discontent by the oppressed labouring masses. To do this, the exploiting state creates its own organs of repression, organs of violence: police, courts and, generally, the legal system, army, prisons, etc., etc. - who faithfully serve the interests of the privileged class, the interests of the bourgeoisie (if the question is of the bourgeois state), i.e., the interests of money.
And therefore, it is completely political naivety that one can attempt to wrest power from that of the bourgeois state by parliamentary means, by presidential-parliamentary election campaigns, as suggested to the working people of Ukraine by the Communist Party of Ukraine (CPU).
Only the proletarian state (the dictatorship of the proletariat) ensures democracy for the majority, for the workers, and uses repression, violence against the exploiting minority.
J.V. Stalin formulated the most important tasks, "the three main sides of the dictatorship of the proletariat:
1) Using the power of the proletariat for the suppression of the exploiters, to defend our country, to build closer ties with the proletariat of other countries for the development and triumph of the revolution in all countries.
2) Using the power of the proletariat for the final separation of workers and exploited masses from the bourgeoisie, to consolidate the alliance of the proletariat with these masses, for the involvement of these masses in socialist construction, the public management of these masses by the proletariat.
3) Using the power of the proletariat for the organization of socialism, for the abolition of classes, for the transition to a society without classes, into a socialist society. ... Just all these three aspects taken together, give us a full and complete concept of the dictatorship of the proletariat "(Stalin, Collected Works, Vol., Vol.8, p.30-31," Problems of Leninism ").
Rejection of the dictatorship of the proletariat, the reluctance to wage a revolutionary struggle to establish it, bears evidence of the opportunistic nature of the Communist Party of Ukraine. Indeed, the leadership of the CPU does not need this struggle. It is so well settled in the Ukrainian bourgeois state.
Therefore, we, Bolsheviks, stand entirely on the side of the VSR and the editorial board of the newspaper “Working Class”, headed by A.V. Bondarchuk, who not only exposes the opportunistic nature of the parliamentary CPU, but also works in the working class, actively participating in the wave of the labour and protest movement of workers.

ABOUT THE BLOC OF THE LEFT FORCES
On September 14, four political forces: the CPU (P. Simonenko), "Union of Left" (V. Volga), the party of "Justice" (S. Nikolaenko) and SDPU (o) (Yu Zagorodnii) signed a joint declaration of the electoral bloc of the Left and centre-left forces. As A.P. Simonenko emphasised (Communist »№ 72, 16.09.2009)", The Left Bloc has been created for the long term. The block will support a single candidate for presidential elections, will participate and put forward the general lists for elections to local councils and elections to the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
The Declaration of the electoral bloc of left and centre-left forces (published in Communist »№ 73, 18.09.2009) sets objectives: to prevent a looming catastrophe and lead Ukraine out of a deep crisis, end the regime of radical nationalists and return power to the people, as well as to eliminate the dominance of the oligarchs in the economy; send society on the socialist path of development and to stop predatory privatization, return to state ownership of strategic enterprises and industries, end violations of the Constitution and laws of the state, the status of Russian language raised to the state level, while strengthening the status of Ukrainian as the official language, eliminate the threat of fascist society, a radical reform of Ukraine's foreign policy with the restoration of relations of strategic partnership and cooperation with the CIS, primarily with Russia and Belarus, to prevent the inclusion of Ukraine into NATO and others
Immediately noteworthy is the item on the prevention of violations of the Constitution and laws of Ukraine. What does it mean? And the fact that P. Symonenko and Co and are not going to put an end to private property. After all, Article 41 of the Constitution declares: "The right of private property is inviolable". It follows that the intention to send society on the socialist path of development is no more than a phrase.
Eliminate the dominance of the oligarchs in the economy? This problem is nothing more than ridicule. So it broke up the oligarchs, ie, the billionaires and multimillionaires giving the people property belonging to them (more precisely, what they have stolen from the people). P. Symonenko becomes president, and the next day (figuratively speaking), the oligarchs line up in front of his Cabinet in place to deliver the businesses, corporations, holding companies, and especially banks robbed by them. Without the most severe class struggle, a life-and-death struggle, which will rise, by millions of working people, the oligarchs will not give anyone a dime. And P. Symonenko, as well as all the signatories, along with the declaration, know and understand this all too well. But they continue to sow the illusion of voting among our fine veterans regretting the loss of the socialist system and our temporarily destroyed great Motherland, and naively believe in honesty and justice of the bourgeois electoral system.
Eliminate the threat of fascist society?
Who is comrade Simonenko going to carry out this item with? With SDPU (o)? With the party, ideologue and inspiration which was by Leonid Kravchuk - traitor of the CPSU and the Soviet people, one of the major criminals, the destroyers of the USSR, who actively promoted the planting of nationalism and the revival banderovschina in Ukraine? With such allies, we will also "win" and prevent banderovschinu fascisation of society, as well as "eliminate oligarchic dominance in the economy."
On the possibility of returning power to the people by parliamentary means we have already mentioned above.
But this raises a specific question - will the oligarchs allow the representative of the block to the presidency?
In my opinion, the answer to this question is absolutely clear - no, it will not allow it!
It is interesting to note that in the same “Communist” (№ 65, 21.08.2009) was published an article by Svetlana Garages "We are aware"! And the preface to her article, the author has a famous saying by mathematics academician of Russia and not a communist Igor Shafarevich: "Do we understand it now! We do: there was a redivision of property, unprecedented in history. The hands of a narrow layer of oligarchs grasped assets - more than the gold of Peru, and the wealth of India. So can we imagine that all this will be put in jeopardy because of which the ballot box one of us in the elections places a tick? For such assets, world wars are being raged, and not a tick on a ballot paper! Influencing the results of the elections is futile - it's like trying to beat competitors. The purpose of elections is irrelevant to ascertaining the will of the people”. Everything said is clear and precise. Ordinary people have no effect on the election results. Everything is decided by tycoons, big business and money bags. And although the article by S.Garazha tried to downplay the significance of these words and even portrayed the CPU as a Leninist Bolshevik Party, which is "tightly holding hands, close to lots of steep and difficult paths" (sitting in the parliamentary and ministerial seats and receiving only rather small salaries from the ruling bourgeois regime - yes, dear Svetlana?), the problem remains the same.
In the modern era of decaying and dying imperialism, parliamentarism, elections at all levels and ranks are tightly controlled by big capital. The wealth of the bourgeoisie will not be given up without a fight! In the aforementioned article S. Garage quoted oligarch Boris Berezovsky: "Capital hires power, but the form of recruitment is called elections". All quite frank and clear. Playing with the bourgeoisie in elections by its rules, trying to oppose their millions and billions - is absolutely nonsense.
Moreover, the real power in Ukraine in the hands of the transnational corporations and banks, primarily American. And the U.S. will never allow to power in Ukraine a politician of pro-Russian orientation, speaking out for the restoration and strengthening of ties and cooperation between Ukraine, Russia and Belarus.
Therefore, we, the Bolsheviks, see our task - to expose the parliamentary-presidential election illusion, and to participate in the workers' struggle for their rights, instilling into this fight the elements of class consciousness and understanding of the historical mission of the proletariat to destroy the last exploitative system in the world - capitalism at its highest imperialist stage.

A NEW WORLD IS BORN
92 years ago, on November 7 (October 25, old style calender) 1917 in Russia, the Great October Socialist Revolution was carried out.
The revolution was prepared by an entire historical course of events. Aggravation of the extreme contradictions in Russia's multi-national society, grinding poverty of the working people, the loss of millions of working people (mostly peasants wearing soldiers' uniforms) of Tsarist Russia in the fields of the First World War, which the governments unleashed of the biggest imperialist powers on the planet and fought in the name of re-division of an already divided world, the seizure of colonies and markets for super-profits - all this had been the objective factors that led to the overthrow of tsarist Russia in February 1917 and, several months later - to the overthrow of the bourgeois Provisional Government and the transition of power into the hands of the working class and peasantry of Russia (dictatorship of the proletariat) as a result of the Great October Revolution.
The proletarian Bolshevik Party (RSDLP (b)) led by Vladimir Ilyich Lenin, founder of the party, the leader of the working class, led the insurgent people and the toiling masses of Russia and the world. The Party centre directing the uprising, which became the core of the Military Revolutionary Committee of the Petrograd Soviet, by decision of the Party Central Committee was headed by J.V. Stalin, a student, loyal aide and closest associate of Lenin.
Workers of the young Soviet republic, units and formations of the Workers 'and Peasants' Red Army, set up by V.I. Lenin in February 1918, survived the years of civil war and foreign military intervention by 14 imperialist states, routed the enemy and defended the gains of the revolution.
In December 1922, the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics was created - a voluntary association of countries and peoples, the world's first proletarian multinational state of workers and peasants.
The construction of socialism in the Soviet Union was implemented under the leadership of the All-Union Communist Party (Bolsheviks), headed by the successor of the cause of V.I. Lenin, Joseph Vissarionovich Stalin, the 130 th anniversary of whose birth will be in December (21.12.1879) this year. As a result of industrialization, agricultural collectivization and the cultural revolution, by the mid 1930-s in our country has eliminated the remnants of private ownership and exploitation of man by man, and socialist socio-economic relations had triumphed. By the end of the 30-s, the Soviet Union occupied third place in the world and the first - in Europe, in economic potential. Soviet power and socialism, friendship and brotherhood among the peoples of the USSR, the leadership of Lenin's Bolshevik Party, headed by J.V. Stalin, the unbreakable unity of the Party and people, the mighty Soviet Red Army, armed with the most advanced military equipment and weapons had become a solid foundation of the Great Victory over fascism in the Great Patriotic War (1941-1945). The Soviet Army was not only defending the freedom and independence of our country, but also liberated the peoples of Europe from fascist slavery, as many modern European politicians "forget" blasphemously by betting on a par with Stalin's socialism and Hitler's fascism.
The anti-Stalin campaign launched by Khrushchev's leadership, laid the ideological, political and socio-economic foundations for the gradual degeneration of the Communist Party and Soviet state, to the marginalization of the working class from power, and fostering within the party, the treacherous Gorbachev leadership. M.S. Gorbachev and his cronies in the guise of restructuring (perestroika) carried out a bourgeois counter-revolution. As rightly pointed out by N.A. Andreeva, General Secretary of the Central Committee of the AUCPB - inside the CPSU Central Committee had ripened the headquarters of the counterrevolution. As a result, the country suffered a temporary defeat of socialism, and the world's first state of workers and peasants - the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics, was destroyed.

Now, on the open spaces of our great country, torn to pieces into "sovereign principalities" by the national bourgeoisie, there reigns capital.
WORLD FINANCIAL CRISIS
has hit almost all the imperialist system, and has only exacerbated the suffering of the masses in the republics of the former Soviet Union, revealing the unsightliness and anti-human nature of capitalism.
Even in the "Communist Manifesto" Marx and Engels showed that the bourgeois mode of production with its "epidemic of overproduction" will inevitably cause crises. The productive forces at the disposal of bourgeois society "do not serve to further the development of bourgeois property relations, on the contrary, they have become too powerful for these conditions, the bourgeois relations of delaying their development, and so soon as they overcome these fetters, they bring disorder into the whole of bourgeois society, endanger the existence of bourgeois property. Bourgeois society is too narrow to comprise the wealth created by them. - How does the bourgeoisie get over these crises? On the one hand by enforced destruction of a mass of productive forces, on the other hand, by the conquest of new markets and more thorough exploitation of old ones. What, then? The fact that it is preparing more extensive and more devastating crises and reducing the means to counteract them "(p.31-32).
Currently, the world's leading politicians, as well as the scholars, economists, political scientists, sociologists and pundits serving them, talk about the near completion of the crisis and the release of major economies from recession. Evidence of this, in their view, are, in particular on the improvement of economic indicators in the leading Western countries like Germany and France, where growth in the 2 nd quarter amounted to a 0.3% improvement in stock market indices, rising oil prices, etc.
At the September summit of G-20 in Pittsburgh (USA), world leaders in their Final Declaration that: they "came at a critical moment of transition from crisis to recovery, to leave behind the era of irresponsibility ..." "We want growth without extreme cycles ... "" Sustainable economic development is the core for the reduction of poverty.
Fidel Castro, analyzing the results of the summit of the " Big Twenty", said: "The idea of capitalist development without a crisis - it is a great illusion that the United States and its allies want to sell to countries with emerging market economies participating in the G-20. Fidel also stressed that China has the biggest reserves of convertible currency in the world, "is the main creditor of the United States", that is, quite simply, thanks to gold and currency reserves (gold reserves), China, exceeding 2 trillion. U.S. dollars, China is saving the crumbling American economy, helping it stay afloat. Debts of the two most developed capitalist countries in the world, the U.S. and Japan, further notes that Fidel Castro is 20 (!) Trillion. dollars (ie, one third of total world GDP). And he concludes: "The United States can not build a model of economic development. This finding again confirms the Marxist-Leninist conclusion that imperialism has outlived itself and is an obstacle for the further development of human civilization.
USA. The U.S. budget deficit this year is close to 1.8 trln.doll. (13% of GDP), and the Fed (Federal Reserve), the U.S. continues to print dollars. The United States for many years has the largest in the world absolute value of government debt. It rose from 33% of GDP in 1980 to 56% of GDP in 1990 and exceeded 70% of GDP in 2008, topping the mark of 9 trillion. U.S. dollars. At the same time, as noted by observers of the information-analytical web edition "Today Roux, the U.S. financial system was faced with another challenge. Finance Minister Timothy Geithner called in early August for the Congress to increase the upper limit of public debt for the country to avoid technical default. Now this limit is set at 12.1 trillion dollars and is expected to soon be overtaken. Otherwise, the U.S. will not be able to serve their state bonds, which hold reserves of other countries and major financial corporations. It is possible that in the end the first time in postwar history, the U.S. national debt may exceed 100% of GDP.

Unemployment in the U.S., as we mentioned earlier, has reached 9,5% of the labour force and gripped millions of people.
Speaking in August at a conference in Bangkok, a Nobel laureate in economics Joseph Stiglitz noted that "the global financial crisis marks the collapse of American-style capitalism."
CHINA. In the media there is a lot of merit material on China, that its economy has withstood the crisis and continues to steadily and confidently develop, stunning the world with its success. The IMF forecasts that the Chinese economy is expected to surpass Japan and into second place after the United States as early as next year.
However, many overlook that China under the leadership of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) has long being passing along the capitalist path of development and has come to its highest imperialist stage. Behind the general statistics on the growth of prosperity of the Chinese people and the victory over poverty, there hides the fact of its rapid social differentiation. Thus, the US-based CNN referring to the rating published by the Shanghai business online edition of the Hurun Report, argues that China surpasses the U.S. in the number of billionaires. According to the annual calculation, in China there are 130 "official" billionaires, but there are actually twice that number, believe the drafters of the rating. The number of Chinese millionaires have already exceeded 800 thousand. The world crisis has only accelerated the growth of a galaxy of Chinese super-rich. In 2008 there were 101 people, and in 2003, China did not know people with this amount of wealth. (According to the magazine Forbes, the U.S. is believed to be the country of billionaires, the number of which is 359 people.). A typical Chinese billionaire is a man 50 years old, who began business about 16 years ago, usually in the development business (ie business related to investments in real estate – A.M.). His hobbies are swimming, golf and travelling, and the favourite countries – are the U.S., Australia and France. 102 women appear on the list of thousands of the wealthiest citizens of China. And at the other end of the scale – are a few tens of millions of unemployed. According to official figures from the National Bureau of Statistics of China, by the end of 2007 the number of rural dwellers living in abject poverty stood at 14.79 million. And, in conditions close to the poverty line, live 28.41 million rural residents. In the same year, only 25.7% of residential buildings in the village were supplied with electricity and gas (see "2000», № 39, 25.09-1.10.2009).
As we have written above, China has the world's largest gold and currency reserves, which for July-September, rose to 141 billion dollars and the end of September totalled 2.27 trillion. dollars (the second largest gold reserves in Japan - 1.05 trillion. dollars, in third place - in Russia - 412,7 billion dollars). Many analysts have noted the deep financial and economic relationship and interdependence of the economies of China and the United States. The United States – is the world's largest consumer market, with which are tied many exporting countries, including China. And, in fact, the gold reserves of China (and Japan and Russia) keep the U.S. economy afloat. With increasing inflation and the weakening of the dollar, in equal measure the gold reserves of the countries concerned have depreciated. And so the countries - largest holders of dollar reserves and U.S. Treasury bonds, are not interested in the depreciation of their reserves (gold reserves). At the same time, the deterioration in the financial and economic situation in the United States and a weakening U.S. dollar would adversely affect the economy of the Peoples’ Republic of China (PRC) (in equal measure, but on a smaller scale, this relates to the financial systems of Japan and Russia, pregnant with dollars). Moreover, some researchers believe that the situation in China's economy amid the global financial crisis is not as good as being depicted by official statistics. In the opinion of I. Verkut and R.Vasilishin (see "2000» № 41 of 9-15.10.2009), "in reality, China's economy is in recession, pointed directly by the collapse of energy consumption and reduction in the volume of transport by 10-12% at an annual rate" (the authors are talking about the results of the first half of 2009). The interlocking of the economies of the U.S. and China makes them a sort of Siamese twins, when the survival of one is inextricably linked to the existence of another, and the collapse of one economy would inevitably entail the collapse of another. So much for the "socialist" China, which keeps the economy afloat of the main imperialist powers in the world, and, with it, objectively, prolongs the existence of a dying imperialism.
RUSSIA. According to the audit and consulting company FBK, among the G-20 countries, Russia's economy fell most. "The last place in the rating is Russia, where the decline in GDP was the most significant: minus 10.9% in the 2 nd quarter of 2009 compared with the corresponding period in 2008" - the FCO stated. And this is nothing surprising. Russia's economy is open raw-material in nature, being nothing more than a raw materials appendage of the highly developed Western countries. Thus, only crude oil and petroleum products account for about 40% of total exports of Russia. More than three-fold reduction in world oil prices (from 140.73 dollars per barrel in early July 2008 to 41.52 dollars per barrel in January 2009) dealt a heavy blow to the economy of Russia. But exports still go to the huge volumes of gas, timber, diamonds ...
The accident at the Sayan-Shushenskaya power plant, which led to the deaths of 70 people, has highlighted the backward nature of the economy of Russia. "This incident - said U.S. “The Independent”, - is a harbinger of what Russia's leaders have long feared, namely, the inevitable degradation of the infrastructure of the Soviet era. From power plants and ports and airports, from pipelines and railroads to the city's district heating plants and the Moscow metro - almost all are in urgent need of repair "(RIA" New Region ", 21.08.2009).
But according to official Federal State Statistics Service, the number of poor in Russia, ie residents with incomes below the subsistence minimum, was in the 1 st quarter of 24.5 million. or 17,4% of the total population, an increase compared with the results of 2008, by 6 million people. The number of unemployed, calculated by the method of the ILO, reached in April, 7.7 million people. And the unemployment rate exceeded 10%.
By 2025, the number of inhabitants of Russia will have decreased by 8,5 million people (to 133.3 million people), and by mid-century there will be living 25 million (18%) less than now. That is the conclusion reached by experts from Populations Reference Bureau. If Russia now occupies 9th place in the world in the number of residents, in 40 years it will no longer be in the top ten. The population of other republics of the former Soviet Union is rapidly decreasing, (ie, simply dying out). According to the same Research Bureau, by mid-century the population of Moldova will be reduced by 24%, Ukraine and Georgia - by 23% (www.vedomosti.ru).
The optimistic statements by the government of Russia on the signs of economic recovery is not endorsed by the Federal Tax Service of Russia. According to statistics from the Federal Tax Service, in August 2009 showed growth of only charges tax on oil production, linked to the world price of raw materials. Proceeds from other taxes remain on the previous record low levels, while fees from payroll taxes is slowing down, even in comparison with previous months this year, writes "Kommersant" (18/09/2009).

OUT OF THE CRISIS - through war.
A year before the Great October Revolution, Lenin in his famous work, “Imperialism, the Highest Stage of Capitalism” said that "to correct the imbalance between the development of productive forces and capital accumulation, on the one hand, - and the division of colonies and spheres of influence for financial capital, on the other, imperialism has no means other than war. (PSS, Vol.27, p.396).
To overcome the current crisis, the seizure and possession of new raw materials, primarily for greater control over oil flows, U.S. imperialism is leading two wars: in Afghanistan and Iraq; Barack Obama threatens to stiffen sanctions on Iran, including the use of force. So, after reports about the construction of Iran's secret (the second, but known to all of the nuclear complex in Netenze) uranium enrichment plant, President Barack Obama on the summit "G20 " in Pittsburgh, said that he "does not preclude the use of force, but would like to resolve the issue through diplomatic channels. French President Nicolas Sarkozy and British Prime Minister Gordon Brown "strongly condemned the behavior of Iran". The Israeli authorities have, therefore, urged the West to give "an unequivocal response" to Iran.
But the main aim of U.S. imperialism is Russia, with its innumerable natural resources. And all the talk about Barack Obama's "rebooting" of relations with Russia, the need for mutual reduction of nuclear potentials for eliminating nuclear threats in the world, are nothing more than camouflage, to cover the aggressive nature of U.S. imperialism.
In July, U.S. President Barack Obama paid a visit to Moscow and met with President of Russia Dmitry Medvedev and Prime Minister Vladimir Putin. The purpose of the visit of the U.S. president was to prepare the conditions for signing the new Treaty on Further Reduction of Strategic Offensive Arms (START) to replace START-1 Treaty, which expires in December this year.
To recall, the Treaty on the Reduction and Limitation of Strategic Offensive Arms (START-1) was signed by the USSR and the United States July 31, 1991 and entered into force on December 5, 1994. The term - 15 years, until December 5, 2009. The Agreement obligated each of the parties to reduce more than 40% of nuclear warheads (up to 6 thousand units) and approximately 30% of strategic delivery vehicles (up to 1600 units). By 2001, Russia and the United States complied with these obligations. But ... Russia had destroyed carriers and nuclear warheads, but the U.S. warheads were only stockpiled, creating the so-called "Breakout potential" (return to service) and thereby actually violating this Agreement, since these warheads can be, if necessary, quickly installed on bombs or ballistic missiles.
In the framework of the START agreements, signed by Barack Obama and Dmitry Medvedev on July 6 which will be the basis for a new START Treaty, Russia and the U.S. have announced plans to cut almost twice the number of nuclear warheads - up to 1500-1675 units, and their carriers - to 500-1100 units.
Colonel-General Leonid Ivashov, president of the Academy of Geopolitical Problems, in an interview to “Nakanune.Ru "immediately after the signing of this framework agreement, noted that "the U.S. decided to disarm Russia without nuclear strikes”. Why did he come to this conclusion? The fact is that the Americans, in fact, refused to negotiate on the means of defence and cruise missiles. In particular, Leonid Ivashov drew attention to the fact that the U.S. "is today reducing nuclear forces and increasing the strike class of cruise missiles. The most powerful submarines, each of which carries 24 missiles and10 warheads are being dismantled, and 154 cruise missiles are being loaded onto each submarine. We can see that they work area-based - the Barents and Okhotsk Sea, in short, these are the territories through which they can shoot "through" whole territory of Russia." And to the correspondent's question, are we able to resist this, Leonid Ivashov, said: "We have nothing to respond with - we have no missile defence in general, and anti-aircraft defence system will be destroyed after the reforms by Serdyukov (Russia's defence minister - AM). And 63% of our airspace is not covered. Then, cruise missiles, by the U.S. will be "free hunters". But the U.S. has to adopt more cruise missiles, ground-and air-based, which are not included and not covered by the START Treaty. On the question of "Nakanune.Ru, not being similar to a "reboot" of Gorbachev's perestroika, the general replied:" We're from the Gorbachev period and did not go ... To this day, the entire negotiation process is at "Pioneer-level": we give them a good example to follow, which the Americans themselves do not follow - they are calculating thoroughly and are a few steps ahead of us. Their task – is to disarm Russia, without causing nuclear strikes.
It does not change the situation by Barack Obama announcing in mid-September, not to deploy missile defence shields in Poland and the Czech Republic. The United States intends to replace the land area with a sea-based missile defence SM-3, which will be installed aboard the U.S. Navy. Barack Obama has ordered to increase the number of Navy ships equipped with the combat information and control system AEGIS from 18 to 67, which will be established and interceptor missiles SM-3. By the government's plans, since 2011, to patrol the Mediterranean and the North Sea three ships will be used with the AEGIS system. Between 2015 and 2020 are planned use of the SM-3 land-based versions, with an area, which this missile would protect, that will increase. In addition, over the next 10-20 years, the U.S. plans to deploy weapons vehicles in outer space, capable of intercepting missiles, as well as a serial and UAV interceptor aircraft with laser devices, which will be on duty in the air near the territory of a potential enemy and intercept missiles on launch.
Not very good with diplomatic etiquette, U.S. Vice-President Joe Biden, while in July on a visit to Georgia, described the essence of American strategy: "squeeze Russia and let nature take care of the rest." Words spoken openly and frankly.

ELECTIONS IN UKRAINE
October 17 officially launched a 90-day presidential election campaign in Ukraine. Even the main contenders for the highest office in Ukraine - Victor Yanukovych and Yulia Timoshenko - in the summer launched the campaign, under the guise of social advertising. And A. Yatsenyuk, the young and budding bourgeois politician, former Speaker of the Verkhovna Rada as early as the summer began openly to campaign. All Ukraine haas been force fed by his billboards and tents, where the youth are offered free unlimited amount of promotional materials (newspapers). The lack of any reaction from the powers that be on the inadmissibility to campaign before its official launch says only that Yatsenyuk – is another puppet of Zionist-American capital. Of course, in this campaign, he is unlikely to win, but the run-in and practical experience of the 35-year-old politician will serve him well. And at the same time, he will again look towards overseas donors. Elections to the President of Ukraine will be held on January 17, the second round is scheduled for Feb. 7.
The election campaign is unfolding against the backdrop of a deep crisis, the hitting Ukraine hardest. The crisis, which is not over, like the Prime Minister trying to convince all of us, on the contrary, is entering its decisive phase, leading to the collapse of the entire financial and economic system of Ukraine.
According to the Interstate Statistical Committee of CIS, the decline in industrial production in Ukraine in January-August 2009 compared to the same period last year amounted to 29,6%, followed by Moldova - minus 24.6%, and in Russia, the drop = 14.0% . Also inflation is on the rise in Ukraine occupying first place in the CIS countries - 17,1%, followed by Belarus - 14,1%.
The external state debt of Ukraine, according to the Accounting Chamber, at the beginning of the autumn was 20,5 billion dollars together with corporate debt, external debt exceeds $ 100 billion. In the light of almost double the hryvnia devaluation, the value of external debt in domestic currency rose to almost twice. Even President Yushchenko was forced to admit that in 2010 only on servicing external borrowings of Ukraine, more money will be spent than on the financing of all state spending on defence and health care combined. And there is also the national debt, which now, according to the Ministry of Finance, is 62,6 billion gryvnia, or approximately $ 8 billion. All loans that the government takes from the IMF, go to pay off external debts. That is, the IMF loans to repay loans previously taken by banks and corporations. The debts at the same time taken by the government, are borne by the state budget, ie citizens of Ukraine. But, as noted by commentators, in spite of these loans, the banking system of Ukraine is moribund and could at any moment collapse. It is simply not able to pay off its external loans. This will lead to the collapse of the entire economy of Ukraine. All that had continued to somehow work, has stopped. Hundreds of thousands, and millions of workers will be ruthlessly thrown into the street. The bourgeoisie always tries to overcome the crisis and save their stolen fortunes at the expense of further impoverishment (and extinction) of the masses.
Here's how is described the real "bottom of the crisis” in Ukraine by already been mentioned earlier bourgeois politicians, Igor Berkut, leader of "Great Ukraine" party and Roman Vasilishin, head of the Fund's socio-political initiatives: "The abandoned, looted by the oligarchs factories and mines, bad roads, destroyed the national banking system . Millions of unemployed people, state workers, pensioners and students who are rightly demanding to be fed, provided with work and guaranteed social standards. We should not forget about the Western creditors, who will try to seize our farmland, gas transportation system, ports, shelves and anything else that will have value and importance to the economy." (See "2000» № 41, 9-15.10.2009).
That's what has been brought to Ukraine during 18 years of "independence" of the bourgeoisie and kept in office, presidents and successive governments.
Presidential elections will not change this catastrophic situation. The president will be a politician who will serve the West faithfully, along with the transnational corporations and banks and will complete a sale for a pittance of the national heritage of Ukraine, and the Ukrainian people will finally be driven into slavery and bondage.

The experience of the Great October Socialist Revolution has taught us that to achieve victory over the bourgeoisie, to establish the rule of the working class and its allies (the working peasantry and the working intelligentsia), is possible only during a revolutionary struggle.
"Great wars in history, the great tasks of the revolution were solved only by the fact that the advanced classes not just once or twice repeated their onslaught and managed to achieve victory, taught by the experience defeat" (Lenin, PSS, 17, s.360) .
Preparing and implementing a new revolutionary onslaught against the bourgeoisie in order to finally destroy its dominance - is an urgent task of the modern proletariat.

Они мешают строительству социализма в КНДР и на Кубе, в странах Латинской Америки, избравших путь свободной и независимой от диктата США жизни. Из-за них и их марионетки – Израиля население Палестины истекает кровью и многие десятилетия не может вернуться на свою историческую родину, чтобы строить своё независимое государство.
Контрреволюция в СССР щедро финансировалась Западом (США, прежде всего), старательно готовилась не только за кордоном, но и внутри нашего общества – врагами Отечества, затаившимися до поры до времени в глубоких щелях и норах, занимаясь разными диверсиями, разложением общества и прямым вредительством. Ныне они все на виду – мельтешат на телеэкранах, в газетах разного окраса, брызгая в общество ядом и ненавистью ко всему советскому, пытаясь очернить нашу славную советскую историю и её великих вождей – В.И.Ленина и И.В.Сталина.
Ограбив советский народ, украв у нас всех нашу общенародную собственность, ныне они понастроили для себя замки, покупают острова в Средиземном море и не только там, прячут наворованные у народа деньги в оффшорах и западных банках. Но их пир во время организованной ими чумы несомненно закончится и народ вернёт себе всё ими награбленное, заставит отвечать за содеянное – за ускоренное вымирание население, за рождение неполноценных детей, за моральное разложение общества, полное отсутствие перспектив для молодёжи, за столь распространенный ныне суицид, за нищету и бесправие наших пенсионеров, отдавших свою жизнь и силы, защищая нашу Родину и преумножая нашу общенародную собственность, за хищническое разграбление наших природных богатств, за предательство и измену многими из них советской присяге, которую они давали трудовому народу, пробираясь по служебной лестнице наверх, к власти. Никому из них не удастся сбежать или уйти от народного суда.
Мощный прессинг на нас со стороны властей предержащих, нищета нынешнего бытия большинства населения страны лишили некоторых точки опоры и уверенности в победе новой Социалистической Революции. Мы убеждены, – нет оснований падать духом! Надо вставать с колен, как это уже делают многие, переходить в наступление. Мы, большевики, многое успели сделать за годы контрреволюции. Мы развернули общественное мнение к Сталину вопреки гнусной грязной кампании клеветы и очернения вождя. Мы путём сравнения убедительно показали преимущества социалистических ценностей перед буржуазными и пробудили во многих желание бороться за возрождение социализма. Мы правильно выбрали наш путь борьбы на данном историческом отрезке времени. Мы идём в ногу с историей в борьбе с контрреволюцией, вперёд к бесклассовому обществу, которое прогнозировал Карл Маркс. И мы обязательно победим! Ибо за нами ПРАВДА ИСТОРИИ.

ВЫБОРЫ, КАК МЕХАНИЗМ УКРЕПЛЕНИЯ ВЛАСТИ КАПИТАЛА
В редакцию «Рабоче-крестьянской правды» в последнее время приходит очень много писем, поступает телефонных звонков от рядовых членов КПУ из разных регионов Украины (из Днепропетровска, Винницы, Херсона, Одессы, Донецка, Херсонской и Харьковской областей и др.) с критикой руководства КПУ за его оппортунистические действия, особенно в связи со статьёй П. Симоненко о государственном капитализме, а также о взаимоотношениях руководства КПУ и ВСР.
Причём многие рядовые члены КПУ считают, что изначально их партия стояла на революционных позициях и лишь постепенно, особенно в последнее время, переродилась.
Необходимо отметить, что это далеко не так.
Уже программные документы КПУ засвидетельствовали, что эта партия коммунистическая только по названию и социал-демократическая меньшевистская, партия парламентского типа, по сути.
Почему мы, большевики, пришли к такому выводу.
КПУ признаёт все формы собственности и многоукладную экономику, поддерживает мелкий и средний бизнес. В вопросе о приходе к власти отдаёт приоритет парламентским формам и методам борьбы. Не ставит вопрос революционного слома буржуазного государства, уничтожения буржуазной государственной машины и создания на её месте пролетарского государства, государства диктатуры пролетариата. В отношении к социалистическому прошлому стоит на позициях хрущёвского 20 съезда КПСС, осудившего т.н. «культ личности» и облившего грязью, оклеветавшего (в закрытом докладе Н.С Хрущёва) выдающегося большевика, преемника и продолжателя дела великого Ленина – И.В. Сталина. Не ставит задачи возрождения СССР, а ограничивается только т.н. союзом братских народов. И.т.д.
А ведь ещё К.Маркс и Ф.Энгельс в «Манифесте Коммунистической партии» заявили: «коммунисты могут выразить свою теорию одним положением: уничтожение частной собственности». И это совершенно верно. Ведь марксизм-ленинизм является теоретической основой, теоретическим выражением борьбы пролетариата за своё освобождение от эксплуатации и угнетения. Основой же эксплуатации и угнетения, как строго научно и убедительно показано К.Марксом в «Капитале», является частная собственность на орудия и средства производства. Пролетарий, лишённый в ходе исторического развития всех средств производства, превращается в наёмного рабочего, наёмного раба, который вынужден наниматься к буржую (продавать свою рабочую силу, т.е., способность к труду, которая, вследствие этого, сама становится товаром), чтобы заработать себе на кусок хлеба и обеспечить скудное существование своей семьи. Капиталист, владелец средств производства, оплачивает не весь труд рабочего, а только его часть. Т.е., рабочий часть рабочего времени трудится на себя и получает за это заработную плату, а другую часть рабочего времени трудится на буржуя, создавая ему прибавочную стоимость (иными словами – прибыль, как превращённую форму прибавочной стоимости)– источник всех богатств класса буржуазии.
Также совершенно понятно, что капиталисты никогда не расстанутся с нажитыми богатствами, не отдадут их рабочему классу, всем трудящимся добровольно, только потому, что их партия победила на выборах. Взять власть в свои руки пролетариат может только революционным путём, разбив цепи наёмного рабства, уничтожив буржуазное государство и на его месте создав государство пролетарское (диктатуру пролетариата).
Вот что говорит по данному поводу В.И. Ленин в своей выдающейся работе «Государство и революция»: «Главное в учении Маркса есть классовая борьба. Так говорят и пишут очень часто. Но это неверно… Кто признаёт только борьбу классов, тот ещё не марксист, тот может оказаться ещё невыходящим из рамок буржуазного мышления и буржуазной политики. Ограничивать марксизм учением о борьбе классов – значить урезывать марксизм, искажать его, сводить его к тому, что приемлемо для буржуазии. Марксист лишь тот, кто распространяет признание борьбы классов до признания диктатуры пролетариата. В этом самое глубокое отличие марксиста от дюжинного мелкого (да и крупного) буржуа. На этом оселке надо испытывать действительное понимание и признание марксизма» (ПСС, т.33 с.34). И далее Ленин отмечает: «Сущность учения Маркса о государстве усвоена только тем, кто понял, что диктатура одного класса является необходимой не только для всякого классового общества вообще, не только для пролетариата, свергнувшего буржуазию, но и для целого исторического периода, отделяющего капитализм от «общества без классов», от коммунизма» (там же, с.35).
Государство, как учит нас марксизм-ленинизм, есть орган угнетения, орган подавления одного класса, эксплуатируемого обездоленного класса, класса трудящихся, - другим классом, классом эксплуататоров.
Сущность государства, его классовый характер очень подробно разобрал Фридрих Энгельс в своих выдающихся произведениях «Анти-Дюринг», «Происхождение семьи, частной собственности и государства», «Развитие социализма от утопии к науке» и др.
«Государство – это организация имущего класса для защиты его от неимущего», отмечает Энгельс («Происхождение семьи, частной собственности и государства», Москва, Политиздат, 1989, с.179). И далее он продолжает: «Государство … является государством исключительно господствующего класса и во всех случаях остаётся по существу машиной для подавления угнетённого, эксплуатируемого класса» (там же, с. 183).
К.Маркс, Ф.Энгельс, В.И. Ленин, анализируя вопросы происхождения государства и его сущность, показали, что государство как орган насилия, орган господства привилегированного меньшинства над угнетённым, эксплуатируемым большинством, над трудящимися массами, обеспечивает демократию для меньшинства, для эксплуататоров, для богачей и является безжалостным органом подавления всякого недовольства своим угнетённым положением со стороны трудящихся масс. Для этого эксплуататорское государство создаёт свои органы подавления, органы насилия: полицию, суд и, в целом, правовую систему, армию, тюрьмы и т.д., и т.п., - которые верой и правдой служат интересам привилегированного класса, интересам буржуазии (если идёт речь о буржуазном государстве), т.е., интересам денежного мешка.
И потому полной политической наивностью является попытка отобрать власть у этого буржуазного государства парламентским путём, путём президентско-парламентских избирательных кампаний, как предлагает трудящимся Украины КПУ.
Только пролетарское государство (диктатура пролетариата) обеспечивает демократию для большинства, для трудящихся и использует подавление, насилие по отношению к эксплуататорскому меньшинству.
И.В. Сталин так сформулировал важнейшие задачи, «три основные стороны диктатуры пролетариата:
1) Использование власти пролетариата для подавления эксплуататоров, для обороны страны, для упрочения связей с пролетариями других стран, для развития и победы революции во всех странах.
2) Использование власти пролетариата для окончательного отрыва трудящихся и эксплуатируемых масс от буржуазии, для упрочения союза пролетариата с этими массами, для вовлечения этих масс в дело социалистического строительства, для государственного руководства этими массами со стороны пролетариата.
3) Использование власти пролетариата для организации социализма, для уничтожения классов, для перехода в общество без классов, в социалистическое общество. … Только все эти три стороны, взятые вместе, дают нам полное и законченное понятие диктатуры пролетариата» (И.В. Сталин, Соч., т.8, с.30-31, «К вопросам ленинизма»).
Отказ от диктатуры пролетариата, нежелание вести революционную борьбу за её установление свидетельствует об оппортунистическом характере КПУ. Впрочем, руководству КПУ такая борьба и не нужна. Оно и так хорошо устроились в украинском буржуазном государстве.
Поэтому мы, большевики, всецело на стороне Совета ВСР и редакции газеты «Рабочий класс» во главе с А.В. Бондарчуком, которые не только разоблачают оппортунистический парламентский характер КПУ, но и работают в рабочем классе, принимают активное участие в набирающем силу рабочем и протестном движении трудящихся.

О БЛОКЕ ЛЕВЫХ СИЛ
14 сентября четыре политические силы: КПУ (П.Симоненко), «Союз левых сил» (В.Волга), партия «Справедливость» (С.Николаенко) и СДПУ(о) (Ю.Загородний) подписали совместную декларацию избирательного блока левых и левоцентристских сил. Как подчеркнул П.Симоненко («Коммунист»№72, 16.09.2009) «Левый Блок создаётся на долгосрочную перспективу. Блок поддержит единую кандидатуру на президентских выборах, примет участие и выдвинет общие списки на выборах в местные советы и на выборах в Верховную Раду Украины».
В Декларации избирательного блока левых и левоцентристских сил (опубликована в «Коммунисте»№73, 18.09.2009) ставятся задачи: предотвратить нависшую катастрофу и вывести Украину из глубокого кризиса; покончить с режимом национал-радикалов и вернуть власть народу, а также устранить засилье олигархов в экономике; направить общество на социалистический путь развития и прекратить грабительскую приватизацию, вернуть в госсобственность стратегические предприятия и отрасли; положить конец нарушениям Конституции Украины и законов государства; статус русского языка повысить до государственного уровня, при укреплении статуса украинского языка как государственного; устранить угрозу фашизации общества; радикально пересмотреть внешнеполитический курс Украины с восстановлением отношений стратегического партнёрства и сотрудничества со странами СНГ, прежде всего с Россией и Белоруссией; не допустить втягивания Украины в НАТО и др.
Сразу обращает на себя внимание пункт о предотвращении нарушений Конституции и законов Украины. О чём это говорит. А о том, что П.Симоненко и К° и не собираются кончать с частной собственностью. Ведь ст.41 Конституции Украины провозглашает: «Право частной собственности является нерушимым». Отсюда следует, что намерение направить общество на социалистический путь развития является не более чем фразой.
Устранить засилье олигархов в экономике. Эта задача ничего более насмешки, вызвать не может. Так уж и разогнались олигархи, т.е., миллиардеры и мультимиллионеры отдать принадлежащую им (точнее, захваченную ими у народа) собственность. П.Симоненко станет президентом, а на следующий день (образно говоря), олигархи выстроятся перед его кабинетом в очередь по сдаче захваченных ими, и ограбленных ими же, предприятий, концернов, холдингов и, особенно, банков. Без жесточайшей классовой борьбы, схватки не на жизнь, а на смерть, борьбы, на которую поднимутся миллионы трудового народа, олигархи не отдадут никому ни копейки. И П.Симоненко, а также все подписавшие вместе с ним декларацию, это прекрасно знают и понимают. Но продолжают сеять избирательные иллюзии среди наших прекрасных ветеранов, жалеющих о потерянном социалистическом строе, о временно разрушенной нашей великой Советской Родине и наивно верящих в честность и справедливость буржуазной избирательной системы.
Устранить угрозу фашизации общества.
С кем же собирается этот пункт осуществлять тов. Симоненко, с СДПУ(о)? С партией, идеологом и вдохновителем которой был Л.Кравчук – предатель КПСС и советского народа, один из главных преступников-разрушителей СССР, активно способствовавший насаждению национализма и возрождению бандеровщины на Украине?! С такими союзниками мы также «победим» бандеровщину и предотвратим фашизацию общества, как и «устраним олигархическое засилье в экономике».
О возможности вернуть власть народу парламентским путём мы уже говорили выше.
Но здесь возникает конкретный вопрос - пропустят ли олигархи представителя этого блока к президентской власти?
По-моему, ответ на этот вопрос абсолютно ясен - нет, не пропустят!
Интересно отметить, что в том же «Коммунисте» (№65, 21.08.2009) была опубликована статья Светланы Гаражи «Осознаем же»! И предисловием к своей статье автор взяла высказывание знаменитого математика, российского академика и далеко не коммуниста Игоря Шафаревича: «Осознаем же! Осознаем: произошёл передел собственности, невиданный в истории. Руки узкого слоя олигархов ухватили ценности - большие, чем золото Перу и богатства Индии. Так можно ли представить себе, что всё это будет поставлено под удар из-за того, в каком квадратике избирательного бюллетеня кто-то из нас на выборах нарисует галочку? Да за такие ценности мировые войны ведут, а не галочки рисуют! Влиять на результаты выборов бесполезно – это всё равно, что пытаться обыграть напёрсточников. Цель выборов не имеет отношения к выявлению воли народа». Сказано всё предельно ясно и чётко. Простые люди на результаты выборов не влияют. Всё решают олигархи, крупный капитал, денежный мешок. И хотя в статье Св.Гаража пыталась преуменьшить значение этих слов и даже изобразила КПУ чуть ли ни как ленинскую партию большевиков, которые идут «крепко взявшись за руки, тесной кучей по обрывистому и трудному пути» (сидя в парламентских и министерских креслах и получая совсем немаленькую зарплату от правящего буржуазного режима - да, уважаемая Светлана?), суть проблемы от этого не меняется.
В современную эпоху разлагающегося и умирающего империализма, парламентаризм, выборы всех ступеней и рангов находятся под жёстким контролем крупного капитала. Свои богатства буржуи без боя не отдадут! В упоминавшейся статье С.Гаража приводит высказывание олигарха Б. Березовского: «Капитал нанимает власть, а форма этого найма называется выборы». Всё совершенно откровенно и понятно. Играть с буржуазией в выборы по её правилам, пытаясь противостоять её миллионам и миллиардам – это абсолютно несерьёзно.
Тем более, что реальной властью в Украине обладают транснациональные корпорации и банки, в первую очередь американские. А США никогда не допустят, чтобы к власти в Украине пришёл политик пророссийской ориентации, выступающий за восстановление и укрепление связей и сотрудничества Украины с Россией и Белоруссией.
Поэтому, мы, большевики, видим свою задачу – разоблачать парламентско-президентские избирательные иллюзии, участвовать в борьбе трудящихся за свои права, внося в эту борьбу элементы классового сознания и понимания исторической миссии пролетариата по уничтожению последнего эксплуататорского строя на земле – капитализма на его высшей империалистической стадии.

РОЖДАЕТСЯ НОВЫЙ МИР
92 года тому назад, 7 ноября (25 октября по ст. стилю) 1917 г. в России свершилась Великая Октябрьская социалистическая революция.
Революция была подготовлена всем историческим ходом событий. Обострение до крайности противоречий в многонациональном российском обществе, беспросветная нищета трудового народа, гибель миллионов тружеников (в основном, крестьян, одетых в солдатские шинели) царской России на полях первой мировой войны, которую развязали правительства крупнейших империалистических держав планеты и вели во имя передела уже поделённого мира, захвата колоний и рынков сбыта для получения сверхприбылей – всё это стало объективными факторами, которые привели к свержению царизма в России в феврале 1917 г., и, через несколько месяцев, – к отстранению от власти буржуазного Временного правительства и переходу власти в руки рабочего класса и трудящегося крестьянства России (диктатура пролетариата) в результате Великого Октября.
Руководила восставшим народом пролетарская партия большевиков (РСДРП(б)) во главе с Владимиром Ильичом Лениным, создателем партии, вождём рабочего класса, трудящихся масс России и всего мира. Партийный центр по руководству восстанием, ставший ядром Военно-революционного комитета при Петроградском Совете, по решению ЦК партии возглавил И.В. Сталин, ученик, верный помощник и ближайший соратник В.И.Ленина.
Трудящиеся молодой Советской республики, части и соединения Рабоче-крестьянской Красной Армии, созданной по решению В.И. Ленина в феврале 1918 г., выстояли в годы гражданской войны и иностранной военной интервенции 14 империалистических государств, разгромили врага и отстояли завоевания революции.
В декабре 1922 г. был создан Союз Советских Социалистических Республик – добровольный союз стран и народов, первое в мире пролетарское многонациональное государство рабочих и крестьян.
Строительство социализма в СССР было осуществлено под руководством Всесоюзной Коммунистической партии (большевиков) во главе с продолжателем дела В.И. Ленина, Иосифом Виссарионовичем Сталиным, 130-летие со дня рождения которого исполняется в декабре (21.12.1879 г.) нынешнего года. В результате индустриализации страны, коллективизации сельского хозяйства и культурной революции к середине 30-х годов в нашей стране было покончено с остатками частной собственности и эксплуатации человека человеком, произошла победа социалистических общественно-экономических отношений. К концу 30-х годов Советский Союз вышел на втрое место в мире и первое – в Европе, по экономическому потенциалу. Советская власть и социализм, дружба и братство народов СССР, руководящая роль ленинской партии большевиков во главе с И.В. Сталиным, нерушимое единство партии и народа, могучая Красная Советская Армия, вооружённая самой передовой военной техникой и оружием стали прочным фундаментом Великой Победы над фашизмом в годы Великой Отечественной войны (1941-1945). Советская Армия не только отстояла свободу и независимость нашей Родины, но и освободила народы Европы от фашистского рабства, о чём многие современные европейские политики «забывают», кощунственно ставя на одну доску сталинский социализм и гитлеровский фашизм.
Антисталинская кампания, развязанная хрущёвским руководством, заложила идеологические, политические и социально-экономические основы для постепенного перерождения Коммунистической партии и Советского государства, к оттеснению рабочего класса от власти и взращиванию в рядах партии предательского горбачёвского руководства. М.С. Горбачёв и его подельники под видом перестройки осуществили буржуазную контрреволюцию. Как справедливо отмечала Н.А. Андреева, Генеральный Секретарь ЦК ВКПБ, - в ЦК КПСС вызрел штаб контрреволюции. В результате социализм потерпел временное поражение, а первое в мире государство рабочих и крестьян – Союз Советских Социалистических Республик, оказалось разрушенным.

Ныне на просторах нашей великой Родины, разорванной на куски «суверенных княжеств» национальной буржуазией, правит бал его препохабие капитал.
МИРОВОЙ ФИНАНСОВО-ЭКОНОМИЧЕСКИЙ КРИЗИС,
поразивший практически всю империалистическую систему, только обострил страдания народных масс в республиках экс-СССР, обнажил всю неприглядность и античеловеческий характер капитализма.
Ещё в «Манифесте Коммунистической партии» К.Маркс и Ф. Энгельс показали, что буржуазный способ производства с его «эпидемией перепроизводства» неизбежно вызывает кризисы. Производительные силы, находящиеся в распоряжении буржуазного общества «не служат более развитию буржуазных отношений собственности; напротив, они стали непомерно велики для этих отношений, буржуазные отношения задерживают их развитие; и когда производительные силы начинают преодолевать эти преграды, они приводят в расстройство всё буржуазное общество, ставят под угрозу существование буржуазной собственности. Буржуазные отношения стали слишком узкими, чтобы вместить созданное ими богатство. – Каким путём преодолевает буржуазия кризисы? С одной стороны, путём вынужденного уничтожения целой массы производительных сил, с другой стороны, путём завоевания новых рынков и более основательной эксплуатации старых. Чем же, следовательно? Тем, что она подготовляет более всесторонние и более сокрушительные кризисы и уменьшает средства противодействия им» (с.31-32).
В настоящее время ведущие мировые политики, а также находящиеся у них на службе учёные-экономисты, политологи, социологи, разного рода аналитики говорят о скором завершении кризиса и выходе основных экономик из рецессии. Свидетельством этого, по их мнению, являются, в частности, данные об улучшении экономических показателей в таких ведущих странах Запада как Германия и Франция, где экономический рост во 2-м квартале составил 0,3%; улучшение биржевых индексов; рост цен на нефть и др.
На состоявшемся в сентябре саммите группы G-20 в Питсбурге (США) мировые лидеры заявили в своей заключительной Декларации о том: что они «собрались в критический момент перехода от кризиса к восстановлению, чтобы оставить позади эру безответственности…»; «мы хотим роста без экстремальных циклов…»; «Устойчивое экономическое развитие является сутью для сокращения нищеты».
Фидель Кастро, анализируя итоги саммита «большой двадцатки», отметил: «Идея капиталистического развития без кризиса – это большая иллюзия, которую Соединённые Штаты и их союзники хотят продать странам с развивающейся рыночной экономикой, участвующим в G-20». Также Фидель подчеркнул, что Китай, обладающий наибольшими запасами конвертируемой валюты в мире, «является главным кредитором Соединённых Штатов», т.е., попросту говоря, благодаря золотовалютным резервам (ЗВР) КНР, превысившим 2 трлн. долл., Китай спасает гибнущую американскую экономику, помогает ей удержаться на плаву. Долги двух самых развитых капиталистических стран в мире, США и Японии, отмечает далее Фидель Кастро, составляют 20 (!) трлн. долл. (т.е., треть всего мирового ВВП). И он приходит к выводу: «Соединённые Штаты не могут построить модель экономического развития». Этот вывод ещё раз подтверждает марксистско-ленинский вывод о том, что империализм изжил самого себя и является тормозом для дальнейшего развития человеческой цивилизации.
США. Дефицит госбюджета США в этом году приближается к 1,8 трлн.долл. (13% ВВП), а ФРС (Федеральная резервная система ) США продолжает печатать доллары. У США уже много лет крупнейший в мире по абсолютной величине государственный долг. Он вырос с 33% ВВП в 1980 г. до 56% ВВП в 1990 и превысил 70% ВВП в 2008 г., перевалив за отметку 9 трлн. долл. В то же время, как отмечают обозреватели информационно-аналитического сетевого издания «Сегодня Ру», финансовая система США столкнулась с очередным испытанием. Министр финансов Тимоти Гайтнер обратился в начале августа к Конгрессу с просьбой увеличить верхний предел госдолга, чтобы страна избежала технического дефолта. Сейчас этот предел установлен на уровне 12,1 трлн. долл. и, как ожидается, скоро будет преодолён. В противном случае США не смогут обслуживать свои гособлигации, в которых хранят резервы другие страны и крупные финансовые корпорации. Не исключено, что в итоге впервые за послевоенную историю госдолг США может превысить 100% ВВП.
Долги же частных лиц (домохозяйств) по ипотечным и финансовым кредитам в текущем году превысили 13,5 трлн. долл. Долг каждого гражданина США составляет 44 тысячи долл.
Уровень безработицы в США, как мы уже отмечали ранее, достиг 9,5% всей рабочей силы и охватил миллионы человек.
Выступая в августе на конференции в Бангкоке, лауреат Нобелевской премии по экономике Джозеф Стиглиц отметил, что «мировой финансовый кризис ознаменовал крах американского типа капитализма».
КИТАЙ. В СМИ много похвальных материалов о Китае, о том, что его экономика выдержала кризис и продолжает стабильно и уверенно развиваться, ошеломляя весь мир своими успехами. По прогнозам МВФ, китайская экономика должна перегнать японскую и занять второе место после США уже в следующем году.
Однако при этом многие упускают из виду, что Китайская Народная Республика под руководством КПК давно перешла на капиталистический путь развития и вышла на его высшую империалистическую стадию. За общими статистическими данными о росте благосостояния китайского народа и победе над нищетой, скрывается факт его стремительного социального расслоения. Так, американская компания CNN со ссылкой на рейтинг, опубликованный шанхайским деловым интернет-изданием Hurun Report, утверждает, что Китай догоняет США по числу миллиардеров. По данным ежегодного подсчёта, в Китае живут 130 «официальных» миллиардеров, однако реально их вдвое больше, полагают составители рейтинга. Число китайских миллионеров уже превысило 800 тыс.чел. Мировой кризис лишь ускорил рост плеяды китайских супербогатых. В 2008 г. их было 101 чел., а в 2003 г. Китай вообще не знал людей с таким состоянием. (По данным журнала Forbes, страной миллиардеров считаются США, число которых составляет 359 чел.). Типичный китайский миллиардер, это мужчина 50 лет, который начал дело примерно 16 лет назад, как правило, в девелоперском бизнесе (т.е., в бизнесе, связанным с инвестициями в недвижимость – А.М.). Его хобби – плавание, гольф и путешествия, а любимые страны – США, Австралия и Франция. В списке тысячи самых состоятельных граждан Китая фигурируют 102 женщины. И на другом полюсе – несколько десятков миллионов безработных. По официальным данным Национального бюро статистики КНР, к концу 2007 г. число сельских жителей, проживающих в условиях крайней нищеты составляло 14,79 млн. чел., а в условиях, близких к черте бедности, проживало 28,41 млн. жителей села. В том же году только 25,7% жилых зданий на селе снабжались электричеством и газом (см. «2000», №39, 25.09-1.10.2009 г.).
Как мы уже выше писали, Китай обладает крупнейшими в мире золотовалютными резервами, которые за июль-сентябрь выросли на 141 млрд. долл. и к концу сентября составили 2,27 трлн. долл. (на втором месте ЗВР у Японии – 1,05 трлн. долл., на третьем месте - у России – 412,7 млрд. долл.). Многие аналитики отмечают глубокую финансово-экономическую связь и взаимозависимость экономик Китая и США. США – крупнейший в мире потребительский рынок, на который завязано много экспортирующих стран, в том числе и Китай. И, фактически, золотовалютные резервы Китая (а также Японии и России) удерживают экономику США на плаву. С усиливающейся инфляцией и ослаблением доллара, обесцениваются в равной мере и ЗВР соответствующих стран. И поэтому страны - крупнейшие держатели долларовых запасов и казначейских обязательств США, не заинтересованы в обесценении своих резервов (ЗВР). В то же время, ухудшение финансово-экономической ситуации в США и ослабление доллара негативно скажется на экономике КНР (в равной мере, но в меньшем масштабе, это касается финансовых систем Японии и России, обремененных долларом). Более того, некоторые исследователи считают, что положение дел в экономике Китая в условиях мирового финансово-экономического кризиса не такое уж и радостное, как его изображает официальная статистика. По мнению И. Беркута и Р. Василишина (см. «2000» №41 от 9-15.10.2009), «в реальности экономика Китая переживает спад, на что прямо указывает обвал потребления электроэнергии и снижение объёма транспортных перевозок на 10-12% в годовом исчислении» (авторы ведут речь о результатах первого полугодия 2009 г.). Сращивание экономик США и Китая превращает их в подобие сиамских близнецов, когда выживание одного неразрывно связано с существованием другого, а крах одной экономики неминуемо повлечёт за собой крах другой. Это что касается «социалистического» Китая, который удерживает на плаву экономику главной империалистической державы мира, а, вместе с ней, объективно, продлевает существование умирающего империализма.
РОССИЯ. По данным аудиторско-консалтинговой компании ФБК, среди стран G-20 больше всего упала экономика России. «Последнее место в рейтинге занимает Россия, где спад ВВП оказался самым значительным: минус 10,9% во 2-м квартале 2009 г. по сравнению с соответствующим периодом 2008 г.» - отмечается в сообщении ФБК. И в этом ничего удивительного нет. Экономика России носит открыто сырьевой характер, являясь не более чем сырьевым придатком высокоразвитых стран Запада. Так, только сырая нефть и нефтепродукты составляют около 40% всего экспорта России. Более чем троекратное снижение мировых цен на нефть (со 140,73 долл. за баррель в начале июля 2008 г. до 41,52 долл./барр. в январе 2009) нанесло тяжёлый удар по экономике России. А ведь на экспорт ещё идут в громадных объёмах газ, лес, алмазы…
Авария на Саяно-Шушенской ГЭС, приведшая к гибели 70 чел., ярко высветила отсталый характер экономики России. «Это происшествие, - отмечает американская The Independent, - является предвестником того, чего давно боялись российские лидеры, а именно, неотвратимой деградации инфраструктуры советской эпохи. От электростанций и портов и аэропортов, от трубопроводов и железных дорог до городских теплоцентралей и московского метро – почти всё срочно нуждается в ремонте» (РИА «Новый регион», 21.08.2009).
Только по официальным данным Росстата, число бедняков в России, т.е. жителей с доходами ниже прожиточного минимума, составило в 1-м квартале 24,5 млн.чел. или 17,4% от общей численности населения, увеличившись, по сравнению с итогами 2008 г., на 6 млн. чел. Число безработных, рассчитанное по методике МОТ, достигло в апреле 7,7 млн. чел., а уровень безработицы превысил 10%.
К 2025 г. число жителей России уменьшится на 8,5 млн. чел (до 133, 3 млн.), а к середине века в стране будет жить уже на 25 млн. (18%) меньше, чем сейчас. К такому выводу пришли эксперты из Populations Reference Bureau. Если сейчас Россия занимает 9 место в мире по числу жителей, то через 40 лет её уже не будет в десятке. Стремительно сокращается, (т.е., попросту, вымирает) и население других республик экс-СССР. По данным того же исследовательского Бюро, к середине столетия численность населения Молдавии уменьшится на 24%, Украины и Грузии – на 23% (www.vedomosti.ru).
Оптимистичные заявления правительства России о признаках восстановления экономики не подтверждает Федеральная налоговая служба РФ. По статистике ФНС, в августе 2009 г. рост продемонстрировали лишь сборы налога на добычу нефти, привязанные к мировой цене этого сырья. Поступления от остальных налогов остаются на прежних рекордно низких уровнях, при этом сборы от зарплатных налогов начали снижаться даже в сравнении с предыдущими месяцами этого года, пишет «Коммерсант» (18.09.2009).

ВЫХОД ИЗ КРИЗИСА – НА ПУТЯХ ВОЙНЫ.
За год до Великого Октября, В.И.Ленин в своей знаменитой работе «Империализм, как высшая стадия капитализма» подчеркнул, что «для устранения несоответствия между развитием производительных сил и накоплением капитала, с одной стороны, - разделом колоний и «сфер влияния» для финансового капитала, с другой» у империализма нет иного средства, кроме войны. (ПСС, т.27, с.396).
Для выхода из нынешнего кризиса, захвата и обладания новыми сырьевыми ресурсами, в первую очередь, усиления контроля над нефтяными потоками, империализм США ведёт две войны: в Афганистане и Ираке; уже устами Барака Обамы угрожает ужесточением санкций Ирану, вплоть до применения силы. Так, после появления информации о строительстве Ираном секретного (второго, кроме известного всем ядерного комплекса в Нетензе) завода по обогащению урана президент США Барак Обама по завершению саммита «большой двадцатки» в Питтсбурге заявил, что «не исключает возможности применения силы, однако хотел бы решить вопрос дипломатическим путём». «Решительно осудили поведение Ирана» президент Франции Николя Саркози и премьер-министр Великобритании Гордон Браун. Израильские власти, в связи с этим, призвали Запад дать «недвусмысленный ответ» Ирану.
Но главной целью для империализма США остаётся Россия с её несметными природными богатствами. И все разговоры Барака Обамы о «перезагрузке» отношений с Россией, о необходимости взаимного уменьшения ядерных потенциалов для устранения ядерной угрозы в мире, являются не более чем камуфляжем, прикрытием агрессивной сущности американского империализма.
В июле президент США Барак Обама побывал с визитом в Москве, провёл встречи с президентом России Д. Медведевым и премьер-министром В.Путиным. Целью визита американского президента была подготовка условий для подписания нового Договора о дальнейшем сокращении стратегических наступательных вооружений (СНВ) взамен договора СНВ-1, срок действия которого заканчивается в декабре нынешнего года.
Напомним, Договор о сокращении и ограничении стратегических наступательных вооружений (СНВ-1) был подписан СССР и США 31 июля 1991 г. и вступил в силу 5 декабря 1994 г. Срок действия – 15 лет, до 5 декабря 2009 г. Договор обязал каждую из сторон сократить более 40% ядерных боезарядов (до 6 тысяч единиц) и около 30% стратегических носителей (до 1600 единиц). К 2001 г. Россия и США выполнили эти обязательства. Но… Россия уничтожала подвергающиеся сокращению носители и ядерные боеголовки, а США боеголовки складировали, создав т.н. «возвратный потенциал» и, тем самым, фактически нарушая данный Договор, т.к. эти боеголовки могут быть в случае необходимости достаточно быстро установлены на авиабомбах или баллистических ракетах.
По рамочному соглашению по СНВ, подписанному Б. Обамой и Д.Медведевым 6 июля, которое будет основой для нового Договора по СНВ, Россия и США заявили о намерении сократить почти в 2 раза количество ядерных боезарядов – до 1500-1675 ед. и их носителей – до 500-1100 ед.
Генерал-полковник Леонид Ивашов, президент Академии геополитических проблем, в интервью информагентству «Накануне.Ru» сразу после подписания данного рамочного соглашения, отметил, что «США решили разоружить Россию без ядерных ударов». Почему он пришёл к такому выводу. Дело в том, что американцы, по сути, отказались вести переговоры по средствам ПРО и крылатым ракетам. В частности, Леонид Ивашов обратил внимание на то, что США «сегодня сокращают ядерные средства и наращивают ударный класс крылатых ракет. Самые мощные подлодки, каждая из которых несёт 24 ракеты по 10 боезарядов, они демонтируют, и на каждую подлодку устанавливают 154 крылатых ракет. Мы видим, что они отрабатывают районы базирования – это и Баренцево, и Охотское моря, словом, это те территории, через которые «насквозь» простреливается вся территория России». И на вопрос корреспондента, способны ли мы противостоять этому, Леонид Ивашов сказал: «нам ответить нечем – у нас противоракетной обороны нет вообще, а противовоздушная будет уничтожена после реформы Сердюкова (министр обороны России – А.М.). При том, что 63% нашего воздушного пространства не прикрыто. Тогда крылатые ракеты у США будут «вольными охотниками»». А ведь США имеют на вооружение ещё и крылатые ракеты наземного и воздушного базирования, которые не учитываются и не охватываются Договором по СНВ. На вопрос корреспондента «Накануне.Ru», не напоминает ли «перезагрузка» горбачёвскую перестройку, генерал ответил: «Мы из горбачёвского периода и не выходили… По сей день весь переговорный процесс идёт «по-пионерски»: мы уступаем им, показываем добрый пример, которому американцы сами не следуют – они всё просчитали досконально и на несколько шагов вперёд. Их задача – разоружить Россию, не нанося ядерных ударов».
Не меняет положения дел и отказ США, объявленный Бараком Обамой в середине сентября, от размещения баз ПРО в Польше и Чехии. США намерены заменить этот наземный район ПРО ракетами морского базирования SM-3, которые будут устанавливаться на кораблях ВМС США. Барак Обама распорядился увеличить число кораблей ВМС, оснащенных боевой информационно-управляющей системой AEGIS с 18 до 67, на которых и будут устанавливаться ракеты-перехватчики SM-3. По планам правительства, начиная с 2011 г., патрулировать Средиземное и Северное моря будут три корабля с системой AEGIS. Между 2015 и 2020 годов планируется использовать версии SM-3 наземного базирования, причём площадь, которую будет защищать эта ракета, увеличится. Кроме того, в ближайшие 10-20 лет США планируют развернуть в космосе боевые аппараты, способные осуществлять перехват ракет, а также создать серийные БПЛА и самолёты-перехватчики с лазерными установками, которые будут нести дежурство в воздухе близ территории потенциального противника и перехватывать ракеты на старте.
Не особо стесняя себя дипломатическим этикетом, вице-президент США Джозеф Байден, будучи в июле с визитом в Грузии, изложил суть американской стратегии: «сдавить Россию и позволить природе позаботиться об остальном». Сказано прямо и откровенно.

ПРЕДВЫБОРНАЯ УКРАИНА
17 октября официально стартовала 90-дневная президентская избирательная кампания на Украине. Хотя основные претенденты на высший государственный пост в Украине - В. Янукович и Ю.Тимошенко, - ещё с лета развернули агитационную кампанию, под видом социальной рекламы. А Арс. Яценюк, молодой и подающий надежды буржуазный политик, экс-спикер Верховной Рады, также уже летом начал открыто вести избирательную кампанию. Вся Украина заставлена его бигбордами и палатками, где молодёжь бесплатно предлагает в неограниченном количестве его пропагандистские материалы (газеты). Отсутствие всякой реакции со стороны власть предержащих на недопустимость вести избирательную кампанию до её официального старта говорит лишь о том, что А. Яценюк – очередной ставленник сионо-американского капитала. Разумеется, в эту кампанию ему вряд ли удастся добиться победы, но обкатку и практический опыт 35-летний политик получит хорошие. А заодно его ещё раз проверят его заокеанские спонсоры. Выборы президента Украины состоятся 17 января, второй тур намечен на 7 февраля.
Избирательная кампания разворачивается на фоне глубокого кризиса, наиболее сильно поразившего Украину. Кризиса, который не завершается, как пытается нас всех уверить премьер-министр, а наоборот, вступающего в свою решающую фазу, ведущую к краху всей финансово-экономической системы Украины.
По сообщению Межгосударственного комитета статистики СНГ, падение промышленного производства на Украине за январь-август 2009 г. по сравнению с аналогичным периодом прошлого года составило 29,6%, далее идёт Молдова - минус 24,6%; в России падение = 14,0%. Также и по росту инфляции Украина на первом месте в СНГ – 17,1%, за ней следует Белоруссия – 14,1%.
Внешний госдолг Украины, по данным счётной палаты, на начало осени составляет 20,5 млрд. долл. вместе с корпоративными долгами, внешний долг превышает 100 млрд. долл. С учётом почти двукратного обесценения гривни, величина внешнего долга в национальной валюте выросла также почти в 2 раза. Даже президент Ющенко вынужден был признать, что в 2010 г. только на обслуживание внешних заимствований Украины пойдёт больше денег, чем на финансирование всех расходов государства на оборону и здравоохранение, вместе взятых. А ведь есть ещё и внутренний госдолг, который в настоящее время, по данным Минфина, составляют 62,6 млрд. грн. или примерно 8 млрд. долл. Все займы, которые берёт правительство у МВФ, идут на погашение внешних долгов. Т.е., займами МВФ погашаются кредиты, взятые ранее банками и корпорациями. Долги же, раз заём берёт правительство, ложатся на госбюджет, т.е. на граждан Украины, на нас с вами. Но, как отмечают обозреватели, несмотря на эти заимствования, банковская система Украины дышит на ладан и может в любой момент рухнуть. Она просто не в состоянии расплатиться по внешним кредитам. А это приведёт к краху всей экономики Украины. Всё, что ещё продолжало кое-как работать, остановится. Очередные сотни тысяч, миллионы тружеников будут безжалостно выброшены на улицу. Буржуазия всегда пытается выйти из кризиса и спасти свои награбленные состояния за счёт дальнейшего обнищания (и вымирания) масс.
Вот как описывают реальное «дно кризиса» на Украине уже упоминавшиеся ранее буржуазные политики Игорь Беркут, лидер партии «Великая Украина» и Роман Василишин, руководитель Фонда социально-политических инициатив: «Брошенные олигархами разграбленные заводы и шахты, разбитые дороги, разрушенная национальная банковская система. Миллионы безработных, бюджетников, пенсионеров и студентов, справедливо требующих, чтобы их накормили, обеспечили работой и гарантировали положенные социальные стандарты. Не следует забывать и про западных кредиторов, которые попытаются прибрать к рукам наши сельхозугодья, газотранспортную систему, порты, шельфы и всё остальное, что будет иметь стоимость и значение для экономики». Вот до чего довела Украину за 18 лет «независимости» буржуазия и находящиеся у неё на службе президенты и сменяющие друг друга правительства.
Выборы президента в этой катастрофической ситуации ничего не изменят. Президентом станет тот политик, который будет верой и правдой служить Западу, транснациональным корпорациям и банкам и завершит распродажу за бесценок национального достояния Украины, а украинский народ окончательно загонит в рабство и кабалу.

Опыт Великого Октября нас учит, что добиться победы над буржуазией, установить власть рабочего класса и его союзников (трудового крестьянства и трудящейся интеллигенции), можно только в ходе революционной борьбы.
«Великие войны в истории, великие задачи революций решались только тем, что передовые классы не раз и не два повторяли свой натиск и добивались победы, наученные опытом поражений», (В.И. Ленин, ПСС, т. 17 , с.360).
Подготовить и осуществить новый революционный натиск на буржуазию с тем, чтобы окончательно уничтожить её господство – вот насущная задача современного пролетариата.
