Pyongyang, July 13 (KCNA) -- Organizations of different countries expressed support for the statement issued by a DPRK government spokesman to hit the south Korean puppet forces for having committed at the frontline units such grave acts as slandering the army, system and dignity of the DPRK.
They included the North Caucasus Regional Organization of the All-Union Communist Party of Bolsheviks of Russia and the Brazilian Committee for Solidarity with the DPRK.
They posted the statement on their Internet homepages on July 2 and 6.
Meanwhile, the Brazilian Center for the Study of the Juche Idea on July 4 posted on its Internet homepage a similar statement issued by a spokesman for the Supreme Command of the Korean People's Army.

Factory workers at the Shevchenko Plant once again come out in protest. More than a hundred factory workers demand payment of salaries. To date, the company's debts to its employees amounts to more than 25 million hryvnia.
Alexander Kotelnikov is owed by the company for the last four years, more than thirty thousand hryvnia. A total debt to its employees is over 25 million. Back in March, workers protested outside the walls of the House of Soviets. Then the governor promised the union that by July all debts will be paid.
But workers decided not to wait until mid-July. They say they are concerned about another problem: many of them - for the sake of economy – have been transferred to a two-day working day. And the salary, if paid, it is paid selectively. Tatiana Pshenichnaya, an employee of the plant to them says: "If we get something, we'd have kept quiet because it was so little. On Friday, the plant was given money, people arrrived to get wages and they are not on the lists of those elegible for pay. At home we need light, gas, and everything else."

Kazakhstan. Five thousand striking oil workers and their families take part in ongoing rally at Independence Square by the city akimat in Zhanaozen. At night, more workers and local residents gathered. As a result of mass protests all detained oil workers on hunger strike were released from the police department building IVS Zhanaozen, and the local authorities, not expecting such a reaction, were in a daze. Despite provocation, the intelligence agencies failed to set up a new shanyraksky events in Mangistau and workers organized to hold rallies and pickets. The hunger strike also continues.

PUBLIC UTILITIES WORKERS IN SAMARA HOLD UNSANCTIONED RALLY AND BLOCK PROSPECT METALLURGISTS
In Samara on July 7, staff at the housing and maintenance departments of the municipal enterprise "Metallurg" and "Energy" came out in protest. They demanded payment of wages, delayed for three months, and provision of equipment.

Sagra - another name-symbol that characterizes the fault of the current crisis in Russian society. Earlier this household name became the Karelian town of Kondopoga, then the village of Kuschevki, more recently - one of the central Moscow squares - Manege. Sagra though, is a small village in the Urals 40 km from Ekaterinburg.
But events in it are no less significant than in the capital. They give real meaning to the fact that until recently seemed to many only a metaphor, an exaggeration: punitive forces, policemen, peasants defending themselves and your house with pitchforks and hunting rifles. Because there is no other protection any more from the criminal mayhem, and the state in the face of local government or law enforcement agencies keep themselves aloof at best.
Problems in Sagra began after a gypsy family settled there, and according to local residents, took up the drug trade. According to villagers, they have repeatedly called on the police to deal with this matter, but the police did not respond. How acute the problem of drug addiction in Russia really is, people are well aware of. Moreover, the Urals is one of the regions where this disaster is especially strong. And now – from the militia renamed into the police, it turns out, one should not wait for protection. Then the people of Sagra themselves have forced drug traffickers leave the village. The gypsies decided to take revenge using the hands of members of Sverdlovsk ethnic groups.
The villagers of Sagra were warned in advance that they were coming to "sort them out”. And again, everyone else knew about this except for the police for some reason. At least, not one Traffic Police Post stopped and checked out the column of 15 vehicles, the passengers of which smashed up a car along on the road full of pensioners going to their dachas and beat up a teenager on a motorcycle. In fact, it is alas, nothing unusual for our country. Even armed terrorists with explosives repeatedly travelled hundreds of miles, passing through police cordons unchecked.
An unexpected result was that the villagers themselves did not allow the punitive locals into the village. Nine men, who all had three hunting rifles, pitchforks and axes repelled an attack by dozens of armed skinhead thugs, with cold arms, bats and machetes used by the Caucasians. One of the attackers, an ethnic Azerbaijani, a Georgian citizen Faig Musaev, received a shot charge in the chest and later died. The shooting lasted for about an hour. The cannonade, say locals, was akin to a war. However, the villagers called the incident a war. They suggest that the attackers might come back and just in case, prepare for a possible defence.
Again, hope is low for any help from the law enforcement bodies. After all, when it became known that dozens of armed men at night were going to the village, its inhabitants called the police. But no one came. One of the members of the village of the defence, Sergey Zubarev, according to him, personally phoned the police, and said the police came only a day later and asked him to come to the station. He went – and he was detained.
Allegedly, the two arrested were demanded by police to admit guilt, saying that the victim was the nephew of a thieving kingpin, so it was better to confess, otherwise everybody in the village would be worse off, because "this would not be forgiven."
Sergey Zubarev was interrogated for eight hours. This is how he tells it: "I ask for water - the interrogator raises a bottle, shakes it, but does not give me water. In the room are about eight people, all of them smoking, and I am a non-smoker. It's difficult. In the evening a man came in, and asks if I will confess? I was told that I had been detained on suspicion of murder. I immediately handed my things over, go into the cell, and in one of my ears, an interrogator whispers, that in any case I will have Article 228 thrown at me, as among my things which were handed over to the police upon being detained, will be found drugs – and this will mean prison from 8 to 20 years. On Monday, the investigator began to dictate about admitting the murder, but I told them all how it was. I was released."
The second detainee from Sagra, Victor Gorodilov was released,. However, they both remain suspects under Article 213 of the Criminal Code - "Hooliganism", in which they face up to seven years in prison.
Anastasia Uderevskaya’s lawyer says that during his interrogation of Zubarev, around the district police department, a number of Azerbaijanis gathered, and head of the Verkhnyaya Pyshma police, native of Baku, Marat Khalimov was especially zealous in order to force a confession from Zubarev,.
Naturally, the police deny this. How to deny the fact that the cause of the incident was drugs. "The Gypsy, who lives in the village for the last 7 and half years, never figured in the drugs related cases," - said the chief of the Interior Ministry of Sverdlovsk region, Mikhail Borodin.
But if you ignore the complaints of citizens then there will be nothing to do! But whatever it was in reality, the situation will all perfectly fit in documents. The villagers of Sagra were not afraid. And if they will allow themselves to be intimidated further, and the case is "shut up", then perhaps they will get at least some justice. At least, when it received public attention, something was put into motion. An hour long shooting-spree arranged by visiting armed men is still referred to as a "mass brawl". However, the detained members of the defence of the village were released, and finally (almost a week after the attack), a criminal case has been opened against the very criminals, which at first no one thought would happen. While hot on the trail and if you wanted to, it would be quite easy. Now it is much harder: "They're now in hiding, and I think many of them have long moved out of the Sverdlovsk region and even from Russia. There were almost no Russian citizens among them, the majority being migrants,"- says representative of the Azerbaijani community of Yekaterinburg, Assad Kuliev in an interview with "Ura.Ru".
Only on the 6th day, when it gained wide public resonance, the Sverdlovsk Oblast government made it clear: what happened in Sagra was not a trivial “drunken” fight or a "criminal gang fight." Governor Misharin assembled the heads of the Federal Drug Control Service and police of the region to discuss the situation. On July 7 Sagra was had a visit by the head of the Investigative Committee of Russia, Alexander Bastrykin.
Whether or not the authorities draw any conclusions, is not yet clear at all. Bastrykin also went to Kuschevku, and you wont find a bigger case that what happened there. But now one of its main defendants, Sergei Tsepovyaz, is released on remand: He was accused only in the "earlier concealment." So soon it turns out that there was no gang!
And now law enforcement leadership is doing everything possible in order to make out the attack on Sagra was in no way linked to drug trafficking, because then you have to be responsible for the impunity of the drug traffickers.
The second theme, which the authorities want to avoid in every way - is the national theme. The men defending Sagra say that at the time it made no difference what nationality the gang came from. However, they also point out that they were Caucasians, in this case - Azerbaizhanis, and this is no accident.
Ethnic organized crime feels impunity especially in today's Russia. The magic word "diaspora", or rather, its rich and influential leaders have repeatedly shielded and saved their own people from deserved punishment. So the indigenous inhabitants of Russia see the word itself as been associated with some criminal ethnic group. So it is not without some grounds to claim that the villagers of Sagra got lucky. They were not accused of kicking out of the village, bandits and Roma drug traffickers because of hatred based on nationality. But they could well have been written in as "Russian fascists".
When the state frees itself from its direct functions, the citizens have no other option, but to defend themselves. Including defending themselves from such a state. In the Urals, this kind of life has led people to taking up pitchforks and shotguns in the truest sense.

FOREIGN SAILORS IN THE PRIMORSKY TERRITORY ON STRIKE

PROTEST IN ATHENS ENDS IN CLASHES WITH POLICE
On June 15, during another strike of workers in front of the Greek Parliament in Athens, which was attended by about 10 thousand people ended in clashes with police.

STRIKE BY BLIND WORKERS AT A CALL CENTER IN MOSCOW ENDS IN VICTORY

The condition of union leader of striking workers at "Ozenmunaygaz", Akzhanata Aminov, who was arrested two months under Article 164 of the Criminal Code for "incitement of social discord" and Article 335 for "organization of an illegal strike," has deteriorated sharply because of refusal to provide him with medical care. We were told about this by activists on the strike committee, stating that this is being done deliberately by police as the authorities are well aware that the trade union leader was ill with diabetes of the second group! In fact, it's a slow death torture, when a person is dying in front of your eyes and nothing is done. This is done with one purpose - to break the will and the health of one of the leaders of the workers.
To date, Aminov just been thrown into a cell, completely isolated from the outside world and deprived of his medical care. In jail his injection of insulin is deliberately banned and now he is not given any medication at all. In other matters in Aktau prison, there is not even a doctor, and all transfers of medication to the prisoner have been denied! His wife, close relatives and associates in the union are not allowed to visit him. Investigator Kushkinov and detective Onalbekov authorizing the arrest, just run away from workers and human rights activists, and are refusing to comment on the situation.
The body of Akzhanata Aminov, as reported by his fellow inmates, is covered with sores, which means that dehydration has set in due to lack of medication that should be given every three hours. If the situation does not change, the trade unionist may simply die, which is what the company KazMunaiGaz "KMG", the Chinese corporations, intelligence agencies and Acorda want. We need to hold immediate protests and large-scale organization of solidarity to stop the torture and humiliation of a leader of the working class in the Mangistau region.
On 6 July at 1130 am in Almaty, activists of the Socialist Movement of Kazakhstan intend to picket the Consulate General of China and other administrative buildings, demanding an end to discrimination and repression against striking workers in the oil and gas industry.

Only by satisfying those demands will lead totalks with the government and employers. What is interesting is that also the yellow trade unions have intensified. In words, they support the protesters now, but yesterday worshiped the authorites and bosses at KMG. Rather, it is an attempt to seize the initiative and strike leaders, but it's too late, as the mass of workers said that they only trust talks by Natalia Sokolova and Mukhtar Umbetov.
On the morning of July 9, participant Natalia Azhigalievu in the hunger strike was hospitalized by poisoned vapors of gasoline, due to her yesterday, completely dousing herself with fuel and threatened a mass act of self-immolation. PUBLIC UTILITIES WORKERS IN SAMARA HOLD UNSANCTIONED RALLY AND BLOCK PROSPECT METALLURGISTS

Sagra - another name-symbol that characterizes the fault of the current crisis in Russian society. Earlier this household name became the Karelian town of Kondopoga, then the village of Kuschevki, more recently - one of the central Moscow squares - Manege. Sagra though, is a small village in the Urals 40 km from Ekaterinburg.
But events in it are no less significant than in the capital. They give real meaning to the fact that until recently seemed to many only a metaphor, an exaggeration: punitive forces, policemen, peasants defending themselves and your house with pitchforks and hunting rifles. Because there is no other protection any more from the criminal mayhem, and the state in the face of local government or law enforcement agencies keep themselves aloof at best.
Problems in Sagra began after a gypsy family settled there, and according to local residents, took up the drug trade. According to villagers, they have repeatedly called on the police to deal with this matter, but the police did not respond. How acute the problem of drug addiction in Russia really is, people are well aware of. Moreover, the Urals is one of the regions where this disaster is especially strong. And now – from the militia renamed into the police, it turns out, one should not wait for protection. Then the people of Sagra themselves have forced drug traffickers leave the village. The gypsies decided to take revenge using the hands of members of Sverdlovsk ethnic groups.
The villagers of Sagra were warned in advance that they were coming to "sort them out”. And again, everyone else knew about this except for the police for some reason. At least, not one Traffic Police Post stopped and checked out the column of 15 vehicles, the passengers of which smashed up a car along on the road full of pensioners going to their dachas and beat up a teenager on a motorcycle. In fact, it is alas, nothing unusual for our country. Even armed terrorists with explosives repeatedly travelled hundreds of miles, passing through police cordons unchecked.
An unexpected result was that the villagers themselves did not allow the punitive locals into the village. Nine men, who all had three hunting rifles, pitchforks and axes repelled an attack by dozens of armed skinhead thugs, with cold arms, bats and machetes used by the Caucasians. One of the attackers, an ethnic Azerbaijani, a Georgian citizen Faig Musaev, received a shot charge in the chest and later died. The shooting lasted for about an hour. The cannonade, say locals, was akin to a war. However, the villagers called the incident a war. They suggest that the attackers might come back and just in case, prepare for a possible defence.
Again, hope is low for any help from the law enforcement bodies. After all, when it became known that dozens of armed men at night were going to the village, its inhabitants called the police. But no one came. One of the members of the village of the defence, Sergey Zubarev, according to him, personally phoned the police, and said the police came only a day later and asked him to come to the station. He went – and he was detained.
Allegedly, the two arrested were demanded by police to admit guilt, saying that the victim was the nephew of a thieving kingpin, so it was better to confess, otherwise everybody in the village would be worse off, because "this would not be forgiven."
Sergey Zubarev was interrogated for eight hours. This is how he tells it: "I ask for water - the interrogator raises a bottle, shakes it, but does not give me water. In the room are about eight people, all of them smoking, and I am a non-smoker. It's difficult. In the evening a man came in, and asks if I will confess? I was told that I had been detained on suspicion of murder. I immediately handed my things over, go into the cell, and in one of my ears, an interrogator whispers, that in any case I will have Article 228 thrown at me, as among my things which were handed over to the police upon being detained, will be found drugs – and this will mean prison from 8 to 20 years. On Monday, the investigator began to dictate about admitting the murder, but I told them all how it was. I was released."
The second detainee from Sagra, Victor Gorodilov was released,. However, they both remain suspects under Article 213 of the Criminal Code - "Hooliganism", in which they face up to seven years in prison.
Anastasia Uderevskaya’s lawyer says that during his interrogation of Zubarev, around the district police department, a number of Azerbaijanis gathered, and head of the Verkhnyaya Pyshma police, native of Baku, Marat Khalimov was especially zealous in order to force a confession from Zubarev,.
Naturally, the police deny this. How to deny the fact that the cause of the incident was drugs. "The Gypsy, who lives in the village for the last 7 and half years, never figured in the drugs related cases," - said the chief of the Interior Ministry of Sverdlovsk region, Mikhail Borodin.
But if you ignore the complaints of citizens then there will be nothing to do! But whatever it was in reality, the situation will all perfectly fit in documents. We recall the Kuban Kuschevku: while there was no mass slaughter that killed 12 people, the authorities did not want to pay attention to the rampant crime, fused with the police. And the locals for almost a decade were under wraps there by everyday fear.
The villagers of Sagra were not afraid. And if they will allow themselves to be intimidated further, and the case is "shut up", then perhaps they will get at least some justice. At least, when it received public attention, something was put into motion. An hour long shooting-spree arranged by visiting armed men is still referred to as a "mass brawl". However, the detained members of the defence of the village were released, and finally (almost a week after the attack), a criminal case has been opened against the very criminals, which at first no one thought would happen. While hot on the trail and if you wanted to, it would be quite easy. Now it is much harder: "They're now in hiding, and I think many of them have long moved out of the Sverdlovsk region and even from Russia. There were almost no Russian citizens among them, the majority being migrants,"- says representative of the Azerbaijani community of Yekaterinburg, Assad Kuliev in an interview with "Ura.Ru".
Only on the 6th day, when it gained wide public resonance, the Sverdlovsk Oblast government made it clear: what happened in Sagra was not a trivial “drunken” fight or a "criminal gang fight." Governor Misharin assembled the heads of the Federal Drug Control Service and police of the region to discuss the situation. On July 7 Sagra was had a visit by the head of the Investigative Committee of Russia, Alexander Bastrykin.
Whether or not the authorities draw any conclusions, is not yet clear at all. Bastrykin also went to Kuschevku, and you wont find a bigger case that what happened there. But now one of its main defendants, Sergei Tsepovyaz, is released on remand: He was accused only in the "earlier concealment." So soon it turns out that there was no gang!
And now law enforcement leadership is doing everything possible in order to make out the attack on Sagra was in no way linked to drug trafficking, because then you have to be responsible for the impunity of the drug traffickers.
The second theme, which the authorities want to avoid in every way - is the national theme. The men defending Sagra say that at the time it made no difference what nationality the gang came from. However, they also point out that they were Caucasians, in this case - Azerbaizhanis, and this is no accident.
Ethnic organized crime feels impunity especially in today's Russia. The magic word "diaspora", or rather, its rich and influential leaders have repeatedly shielded and saved their own people from deserved punishment. So the indigenous inhabitants of Russia see the word itself as been associated with some criminal ethnic group. So it is not without some grounds to claim that the villagers of Sagra got lucky. They were not accused of kicking out of the village, bandits and Roma drug traffickers because of hatred based on nationality. But they could well have been written in as "Russian fascists".
When the state frees itself from its direct functions, the citizens have no other option, but to defend themselves. Including defending themselves from such a state. In the Urals, this kind of life has led people to taking up pitchforks and shotguns in the truest sense.

FOREIGN SAILORS IN THE PRIMORSKY TERRITORY ON STRIKE

PROTEST IN ATHENS ENDS IN CLASHES WITH POLICE
On June 15, during another strike of workers in front of the Greek Parliament in Athens, which was attended by about 10 thousand people ended in clashes with police.

STRIKE BY BLIND WORKERS AT A CALL CENTER IN MOSCOW ENDS IN VICTORY

The condition of union leader of striking workers at "Ozenmunaygaz", Akzhanata Aminov, who was arrested two months under Article 164 of the Criminal Code for "incitement of social discord" and Article 335 for "organization of an illegal strike," has deteriorated sharply because of refusal to provide him with medical care. We were told about this by activists on the strike committee, stating that this is being done deliberately by police as the authorities are well aware that the trade union leader was ill with diabetes of the second group! In fact, it's a slow death torture, when a person is dying in front of your eyes and nothing is done. This is done with one purpose - to break the will and the health of one of the leaders of the workers.
To date, Aminov just been thrown into a cell, completely isolated from the outside world and deprived of his medical care. In jail his injection of insulin is deliberately banned and now he is not given any medication at all. In other matters in Aktau prison, there is not even a doctor, and all transfers of medication to the prisoner have been denied! His wife, close relatives and associates in the union are not allowed to visit him. Investigator Kushkinov and detective Onalbekov authorizing the arrest, just run away from workers and human rights activists, and are refusing to comment on the situation.
The body of Akzhanata Aminov, as reported by his fellow inmates, is covered with sores, which means that dehydration has set in due to lack of medication that should be given every three hours. If the situation does not change, the trade unionist may simply die, which is what the company KazMunaiGaz "KMG", the Chinese corporations, intelligence agencies and Acorda want. We need to hold immediate protests and large-scale organization of solidarity to stop the torture and humiliation of a leader of the working class in the Mangistau region.
On 6 July at 1130 am in Almaty, activists of the Socialist Movement of Kazakhstan intend to picket the Consulate General of China and other administrative buildings, demanding an end to discrimination and repression against striking workers in the oil and gas industry.

HOW ZIONISTS FUNDED HITLER
A pivotal role in financing Hitler and his associates was been played from the 1920-s by the U.S. and Britain who regarded Hitler as a tool for the destruction of the Soviet Union. A Brilliant and Courageous Statement
Attending to other matters that are now top priority, I momentarily strayed from the frequency with which I had been writing reflections in the year 2010; however, Hugo Chávez Frías’ proclamation last Thursday the 30th, obliges me to write these lines.
The president of Venezuela is one of the men who has done the most for the health and education of his people; since these are subjects where the Cuban Revolution has accumulated the most experience, we gladly collaborate to the maximum with this sister country in both areas.
It is by no means a matter of that country lacking doctors; quite the opposite. They had an abundance of doctors, among them there were even first-class professionals, just as in other Latin American countries. It is a social matter. The best medical doctors and the most sophisticated equipment could be placed at the service of private medicine, as it is in all capitalist countries. And often not even that, because in underdeveloped capitalism, like the type that used to exist in Venezuela, the wealthy class had sufficient means to go to the best hospitals in the United States or Europe, something that was and is customary and nobody can deny it.
Even worse, the United States and Europe have been noted for seducing the best specialists from any exploited Third World country to abandon their homeland and to emigrate to the consumer societies. Training doctors for that world in the developed countries implies fabulous sums of money that millions of poor Latin American and Caribbean families would never be able to pay. In Cuba, that used to happen until the Revolution took up the challenge, not just of training doctors capable of serving our own country, but also the other peoples of Latin America, the Caribbean or the world.
Never have we stolen the intelligences of other peoples. On the contrary; in Cuba we have trained tens of thousands of doctors and other top-level professionals, for free, in order to send them back to their own countries.
Thanks to the profound Bolivarian and Marti-inspired revolutions, Venezuela and Cuba are countries where health and education have been extraordinarily developed. Every citizen has the real right to receive general education and professional training at no cost, something that the United States has not been able to ensure for all its inhabitants. The reality is that the government of that country invests billions of dollars every year on its military machine and its war adventures. Furthermore, it is the greatest exporter of weapons and the instruments of death and the greatest market for drugs in the world. Because of this traffic, tens of thousands of Latin American lives are lost every year.
It is such a real and well-known fact that more than 50 years ago, a president having military origins bitterly denounced the decisive power accumulated by the military-industrial complex in that country.
These words would be superfluous if it were not for the intervention of the hateful and repugnant campaign unleashed by the massive Venezuelan oligarchy media, at the service of that empire, using the health problems being experienced by the Bolivarian President. We are united to the President with close and indestructible bonds of friendship that came into being from his first visit to our homeland on December 13th, 1994.
Some were surprised by the coincidence of his visit to Cuba with the necessity of seeking medical care. The Venezuelan President visited out country with the same aim that took him to Brazil and Ecuador. He had no intention of receiving medical care in our homeland.
It is well-known that for a few years now, a team of Cuban health specialists are providing their services to the Venezuelan President who, loyal to his Bolivarian principles, never considered them to be undesirable foreigners, but sons and daughters of the Great Latin American Homeland on behalf of which The Liberator fought, right up to his last living breath.
The first contingent of Cuban doctors left for Venezuela when the Vargas Stadium tragedy occurred, taking thousands of this noble country’s lives. This action of solidarity was nothing new; it made up a tradition well-established in our country from the first years of the Revolution, from the time almost half a century ago when Cuban doctors were sent to recently-independent Algeria. That tradition grew stronger while the Cuban Revolution, in the midst of a cruel blockade, was training internationalist doctors. Countries such as Peru, Somoza’s Nicaragua and other countries in our hemisphere and in the Third World were suffering from tragedies as a result of earthquakes or other causes that required Cuba’s solidarity. So, our country became the nation in the world that had the highest rate of doctors and specialized health personnel, with extremely high levels of experience and professional capabilities.
President Chávez put a great emphasis in relating with our health personnel. This way, a bond of confidence and friendship was born between him and the Cuban doctors who were always very sensitive to the treatment of the Venezuelan leader; and he was able to create thousands of health centres and outfit them with the necessary equipment in order to provide free services for all Venezuelans. There was no other government in the world that did so much, in such a short time, for the health of its people.
A large percentage of Cuban health personnel provided services in Venezuela and many of them also acted as teachers in certain subjects that were being taught to train more than 20,000 young Venezuelans who began to graduate as medical doctors. Many of them began their studies in our country. The internationalist doctors, members of Battalion 51, graduates of the Latin American School of Medicine, have earned solid prestige in carrying out complicated and difficult missions. On these bases my relations in this field with President Hugo Chávez were built.
I should add that in the course of more than twelve years, since February 2, 1999, the president and leader of the Venezuelan Revolution has not rested one single day and thus he occupies a unique place in the history of this hemisphere. All of his energy has been dedicated to the Revolution.
One could say that for every extra hour Chávez dedicates to his work, the president of the United States rests for two hours.
It was difficult, almost impossible, that his health would not suffer some sort of breakdown and this is what happened in the last few months.
He is a person used to the rigors of military life and he would stoically put up with the aches and pains that were plaguing him with ever increasing frequency. Given the friendly relations developed and the constant exchanges between Cuba and Venezuela, added to my personal health experience that I underwent since the proclamation of July 30, 2006, it is not unusual that I should have noticed the need for a strict medical check-up for the President. He is far too generous in granting me any special merit in this matter.
Of course, I admit that it was no easy task that I set for myself. It wasn’t difficult for me to notice that he had some health problems. Seven months had gone by since his last visit to Cuba. The medical team devoted to caring for his health had pleaded for me to take up the matter. From the very first moment, the President’s attitude was one of informing the people, with complete clarity, about the state of his health. That was why, at the point by then of returning, via his minister of Foreign Affairs, he informed the people about his health up to that instant and he promised to keep them informed in detail.
Each treatment was accompanied by rigorous cellular and laboratory analyses, of the kind that are done under such circumstances.
One of the tests, several days following the first surgery, showed results that determined more radical surgery and special treatment for the patient.
In his dignified message on June 30th, the noticeably recovered President speaks about the state of his health with absolute clarity.
I admit that it was no easy task for me to inform my friend about the new development. I could see the dignity with which he received the news that –while his mind was dealing with so many important tasks, among them the celebrations commemorating the Bicentennial and the formalization of the agreement on Latin American and Caribbean unity – much more than the physical suffering that radical surgery would imply, signified a test, as he put it, that he compared to the difficult moments he had to face in his lifetime as an unyielding combatant.
Along with him, the team of persons caring for him and who he described as sublime fought a magnificent battle which I have witnessed.
With no hesitation whatsoever, I state that the results are impressive and that the patient fought a decisive battle that shall lead him and Venezuela along with him, to a great victory.
One has to make sure that his declaration is communicated word for word in every language, but especially it should be translated and subtitled into English [set out below]; this is a language that can be understood on this Tower of Babel into which imperialism has transformed the world.
Now the external and internal enemies of Hugo Chávez are at the mercy of his words and his initiatives. Without a doubt there shall be surprises in store for them. Let us wish him our most steadfast support and trust. The lies of the empire and the treason of the quislings shall be defeated. Today there are millions of militant and aware Venezuelans who shall never be made to submit to the oligarchy and the empire.

LOST ALL MEMORY, REASON AND SHAME
Who does not remember the errors and crimes of the past are condemned to repeat them again. These words apply not only to anti-Soviet elements of Western Ukraine and the Baltics, but also to the leaders of Central Europe, who now mock the memory of dead Soviet soldiers who gave their lives for the liberation from fascism, the peoples of Germany, Poland, Hungary, Bulgaria, Yugoslavia, Romania,Czechoslovakia. In all these countries after World War II memorials have been established in honour of Soviet soldiers-liberators who died for the freedom of these states. But today, when in Central Europe flourished rabid anti-Soviet, anti-Russian chauvinism, many of these monuments are destroyed and desecrated. Recently, the monuments have been painted in different colours to make them a laughing stock for passers-by.
In particular, in June this year, similar took place in the Czech Republic with a tank of the Red Army, which after the World War II was set up in Prague on a pedestal in the square of Soviet tankists.
This fighting machine, the "IS (Josef Stalin) - 2" was placed on a pedestal in honour of Soviet tank (№ 23), which at three o'clock in the morning on May 9, 1945 first broke into the streets of Prague, which was occupied by German Nazis. In the capital of Czechoslovakia as a result of fierce fighting, Soviet troops crushed part of Hitler's Panzer Division "Das Reich", the Motorized Division "Viking", and destroyed the 20th German police regiment, two battalions of the SS and other fascist units who crushed in the Prague uprising. The town was liberated from Nazi troops by the Red Army.
After the collapse of the Soviet Union and the elimination of socialist Czechoslovakia, heroic Soviet tank number 23 was removed from the pedestal, taken away from Prague inro Leshan, and there, installed in front of the Military History Museum. The fighting machine in 1991, was repainted in ... pink and in this form existed until recently.
In the second half of June 2011, the Czech bourgeois authorities in pomp, celebrated the 20th anniversary of the withdrawal of Soviet troops from Czechoslovakia. Especially for these celebrations, to mock the memory of the Soviet tank that liberated Prague from the Nazis, tank number 23 was placed in the centre of the capital of the Czech Republic on a pontoon on the Vltava River near the national theatre. The fighting machine was again painted in pink. When placing the tank on the pontoon, Czech Defense Minister Vondra and "artist" Cherny were personally present, who put on the turret of a tank as a "sculpture" as a sign of abuse, a raised finger ... This is how today in Central Europe, fascist authorities and scum without any memory, reason and shame, desecrate and cynically humiliate Soviet symbols of victory over Nazi Germany. In May this year, following the example of Prague, in the Slovak town of Banska Bystrica, a Soviet tank-monument established in honour of the Red Army liberators, was also was repainted in pink,.
The Nazis did not just publicly announced to the world that they will destroy all the Slavic peoples (especially Russian and Belarusian), and the surviving part of the Czechs and Poles become Germanized and completely stripped of their national language and culture. This was carried out in practice. Today Vondra, Cherny & Co. are willing to put the Czech Republic under NATO's boots, to subject their country to occupation by NATO troops. Otherwise, why do they so hate everything Russian and Soviet?
The Soviet Army liberated from Nazi occupation, Slovakia, as well as nearly all of the Czech Republic, including almost all major cities in the country - Prerov, Zlin (Gottwald), Brno, Prostejov, Olomouc, Jihlava, Ostrava, Pardubice, Hradec Kralove, Usti nad Labem, Liberec, Teplice, Prague.
With the liberation of Czechoslovakia from the Nazis, more than 140,000 Soviet soldiers were killed and more than 350,000 Red Army soldiers were wounded. And now all of them, in essence, are spat upon and slandered the current regime the Czech Republic. It's time to put an end to this!
We Bolsheviks strongly protest against the abuse and mockery of the memory of dead Soviet soldiers who liberated Europe from fascism.
Remember, gentlemen, nothing in the world is without impunity. You will anyway have to pay for what you are doing with respect to the symbols of the Soviet Army. We will remember the names of all those involved in this. Retribution for their deeds will still come!
We call on all Czechs, Slovaks, on all people who honour the memory of Soviet soldiers who died in the struggle for the liberation of Czechoslovakia from the Nazis, to conduct a protest against the mockery of the memory of Soviet soldiers.

CRIMEA: SPECIAL FORCES BRUTALLY DISPERSE PARTICIPANTS IN A PROCESSION OF THE COSSACKS
The worship cross was met by "Berkut", "Tiger" and "Bars" riot cops and troops of the interior of Ukraine.
The infinitely cruel slaughter ended by an attempt to restore the Crimean Orthodox worship cross in honour of the Marines of Feodosia. At the request of the Tatar Mejlis, riot police of the Internal Affairs of Ukraine beat people around the head and broke bones. Fifteen people were injured, three of them in intensive care with severe injuries, one Cossack lies in a coma, reports "Svobodnaya Pressa" (Free Press).
The Worship Cross on Dzhankojsky highway was conceived as the last, fourth memorial sign in honour of immense heroism and the tragic fate of the soldiers and sailors of the Crimean front. In the winter of 1941 our Soviet troops broke into the port of Feodosiya, to assist besieged Sevastopol. 150 000 men went to the assault on the icy steppe.
Almost all lost their lives. The campaign of the Feodosiytsevs had a significant impact on the war. On December 30, the Germans stopped the assault on Sevastopol and retreated from the Kerch Peninsula. The attack on the Northern Caucasus has been delayed for almost six months.
Today, Worship Crosses mark the said line of defence of Great Theodosius on three sides. There remain the Dzhankojsky direction where lay under the tanks the 83rd Marine Brigade.
Money for the fourth cross was collected by the Cossacks. On the eve of Victory Day, a beautiful crucifix on stela turquoise rose high on the site of the bloody battle. No one expected that a commemorative event would cause such an explosion of hatred by the Tatar Mejlis. Into Feodosia from different points of the autonomy on the command, rushed in cars with the militants. They expected to move in, then overturn the cross on the Dzhankojsky highway. But they ran into a hundred Cossacks from Feodosia. The Cossacks stood firmly. And most importantly, the Tatar population of the district did not support their own radical compatriots! Simple Tatars have nothing to divide the Slavs, moreso the Orthodox ones, who do not mind if on the road from the cross-monument will stand a memorial with a crescent moon.
Unbelievable, but the search and demolition of worship cross was filed by the government of the autonomous republic. The pretext? – Documents had not been drawn up for a half square foot of roadside weeds beneath the cross, and therefore was classed as an "illegal construction", must be dismantled and the land freed up.
The court satisfied the demands of the Crimean Council of Ministers. The hosts of the cross appealed, but the government of Dzharty did not wait for the litigation.
On June 30, into the Crimea from Kiev arrived 460 servicemen of the Ministry of Ukraine. Ostensibly, to help local police in providing security in the holiday season. As part of assigned forces were fighters of the special forces (spetsnaz) brigade "Bars" and the Kiev based special motorized brigade of the Interior Troops.
On the night of July 1, 300 Kiev bases law enforcement officers conducted their first operation – the Theodosia worship cross was demolished. The one and only Cossack on guard could not resist. The cross was thrown into a car, driven to a cemetery of a church yard and sawn up.
Outraged by the sacrilege, Orthodox residents and visitors of Theodosius blocked a street in the city centre. The next morning in the city the Obschekrymsky Cossack circle gathered. The chieftains decided to restore the worship cross in honour of the soldiers of the Great Patriotic War, desecrated by the “guardians” of law and order. And not just to recover it, but to return it to the Dzhankojsky highway where the 83rd Marine Brigade had been killed.
Cossack youths raised the desecrated shrine in their arms and carried it along the ring road. On the outskirts of the city, they were expected. No, not Tatars – the warped pedestal of a cross was surrounded by ranks of the Special Forces. In their riot helmets, with shields and other heavy ammunition, "Golden Eagle", "Tiger", "Bars" squads lined up on the steppe...
The slaughter began, when the cross was brought closer to the police cordon. The riot cops did not just push away the Cossacks – but brutally beat people with batons, trying to hit them on the head. The wounded were thrown into police vans. By some miracle, the Cossack squadron was able to return the cross.
Realistically assessing the balance of power, the council of chieftains still gave sanctuary. Otherwise, the wounding and beating would not stop there.
Townspeople hope that the process of legitimizing the worship cross of the soldiers of the Great Patriotic War will begin simultaneously with the paperwork for a huge mosque in the nearby village of Shebetovk. The Orthodox and Muslim communities will stand on equal positions.

The situation in Crimea is too complex.
The nationalist Crimean Tatar Majlis is supported by the Ukrainian Nationalists - Bandera heirs. The authorities of Crimea, on the basis of using special forces against the Cossacks, stood on their side.
But on the other hand, they fought in the Great Patriotic War not under the leadership of the Orthodox Church or a sign of the cross, but under the leadership of the AUCP (b) and under the red flag. The article from "Svobodnaya Pressa" (Worship cross met by special forces Berkut ("Golden Eagle"), Tigr ("Tiger") and Bars ("Leopard") divisions, ends with the words: "The Orthodox and Muslim communities are to stand on an equal position."
A very dubious claim. In Crimea, the nationalist card is played under the supervision of the Majlis (behind who, of course stands NATO and Turkey, and behind their backs, the U.S. and the Zionists, who are accustomed - setting people against each other on national, religious and other grounds - by proxy.)
How do they honour the "Day of the deportation of Tartars from the Crimea." But the Crimean Tatars in large mass (approximately 95 000 people), fought on the side of Nazi Germany, as part of a SS division (exactly the same, for example, as the SS Division "Galicia", formed of Ukrainian Nationalists). For that and quite rightly they were evicted from the Crimea. At the same time, after appropriate proceedings, the families of the Crimean Tatars-Red Army soldiers could return to their place of residence.
In Crimea, the card for splitting is being played, based on the nationalist Crimean Tatar Majlis and on the ideology of anti-Stalinism. (A second line of a possible split of Ukraine lies between the East and West, between the Russian-speaking and Ukrainian-speaking population, between supporters of the union with Russia, the revival of union of the three brotherly Slavic peoples, and the nationalists on the other side, who faithfully serve the West, in dollars, of course - as their predecessors of Bandera had served the Fuhrer for Reichsmarks - deceiving the West-Ukrainian youth, glorifying traitors of the Ukrainian people, servants of the Nazis and slinging mud at Stalin and Bolshevism).
Our task - the task of the Bolsheviks in Ukraine, is to wage an uncompromising struggle against any manifestations of nationalism, explaining to the working people of all nationalities: Ukrainians, Crimean Tatars, Russian and others that their enemy is not the working man of another nationality or religion, but the main enemy of the working man - is the bourgeoisie and capital. Ukrainians, Russian, Crimean Tatars, need to unite in the struggle for the overthrow of bourgeois power against the people.

JULY 8, 1994 - COMRADE KIM IL SUNG MEMORIAL DAY - THE GREAT LEADER OF THE KOREAN PEOPLE, FATHER OF THE NATION, THE ETERNAL PRESIDENT OF THE DPRK, SUPREME COMMANDER, GENERAL-SECRETARY OF THE WORKERS’ PARTY OF KOREA (WPK) UNTIL JULY 1994.
Great Leader Comrade Kim Il Sung went down in history as the liberator of the Korean nation from Japanese colonial rule, as the savior of her great ancient - five thousand years of history and culture, that according to a plan the Japanese invaders had to put an end to in the twentieth century. Japanese eroded the Korean people from everything that was national, prohibited the carrying out of national customs, the use of native Korean language, making the Korean people their slaves. In his early teenage years, Comrade Kim Il Sung embarked on the path of revolutionary struggle and vowed to free the Korean people from Japanese oppressors. By organizing the armed guerrilla groups and intense heavy anti-Japanese struggle, he created a revolutionary people's army, which became the basis of the Korean People's Army - a powerful defender of his country and an active builder of a prosperous Korean socialist state.
The Day of July 8 in the DPRK is not a day of mourning. Rather it is a day of boundless expression of gratitude and respect to the people’s beloved Great Leader - Comrade Kim Il Sung, who as Great Kim Jong Il says, "always live with us!". And the memorial Kymsusansky palace, where the sarcophagus with the body of the Great Leader lies, not a mausoleum in the usual sense, but a hymn of eternal glory of a great man, a hard worker who discovered the path of light for the Korean nation of an independent life. Kymsusansky Palace is a hymn to the triumph of life over death, a symbol of strength and greatness of the Korean spirit, because the idea of the Great Leader today is fully implemented by the talented successor of his cause, Great KIM JONG IL.
How great the respect is for the memory of the Great Leader can be judged by who visits the Kumsusan Memorial Palace, and lots of people visit, not just Koreans but foreigners also, where they are personally acquainted with the multifaceted activities of Kim Il Sung, they see a huge number of state awards, which was awarded this great, simple and very humble man. Today's Korea is the implementation of the covenants of Kim Il Sung. This is great housing, excellent sports palaces, palaces, sciences, arts, theatres, modern libraries, monumental buildings, a beautiful environment in urban areas, cleanliness and order everywhere, trees and flower beds in the cities - this is the appearance of modern DPRK. The capital of the DPRK, Pyongyang, is one of the most beautiful cities in the world with beautiful environment, which none of the capitals of Europe can be proud of. People in the DPRK live in peace, having confidence in the future secured by the state, enjoying free medical care at modern levels of health development and achievements. There are no problems with comfortable accommodation for every Korean. Everyone is entitled to state-guaranteed free secondary and higher education. The system of free preschool is well-developed. A lot of attention and care is given by the state to health, safety and lives of mothers. Taxes in Korea do exist. The problem of its own food supply in a country where 80% of the area is rock and unsuitable for agriculture is almost solved. The DPRK is now a country with a developed economy and energy, able to decide for itself all questions of life support in a state of prolonged economic blockade. The Korean People's Army (KPA) equipped with modern weaponry, including nuclear, safe guards the peaceful labour of DPRK citizens.
Kim Il Sung was a man from the depths of the people, and therefore his whole life was connected with the people. He constantly travelled around the country, visited the most remote villages and towns, and therefore knew and felt the people, their concerns and aspirations. People paid him with sincere love and boundless confidence. Kim Il Sung gave a lot of time and effort in addressing the issue of reunification of the divided Korean nation by the U.S. invaders. He had created a lot of different projects for reunification, one of which was the creation of the Democratic Confederal Republic of Koryo. Crazy U.S. opposition to address this issue remains to this day, the US, which was first defeated by small freedom-loving socialist DPRK during the Korean War 1950-1953. U.S. ambitions are pushing them to new and emerging crimes and provocations against the DPRK. But the country, merged into the ideology of Juche and Songun politics, for more than 60 years under a gruelling inhuman economic blockade caused by the will of the U.S., stands firm and today, rallying around their leader - the Great Kim Jong Il, stands as an impregnable bastion of the North-East Asia , restraining the U.S. attempts to ignite the fire of a new world war in this region. The people of the DPRK are steadily building their own prosperous state, in spite of the U.S., and despite the pressure on it from the entire imperialist world.

A pivotal role in financing Hitler and his associates was been played from the 1920-s by the U.S. and Britain who regarded Hitler as a tool for the destruction of the Soviet Union. German major movers and shakers also sponsored Hitler. In particular, the most significant financial reinforcements to the National Socialist German Workers’ Party (NSDAP) was provided by Fritz Thyssen and Gustave Krup. Among bankers, money was collected at the same time by president of the Reichsbank and confidant of Hitler's relations with his political and financial sponsors in the West, Hjalmar Schacht.
However, a special place in the history of relations between Hitler and the bankers is occupied by the bankers of Jewish origin. Large injections of funds into the Nazi Party were made by the influential Jewish industrialists Fritz Mandel and Reynold Gesner. Substantial assistance to Hitler had been financially provided by well known banking dynasty Warburg and its head Max Warburg himself, who until 1938 was a director of the German industrial giant, "I.G. Farbenindustie AG", the “backbone of the German war machine." In 1938, on the advice of Schacht, Warburg went to the U.S., where his brother, Paul settled, the chief architect of the U.S. Federal Reserve, and his nephew James, was also actively engaged in financing Hitler. In February 1950, Robert Williams, published an article in the Williams Intelligence Summary of "about James Warburg’s plot against Christendom", which stated that in the early summer of 1929, James Warburg made an agreement with the financial community of America, who wished to establish sole control over Germany by unleashing there a national revolution. The task of Warburg was to find someone suitable in Germany, and he came into contact with Adolf Hitler, who later until January 30, 1932 received from him a sum in excess of $ 27 million, and then - another $ 7 million, which made it possible to finance his movement.

In 1936, when information about the persecution of Jews in Germany had already spread around the world, Wasserman telegraphed the New York Stock Exchange, imploring his colleagues and countrymen to do everything possible "to stop the spread of harmful and absolutely baseless rumors."
A number of researchers claim that the Rothschild banking dynasty whose name became a symbol of wealth was engaged in financing Hitler. In December 2010, this version was supported by the Metropolitan of the Greek city of Piraeus, Eminence Seraphim. Speaking on a Greek television broadcast by MegaTV, the hierarch of the Orthodox Church of Greece, in particular, said: "Baron Rothschild financed both the Jewish colony in Palestine, and the campaign by Adolf Hitler ... Adolf Hitler was a tool in the hands of world Zionism, and the house of Rothschild financed it with a single purpose: to convince the Jews to leave Europe and to create in Palestine their own new empire."
"Paradoxically at first glance, but the capital of Jewish bankers of America and Germany worked for Hitler, which gave him in 1929 carte blanche to seize power in Germany with the financing of the Nazi party. Big money spent on the Nazi movement was given by Jewish bankers in Germany. One of them, Trebitsch Lincoln, even became a friend of Hitler. In all, in the Third Reich, thanks to the Fuhrer, there were over 150 "honorary Aryans" of Jewish origin, the overwhelming majority – major manufacturers, carrying out the personal orders of the Fuhrer on the finance of any political activities.
For the Nazis, the principle of separation of Jews into the rich and everyone else, was a characteristic almost until the collapse of the Reich. And yet, interestingly, the moral (if that term applies here at all) aspect did not care either one way or the other. Pragmatism was the most important thing.
Here is a line which was told by Pierre Musy - son of Jean-Marie Musy, who was twice president of Switzerland (in 1925 and 1930 respectively). “After the Red Army withdrew to the borders of the Reich, said Musy, Jr., talks began between his father on the one hand, and Schellenberg and Heinrich Himmler – on the other. In Berlin, Jean-Marie Musy as an individual, with his son Benoit, an officer in the Swiss army were involved in the release of 1210 prisoners from the Theresienstadt concentration camp. American financiers offered to pay via Musy, money to the Nazis if Himmler released Jewish prisoners from concentration camps. Talk was about the relatives of Jewish financial magnates who lived in the United States. In exchange for the release of relatives, the Americans began publication in the U.S. of material in favour of a separate peace with the Reich. The first batch, of about 1,000 prisoners were transported across the border to Constanta from the Theresienstadt death camp. In exchange for a brand new car and petrol, Himmler authorized the release of another group of prisoners.....”
Here, there are possible objections: unfortunate prisoners were rescued in every way possible, and this is correct, so it should be, even if they were saved the cost of the extension of Germany's agony ... Here there is only one "but": they rescued, according to the above story, by far not ALL of them, but again, only the relatives of rich people, strictly from the top of the list.
And finally - a few numbers, as another illustration on the topic of who was who and how they were saved. Out of all the Jews who had been persecuted by the Nazis and found refuge abroad during the period from 1935 to 1943., only 8.5% of the total number actually settled in Palestine.The United States limited the numbers to 182 000 (less than 7%), and Britain - 67 000 (around 2%). The vast MAJORITY - 75% - took refuge in the Soviet Union. REFLECTIONS OF FIDEL
A Brilliant and Courageous Statement
Attending to other matters that are now top priority, I momentarily strayed from the frequency with which I had been writing reflections in the year 2010; however, Hugo Chávez Frías’ proclamation last Thursday the 30th, obliges me to write these lines.
The president of Venezuela is one of the men who has done the most for the health and education of his people; since these are subjects where the Cuban Revolution has accumulated the most experience, we gladly collaborate to the maximum with this sister country in both areas.
It is by no means a matter of that country lacking doctors; quite the opposite. They had an abundance of doctors, among them there were even first-class professionals, just as in other Latin American countries. It is a social matter. The best medical doctors and the most sophisticated equipment could be placed at the service of private medicine, as it is in all capitalist countries. And often not even that, because in underdeveloped capitalism, like the type that used to exist in Venezuela, the wealthy class had sufficient means to go to the best hospitals in the United States or Europe, something that was and is customary and nobody can deny it.
Even worse, the United States and Europe have been noted for seducing the best specialists from any exploited Third World country to abandon their homeland and to emigrate to the consumer societies. Training doctors for that world in the developed countries implies fabulous sums of money that millions of poor Latin American and Caribbean families would never be able to pay. In Cuba, that used to happen until the Revolution took up the challenge, not just of training doctors capable of serving our own country, but also the other peoples of Latin America, the Caribbean or the world.
Never have we stolen the intelligences of other peoples. On the contrary; in Cuba we have trained tens of thousands of doctors and other top-level professionals, for free, in order to send them back to their own countries.
Thanks to the profound Bolivarian and Marti-inspired revolutions, Venezuela and Cuba are countries where health and education have been extraordinarily developed. Every citizen has the real right to receive general education and professional training at no cost, something that the United States has not been able to ensure for all its inhabitants. The reality is that the government of that country invests billions of dollars every year on its military machine and its war adventures. Furthermore, it is the greatest exporter of weapons and the instruments of death and the greatest market for drugs in the world. Because of this traffic, tens of thousands of Latin American lives are lost every year.
It is such a real and well-known fact that more than 50 years ago, a president having military origins bitterly denounced the decisive power accumulated by the military-industrial complex in that country.
These words would be superfluous if it were not for the intervention of the hateful and repugnant campaign unleashed by the massive Venezuelan oligarchy media, at the service of that empire, using the health problems being experienced by the Bolivarian President. We are united to the President with close and indestructible bonds of friendship that came into being from his first visit to our homeland on December 13th, 1994.
Some were surprised by the coincidence of his visit to Cuba with the necessity of seeking medical care. The Venezuelan President visited out country with the same aim that took him to Brazil and Ecuador. He had no intention of receiving medical care in our homeland.
It is well-known that for a few years now, a team of Cuban health specialists are providing their services to the Venezuelan President who, loyal to his Bolivarian principles, never considered them to be undesirable foreigners, but sons and daughters of the Great Latin American Homeland on behalf of which The Liberator fought, right up to his last living breath.
The first contingent of Cuban doctors left for Venezuela when the Vargas Stadium tragedy occurred, taking thousands of this noble country’s lives. This action of solidarity was nothing new; it made up a tradition well-established in our country from the first years of the Revolution, from the time almost half a century ago when Cuban doctors were sent to recently-independent Algeria. That tradition grew stronger while the Cuban Revolution, in the midst of a cruel blockade, was training internationalist doctors. Countries such as Peru, Somoza’s Nicaragua and other countries in our hemisphere and in the Third World were suffering from tragedies as a result of earthquakes or other causes that required Cuba’s solidarity. So, our country became the nation in the world that had the highest rate of doctors and specialized health personnel, with extremely high levels of experience and professional capabilities.
President Chávez put a great emphasis in relating with our health personnel. This way, a bond of confidence and friendship was born between him and the Cuban doctors who were always very sensitive to the treatment of the Venezuelan leader; and he was able to create thousands of health centres and outfit them with the necessary equipment in order to provide free services for all Venezuelans. There was no other government in the world that did so much, in such a short time, for the health of its people.
A large percentage of Cuban health personnel provided services in Venezuela and many of them also acted as teachers in certain subjects that were being taught to train more than 20,000 young Venezuelans who began to graduate as medical doctors. Many of them began their studies in our country. The internationalist doctors, members of Battalion 51, graduates of the Latin American School of Medicine, have earned solid prestige in carrying out complicated and difficult missions. On these bases my relations in this field with President Hugo Chávez were built.
I should add that in the course of more than twelve years, since February 2, 1999, the president and leader of the Venezuelan Revolution has not rested one single day and thus he occupies a unique place in the history of this hemisphere. All of his energy has been dedicated to the Revolution.
One could say that for every extra hour Chávez dedicates to his work, the president of the United States rests for two hours.
It was difficult, almost impossible, that his health would not suffer some sort of breakdown and this is what happened in the last few months.
He is a person used to the rigors of military life and he would stoically put up with the aches and pains that were plaguing him with ever increasing frequency. Given the friendly relations developed and the constant exchanges between Cuba and Venezuela, added to my personal health experience that I underwent since the proclamation of July 30, 2006, it is not unusual that I should have noticed the need for a strict medical check-up for the President. He is far too generous in granting me any special merit in this matter.
Of course, I admit that it was no easy task that I set for myself. It wasn’t difficult for me to notice that he had some health problems. Seven months had gone by since his last visit to Cuba. The medical team devoted to caring for his health had pleaded for me to take up the matter. From the very first moment, the President’s attitude was one of informing the people, with complete clarity, about the state of his health. That was why, at the point by then of returning, via his minister of Foreign Affairs, he informed the people about his health up to that instant and he promised to keep them informed in detail.
Each treatment was accompanied by rigorous cellular and laboratory analyses, of the kind that are done under such circumstances.
One of the tests, several days following the first surgery, showed results that determined more radical surgery and special treatment for the patient.
In his dignified message on June 30th, the noticeably recovered President speaks about the state of his health with absolute clarity.
I admit that it was no easy task for me to inform my friend about the new development. I could see the dignity with which he received the news that –while his mind was dealing with so many important tasks, among them the celebrations commemorating the Bicentennial and the formalization of the agreement on Latin American and Caribbean unity – much more than the physical suffering that radical surgery would imply, signified a test, as he put it, that he compared to the difficult moments he had to face in his lifetime as an unyielding combatant.
Along with him, the team of persons caring for him and who he described as sublime fought a magnificent battle which I have witnessed.
With no hesitation whatsoever, I state that the results are impressive and that the patient fought a decisive battle that shall lead him and Venezuela along with him, to a great victory.
One has to make sure that his declaration is communicated word for word in every language, but especially it should be translated and subtitled into English [set out below]; this is a language that can be understood on this Tower of Babel into which imperialism has transformed the world.
Now the external and internal enemies of Hugo Chávez are at the mercy of his words and his initiatives. Without a doubt there shall be surprises in store for them. Let us wish him our most steadfast support and trust. The lies of the empire and the treason of the quislings shall be defeated. Today there are millions of militant and aware Venezuelans who shall never be made to submit to the oligarchy and the empire.

LOST ALL MEMORY, REASON AND SHAME
Who does not remember the errors and crimes of the past are condemned to repeat them again. These words apply not only to anti-Soviet elements of Western Ukraine and the Baltics, but also to the leaders of Central Europe, who now mock the memory of dead Soviet soldiers who gave their lives for the liberation from fascism, the peoples of Germany, Poland, Hungary, Bulgaria, Yugoslavia, Romania,Czechoslovakia. In all these countries after World War II memorials have been established in honour of Soviet soldiers-liberators who died for the freedom of these states. But today, when in Central Europe flourished rabid anti-Soviet, anti-Russian chauvinism, many of these monuments are destroyed and desecrated. Recently, the monuments have been painted in different colours to make them a laughing stock for passers-by.
In particular, in June this year, similar took place in the Czech Republic with a tank of the Red Army, which after the World War II was set up in Prague on a pedestal in the square of Soviet tankists.
This fighting machine, the "IS (Josef Stalin) - 2" was placed on a pedestal in honour of Soviet tank (№ 23), which at three o'clock in the morning on May 9, 1945 first broke into the streets of Prague, which was occupied by German Nazis. In the capital of Czechoslovakia as a result of fierce fighting, Soviet troops crushed part of Hitler's Panzer Division "Das Reich", the Motorized Division "Viking", and destroyed the 20th German police regiment, two battalions of the SS and other fascist units who crushed in the Prague uprising. The town was liberated from Nazi troops by the Red Army.
After the collapse of the Soviet Union and the elimination of socialist Czechoslovakia, heroic Soviet tank number 23 was removed from the pedestal, taken away from Prague inro Leshan, and there, installed in front of the Military History Museum. The fighting machine in 1991, was repainted in ... pink and in this form existed until recently.
In the second half of June 2011, the Czech bourgeois authorities in pomp, celebrated the 20th anniversary of the withdrawal of Soviet troops from Czechoslovakia. Especially for these celebrations, to mock the memory of the Soviet tank that liberated Prague from the Nazis, tank number 23 was placed in the centre of the capital of the Czech Republic on a pontoon on the Vltava River near the national theatre. The fighting machine was again painted in pink. When placing the tank on the pontoon, Czech Defense Minister Vondra and "artist" Cherny were personally present, who put on the turret of a tank as a "sculpture" as a sign of abuse, a raised finger ... This is how today in Central Europe, fascist authorities and scum without any memory, reason and shame, desecrate and cynically humiliate Soviet symbols of victory over Nazi Germany. In May this year, following the example of Prague, in the Slovak town of Banska Bystrica, a Soviet tank-monument established in honour of the Red Army liberators, was also was repainted in pink,.
The Nazis did not just publicly announced to the world that they will destroy all the Slavic peoples (especially Russian and Belarusian), and the surviving part of the Czechs and Poles become Germanized and completely stripped of their national language and culture. This was carried out in practice. Today Vondra, Cherny & Co. are willing to put the Czech Republic under NATO's boots, to subject their country to occupation by NATO troops. Otherwise, why do they so hate everything Russian and Soviet?
The Soviet Army liberated from Nazi occupation, Slovakia, as well as nearly all of the Czech Republic, including almost all major cities in the country - Prerov, Zlin (Gottwald), Brno, Prostejov, Olomouc, Jihlava, Ostrava, Pardubice, Hradec Kralove, Usti nad Labem, Liberec, Teplice, Prague.
With the liberation of Czechoslovakia from the Nazis, more than 140,000 Soviet soldiers were killed and more than 350,000 Red Army soldiers were wounded. And now all of them, in essence, are spat upon and slandered the current regime the Czech Republic. It's time to put an end to this!
We Bolsheviks strongly protest against the abuse and mockery of the memory of dead Soviet soldiers who liberated Europe from fascism.
Remember, gentlemen, nothing in the world is without impunity. You will anyway have to pay for what you are doing with respect to the symbols of the Soviet Army. We will remember the names of all those involved in this. Retribution for their deeds will still come!
We call on all Czechs, Slovaks, on all people who honour the memory of Soviet soldiers who died in the struggle for the liberation of Czechoslovakia from the Nazis, to conduct a protest against the mockery of the memory of Soviet soldiers.

CRIMEA: SPECIAL FORCES BRUTALLY DISPERSE PARTICIPANTS IN A PROCESSION OF THE COSSACKS
The worship cross was met by "Berkut", "Tiger" and "Bars" riot cops and troops of the interior of Ukraine.
The infinitely cruel slaughter ended by an attempt to restore the Crimean Orthodox worship cross in honour of the Marines of Feodosia. At the request of the Tatar Mejlis, riot police of the Internal Affairs of Ukraine beat people around the head and broke bones. Fifteen people were injured, three of them in intensive care with severe injuries, one Cossack lies in a coma, reports "Svobodnaya Pressa" (Free Press).
The Worship Cross on Dzhankojsky highway was conceived as the last, fourth memorial sign in honour of immense heroism and the tragic fate of the soldiers and sailors of the Crimean front. In the winter of 1941 our Soviet troops broke into the port of Feodosiya, to assist besieged Sevastopol. 150 000 men went to the assault on the icy steppe.
Almost all lost their lives. The campaign of the Feodosiytsevs had a significant impact on the war. On December 30, the Germans stopped the assault on Sevastopol and retreated from the Kerch Peninsula. The attack on the Northern Caucasus has been delayed for almost six months.
Today, Worship Crosses mark the said line of defence of Great Theodosius on three sides. There remain the Dzhankojsky direction where lay under the tanks the 83rd Marine Brigade.
Money for the fourth cross was collected by the Cossacks. On the eve of Victory Day, a beautiful crucifix on stela turquoise rose high on the site of the bloody battle. No one expected that a commemorative event would cause such an explosion of hatred by the Tatar Mejlis. Into Feodosia from different points of the autonomy on the command, rushed in cars with the militants. They expected to move in, then overturn the cross on the Dzhankojsky highway. But they ran into a hundred Cossacks from Feodosia. The Cossacks stood firmly. And most importantly, the Tatar population of the district did not support their own radical compatriots! Simple Tatars have nothing to divide the Slavs, moreso the Orthodox ones, who do not mind if on the road from the cross-monument will stand a memorial with a crescent moon.
Unbelievable, but the search and demolition of worship cross was filed by the government of the autonomous republic. The pretext? – Documents had not been drawn up for a half square foot of roadside weeds beneath the cross, and therefore was classed as an "illegal construction", must be dismantled and the land freed up.
The court satisfied the demands of the Crimean Council of Ministers. The hosts of the cross appealed, but the government of Dzharty did not wait for the litigation.
On June 30, into the Crimea from Kiev arrived 460 servicemen of the Ministry of Ukraine. Ostensibly, to help local police in providing security in the holiday season. As part of assigned forces were fighters of the special forces (spetsnaz) brigade "Bars" and the Kiev based special motorized brigade of the Interior Troops.
On the night of July 1, 300 Kiev bases law enforcement officers conducted their first operation – the Theodosia worship cross was demolished. The one and only Cossack on guard could not resist. The cross was thrown into a car, driven to a cemetery of a church yard and sawn up.
Outraged by the sacrilege, Orthodox residents and visitors of Theodosius blocked a street in the city centre. The next morning in the city the Obschekrymsky Cossack circle gathered. The chieftains decided to restore the worship cross in honour of the soldiers of the Great Patriotic War, desecrated by the “guardians” of law and order. And not just to recover it, but to return it to the Dzhankojsky highway where the 83rd Marine Brigade had been killed.
Cossack youths raised the desecrated shrine in their arms and carried it along the ring road. On the outskirts of the city, they were expected. No, not Tatars – the warped pedestal of a cross was surrounded by ranks of the Special Forces. In their riot helmets, with shields and other heavy ammunition, "Golden Eagle", "Tiger", "Bars" squads lined up on the steppe...
The slaughter began, when the cross was brought closer to the police cordon. The riot cops did not just push away the Cossacks – but brutally beat people with batons, trying to hit them on the head. The wounded were thrown into police vans. By some miracle, the Cossack squadron was able to return the cross.
Realistically assessing the balance of power, the council of chieftains still gave sanctuary. Otherwise, the wounding and beating would not stop there.
Townspeople hope that the process of legitimizing the worship cross of the soldiers of the Great Patriotic War will begin simultaneously with the paperwork for a huge mosque in the nearby village of Shebetovk. The Orthodox and Muslim communities will stand on equal positions.

The situation in Crimea is too complex.
The nationalist Crimean Tatar Majlis is supported by the Ukrainian Nationalists - Bandera heirs. The authorities of Crimea, on the basis of using special forces against the Cossacks, stood on their side.
But on the other hand, they fought in the Great Patriotic War not under the leadership of the Orthodox Church or a sign of the cross, but under the leadership of the AUCP (b) and under the red flag. The article from "Svobodnaya Pressa" (Worship cross met by special forces Berkut ("Golden Eagle"), Tigr ("Tiger") and Bars ("Leopard") divisions, ends with the words: "The Orthodox and Muslim communities are to stand on an equal position."
A very dubious claim. In Crimea, the nationalist card is played under the supervision of the Majlis (behind who, of course stands NATO and Turkey, and behind their backs, the U.S. and the Zionists, who are accustomed - setting people against each other on national, religious and other grounds - by proxy.)
How do they honour the "Day of the deportation of Tartars from the Crimea." But the Crimean Tatars in large mass (approximately 95 000 people), fought on the side of Nazi Germany, as part of a SS division (exactly the same, for example, as the SS Division "Galicia", formed of Ukrainian Nationalists). For that and quite rightly they were evicted from the Crimea. At the same time, after appropriate proceedings, the families of the Crimean Tatars-Red Army soldiers could return to their place of residence.
In Crimea, the card for splitting is being played, based on the nationalist Crimean Tatar Majlis and on the ideology of anti-Stalinism. (A second line of a possible split of Ukraine lies between the East and West, between the Russian-speaking and Ukrainian-speaking population, between supporters of the union with Russia, the revival of union of the three brotherly Slavic peoples, and the nationalists on the other side, who faithfully serve the West, in dollars, of course - as their predecessors of Bandera had served the Fuhrer for Reichsmarks - deceiving the West-Ukrainian youth, glorifying traitors of the Ukrainian people, servants of the Nazis and slinging mud at Stalin and Bolshevism).
Our task - the task of the Bolsheviks in Ukraine, is to wage an uncompromising struggle against any manifestations of nationalism, explaining to the working people of all nationalities: Ukrainians, Crimean Tatars, Russian and others that their enemy is not the working man of another nationality or religion, but the main enemy of the working man - is the bourgeoisie and capital. Ukrainians, Russian, Crimean Tatars, need to unite in the struggle for the overthrow of bourgeois power against the people.

JULY 8, 1994 - COMRADE KIM IL SUNG MEMORIAL DAY - THE GREAT LEADER OF THE KOREAN PEOPLE, FATHER OF THE NATION, THE ETERNAL PRESIDENT OF THE DPRK, SUPREME COMMANDER, GENERAL-SECRETARY OF THE WORKERS’ PARTY OF KOREA (WPK) UNTIL JULY 1994.
Great Leader Comrade Kim Il Sung went down in history as the liberator of the Korean nation from Japanese colonial rule, as the savior of her great ancient - five thousand years of history and culture, that according to a plan the Japanese invaders had to put an end to in the twentieth century. Japanese eroded the Korean people from everything that was national, prohibited the carrying out of national customs, the use of native Korean language, making the Korean people their slaves. In his early teenage years, Comrade Kim Il Sung embarked on the path of revolutionary struggle and vowed to free the Korean people from Japanese oppressors. By organizing the armed guerrilla groups and intense heavy anti-Japanese struggle, he created a revolutionary people's army, which became the basis of the Korean People's Army - a powerful defender of his country and an active builder of a prosperous Korean socialist state.
The Day of July 8 in the DPRK is not a day of mourning. Rather it is a day of boundless expression of gratitude and respect to the people’s beloved Great Leader - Comrade Kim Il Sung, who as Great Kim Jong Il says, "always live with us!". And the memorial Kymsusansky palace, where the sarcophagus with the body of the Great Leader lies, not a mausoleum in the usual sense, but a hymn of eternal glory of a great man, a hard worker who discovered the path of light for the Korean nation of an independent life. Kymsusansky Palace is a hymn to the triumph of life over death, a symbol of strength and greatness of the Korean spirit, because the idea of the Great Leader today is fully implemented by the talented successor of his cause, Great KIM JONG IL.
How great the respect is for the memory of the Great Leader can be judged by who visits the Kumsusan Memorial Palace, and lots of people visit, not just Koreans but foreigners also, where they are personally acquainted with the multifaceted activities of Kim Il Sung, they see a huge number of state awards, which was awarded this great, simple and very humble man. Today's Korea is the implementation of the covenants of Kim Il Sung. This is great housing, excellent sports palaces, palaces, sciences, arts, theatres, modern libraries, monumental buildings, a beautiful environment in urban areas, cleanliness and order everywhere, trees and flower beds in the cities - this is the appearance of modern DPRK. The capital of the DPRK, Pyongyang, is one of the most beautiful cities in the world with beautiful environment, which none of the capitals of Europe can be proud of. People in the DPRK live in peace, having confidence in the future secured by the state, enjoying free medical care at modern levels of health development and achievements. There are no problems with comfortable accommodation for every Korean. Everyone is entitled to state-guaranteed free secondary and higher education. The system of free preschool is well-developed. A lot of attention and care is given by the state to health, safety and lives of mothers. Taxes in Korea do exist. The problem of its own food supply in a country where 80% of the area is rock and unsuitable for agriculture is almost solved. The DPRK is now a country with a developed economy and energy, able to decide for itself all questions of life support in a state of prolonged economic blockade. The Korean People's Army (KPA) equipped with modern weaponry, including nuclear, safe guards the peaceful labour of DPRK citizens.
Kim Il Sung was a man from the depths of the people, and therefore his whole life was connected with the people. He constantly travelled around the country, visited the most remote villages and towns, and therefore knew and felt the people, their concerns and aspirations. People paid him with sincere love and boundless confidence. Kim Il Sung gave a lot of time and effort in addressing the issue of reunification of the divided Korean nation by the U.S. invaders. Since the beginning of April 2011 in the Belarusian currency exchange offices, surprisingly for many, long queues were formed, as in places where the population exchanged Belarusian rubles for foreign currency, there are no more U.S. dollars and euros. Media reports talked about a currency crisis in Belarus, and people start buying goods in bulk at shops, with an unfounded fear of rising prices for them. High demand has reached such proportions that from the shelves are disappearing, not only household appliances: refrigerators, gas cookers, vacuum cleaners, etc., but also food products: vegetable oil, fish, sugar and even salt, but salt is produced in Belarus in enough quantities not only for internal purposes but also for export.
The delighted paid by the West opposition, having lost at the last presidential election by a crushing defeat, has started via the Internet spreading all kinds of panicky rumors in order to enhance speculative sentiments among the population and the maximum destabilization of the country for carrying out the orders their masters - the handong over of Belarus to Western capital. And, of course, this has contributed to the further deterioration in the foreign exchange market in Belarus. A very ugly role in this is being carried on by the media of Russia, who excitedly showed great delight in the temporarily empty shelves in some Belarusian stores, and creating such an apocalyptic picture, not giving full information about what is happening, has decieved Russian viewers.
The hard pegging of the bourgeois Belarusian economy to foreign currency was not long in coming: the effects of the currency crisis turned out to be very difficult for Belarus. What has started was unseen since the early 90's, when Belarus was led by the traitor of the Soviet people pro-Western Shushkevich, with rising prices for food and industrial goods, for services rendered to population, for of fuel for vehicles to travel on the railways, etc. Since the beginning of 2011, inflation in Belarus has crossed the barrier of 25%, and many goods for January - May rose by 1.5 - 2 times. The average salary dropped from $ 500 to $ 300 a month.
In the current crisis, especially working people, retirees, have become poorer and no amount of compensatory measures by the government will cover the losses. Also on the backs of the impoverishment of workers, peasants and intellectuals, a small group of nouveau riche have gained, having at Minsk and other Belarusian cities huge houses and palaces.

While many Western countries are still struggling with the consequences of the global economic crisis that hit almost all of their economies in 2008 – 2009, the media of these countries, as well as some Russian media have began to report on the economic crisis in Belarus. However, in these media you can find virtually no true information about the nature of economic crises and their causes.
Marxist-Leninist science deals with economic crises as the phase of the capitalist cycle, characterized by the rapid explosion of all the contradictions of the capitalist economy. It manifests itself in the absolute decline in production, underload of production capacity, growing unemployment, violations of the monetary and monetary and financial spheres, etc. The main reason is the basic contradiction of capitalism: the contradiction between social production and private form of appropriation of the results.
The first crisis in the history of capitalism erupted in 1825. The country currently has some elements of the crisis, but a full-scale economic crisis NOT yet. In January - April of this year, industrial production growth in Belarus reached 12.9%, and the country for this indicator is the leader of the CIS. Unemployment, according to official data, meanwhile remain at the same low level, but we, Bolsheviks, note the presence of hidden unemployment in Belarus, where employees of certain enterprises are located in the workplace, but companies are not overburdened by work or enterprises have introduced a shorter working week.
The main causes of difficulties experienced at present in Belarus, is the destruction 20 years ago of the Soviet Union and the introduction into the Republic of capitalist market relations. All other causes are the results from the indicated main reasons.
After the counter-revolutionary coup in Belarus, like other former Soviet republics, it entered the capitalist path of development, and while at the head is President Alexander Lukashenko, the speed of capitalization of the Belarus economy has been lower than in other republics, so we, Bolsheviks, have no doubt about the bourgeois character of all reforms. After the last presidential election, these reforms have been started with acceleration. Almost immediately after the election on 31.12.2010 of President of Belarus, Alexander Lukashenko signed directive № 4 "On the development of entrepreneurship and encouraging business activity in Belarus." For example, some of the requirements of this Directive are:
"1.1 ... the transition to market pricing mechanisms ...;
eliminate government intervention in the pricing process of business entities;
eliminate the limitation of allowances in wholesale and retail trade and the mandatory drafting of economic feasibility level of used prices (tariffs) for goods (work, services) ...
2. Take the most serious measures to protect and promote private ownership."
In the development of directives, on February 25, 2011 Decree № 72 is issued "On some issues of regulation of prices (tariffs) in the Republic of Belarus", which read: "2.2 is not an offense:
exceeding by individual entrepreneur or legal entity the established limited changes in wholesale prices index (goods) for goods (work, services) for their implementation without registration of prices (tariffs) in the prescribed manner, ...
sale of goods (work, services) by an individual entrepreneur or legal entity in the absence of economic calculation ... except regulated in accordance with this decree. "
Presidential Decree № 181 was then published from May 10, 2011 "On some measures to improve state regulation of wages." The essence of this Decree is set out in the beginning: "In order to empower employers to establish flexible payment terms of employees, taking into account the possible impact of the contribution of each employee and financial resources of entrepreneurs, I decree:
1. Grant the right to commercial organizations and individual entrepreneurs to make decisions on the use of the Single tariff for workers of Belarus in determining the conditions of payment of workers." Thus, the Single tariff for workers of Belarus has become optional for entrepreneurs.
And, finally, its own contribution to the creation of chaos in the foreign exchange market in the Republic was made by thte National Bank since May 11, 2011 with the free floating of exchange rates for transactions in the population, corridor fluctuations have expanded in the ruble against the currency basket to 12%. Of course, all this was a signal for panic. And when the situation became unmanageable, out came the above-mentioned decision of the National Bank of 24 May 2011.
As you may know, the classic example of the bourgeois economists on overcoming crisis was US president Roosevelt during the "Great Depression" of 1929 - 1933. He for the first time applied the methods of firm state regulation of the American capitalist economy, and from 1934, America gradually came out of severe economic crisis. But here we note that by 1937, America was again creeping into the next crisis, and only the approach of the Second World War, which allowed American capitalists to open multibillion-dollar military contracts at the expense of taxpayers, saved it from the next even more devastating crisis. This example very eloquently confirms the Marxist thesis of the inevitability of crises and wars of capitalism. By the way, regarding the latest world economic crisis, many bourgeois economists are already predicting the approach of its second wave, more destructive than the wave of 2008 - 2009.
As you can see, the actions of the administration of the Belarusian president in the first half of 2011, on the contrary have been directed towards a departure from past policies of government regulation and towards the transition to a policy of granting complete freedom of entrepreneurship and business - and straight away you can see the Belarusian economy is faced with crises. In this case, what is confirmed by the Leninist thesis is that private ownership every minute and every second generates new private ownership. Small Belarusian private capital having occupied at the start, has gained strength under President Alexander Lukashenko, and is now demanding an increase in its share of the Belarusian "pie". And the bourgeois president, from the first days of speaking for the presence in the Belarusian economy of private property, must now go to meet them.
However, when "Belarusian traders for the master," lost conscience, and the rise in prices took a threatening nature, the president intervened - and some prices were reduced. In an attempt to rectify the situation on the currency market, it was decided to expand the scope of the monetary settlements in the territory of the Republic in foreign currency. However, the involvement of foreign currency in the domestic economy of any country, as we know, is always accompanied by costs associated with the loss of a certain part of independence.
In this regard, it should be noted that the work of the State Bank of the USSR was strikingly different from the current banks of the capitalist states, formed from the former Soviet republics. In the USSR, the quotation of the Soviet ruble was not made with the help of foreign currencies, its assessment was carried out only on the established gold content. So no matter how varied the dollar, marks, pounds, francs, etc., to the Soviet ruble this had no effect. Prices in the USSR were so stable that they were stamped on metal objects, printed on product labels, etc. The Soviet ruble clearly fulfilled all the functions of money, including the accumulation function, for example, put in the bank 100 rubles and in 10 years it did not change its value. Soviet workers, in contrast to the present bourgeois conditions of citizens had confidence in their future.
All the above points at the internal crisis in the monetary and and financial spheres of modern Belarus. However, the most important component of the causes of destabilization in these areas, is an external factor.
In Belarus there is practically no necessary for the economy natural resources, except for potassium salts (third place in the world), and no necessary energy for the economy of the Republic. Therefore, since Soviet times, Belarus has been the "assembly shop" of the Soviet Union. The republic still produces trucks, tractors, agricultural and household appliances, has an advanced instrument-making industry, chemical industry and oil refining. Much of the production still goes to Russia. From Russia, Belarus receives oil and gas, but the energy is at the mercy of the Russian oligarchic structures. It was they who carried out the pricing policies on gifts of Russian mineral resources shipped to many countries.
With regard to Belarus, virtually the only ally of Russia today, Russian oligarchic companies have recently carried out an openly predatory imperialist policy, pushing up the price of oil, gas and electricity. So much so, that the gas in Germany comes from Russia at a lower price than in the allied Belarus. As a result, the cost of energy at the Belarusian enterprises do not cover the revenues derived from sales of Belarusian products of these enterprises in Russia. There is a growing deficit in trade of Belarus with Russia, and for the purchase of energy resources, Belarus is forced to spend its foreign exchange reserves, which was the occasion to talk about the fact that Belarus is living beyond its means.
The practice of periodic restrictions, and even interruptions of energy supplies to Belarus from Russia has become a regular. Most recently, on 9 June 2011, the Russian company "Inter RAO EES" reduced supply of electricity to "Belenergo" by 2.5 times, then it was restored.
There is a open energy blackmail against Belarus by the Russian oligarchy. The objective is clear and obvious - buy on the cheap whilst Belarusian enterprises are still operating successfully, and above all from modern oil refineries and factories such as "BELAZ" (one of the three world leaders in heavy dump trucks).
Belarus is under pressure both from the West and the East. Recently initiated by the Obama, the U.S. government imposed sanctions on Belarus. A very tough stance towards Belarus is taken by Russia's Minister Kudrin, who staged the privatization of Belarusian companies as a condition for providing loans to Belarus,.
The position of the Belarusian president repeatedly voiced is this: he is not against the sell off of enterprises, but only for big money. Unfortunately, this process has begun, and the last official message is: "JSC "Belaruskaly" has sold to Austrian and British companies its shares of CJSC "International Potash Company" for more than 282.2 million Russian rubles."
Summarizing the above, the Bureau of the Central Committee of the AUCPB of Belarus and Kaliningrad states: 20 years after the counter-revolutionary coup, did not bring happiness to Belarusian working people, the policy of the bourgeois reforms has not justified itself and is collapsing. Continuation of reforms to increase private sector share in the Belarusian economy is fraught with yet another increase in exploitation of Belarusian workers, peasants and intellectuals.
Among the first measures to be implemented now, we call on the Belarusian workers actively oppose the sale of property of the Republic under any pretext.
We call upon the working people of Belarus to be vigilant, because now there is a risk of another attempt by the flunky pro-Western opposition to come to power in the wake of the prevailing difficulties, and the West have plenty of money to help them with this. However, workers should know that changing one bourgeois leadership of the republic to another while maintaining the bourgeois system will not solve the problem of crises. Proof of this are examples from recent history: the overthrow by the masses of Presidents of Egypt and Tunisia did not lead to significant changes: the rich remained with their capital, and the poor are still with nothing. As always, the Zionist-imperialists of the USA won, as always their policy of "divide and conquer" bring them dividends. In the case of coming to power of the Belarusian collaborators, workers of Belarus will be exposed to double exploitation: on part of the Belarusian capitalists, and by their Western masters. Therefore it is necessary to expose the opposition bought up by the West as enemies of the Belarusian people, the spiritual heirs of Vlasov, Bandera and the few Belarusian nationalists in the period of the last war.
We, Belarusian Bolsheviks, support the actions of Leftist, bourgeois-patriotic, Slavic movements and organizations in the Soviet Union against imperialist pressure on Belarus and its people, against the interference in the internal affairs of the Belarus Republic. We advocate the strengthening of the Russia-Belarus Union, even on a bourgeois basis, because this allows our workers to unite to fight against a common enemy - capitalism.
However, we Bolsheviks declare that the complete deliverance of our country from crisis is possible only in a planned socialist economy and truly friendly relations with former Soviet republics, which existed up to its violent destruction by traitors to the united Soviet Motherland. The laws of social development, the laws of dialectics show: the movement of society back into the past is impossible, if it is a reverse movement, then it is usually temporary.
Therefore, we, Bolsheviks, declare that the victory of capitalism that we have, is a temporary phenomenon, and the period of its reign, the unjust exploitation of the working masses by a bunch of rich people depends on us. Much of the production still goes to Russia. From Russia, Belarus receives oil and gas, but the energy is at the mercy of the Russian oligarchic structures. It was they who carried out the pricing policies on gifts of Russian mineral resources shipped to many countries.
With regard to Belarus, virtually the only ally of Russia today, Russian oligarchic companies have recently carried out an openly predatory imperialist policy, pushing up the price of oil, gas and electricity. So much so, that the gas in Germany comes from Russia at a lower price than in the allied Belarus. As a result, the cost of energy at the Belarusian enterprises do not cover the revenues derived from sales of Belarusian products of these enterprises in Russia. There is a growing deficit in trade of Belarus with Russia, and for the purchase of energy resources, Belarus is forced to spend its foreign exchange reserves, which was the occasion to talk about the fact that Belarus is living beyond its means.
The practice of periodic restrictions, and even interruptions of energy supplies to Belarus from Russia has become a regular. Most recently, on 9 June 2011, the Russian company "Inter RAO EES" reduced supply of electricity to "Belenergo" by 2.5 times, then it was restored.
There is a open energy blackmail against Belarus by the Russian oligarchy. The objective is clear and obvious - buy on the cheap whilst Belarusian enterprises are still operating successfully, and above all from modern oil refineries and factories such as "BELAZ" (one of the three world leaders in heavy dump trucks).
Belarus is under pressure both from the West and the East. Recently initiated by the Obama, the U.S. government imposed sanctions on Belarus. A very tough stance towards Belarus is taken by Russia's Minister Kudrin, who staged the privatization of Belarusian companies as a condition for providing loans to Belarus,.
The position of the Belarusian president repeatedly voiced is this: he is not against the sell off of enterprises, but only for big money. Unfortunately, this process has begun, and the last official message is: "JSC "Belaruskaly" has sold to Austrian and British companies its shares of CJSC "International Potash Company" for more than 282.2 million Russian rubles."

Therefore it is necessary to expose the opposition bought up by the West as enemies of the Belarusian people, the spiritual heirs of Vlasov, Bandera and the few Belarusian nationalists in the period of the last war.
We, Belarusian Bolsheviks, support the actions of Leftist, bourgeois-patriotic, Slavic movements and organizations in the Soviet Union against imperialist pressure on Belarus and its people, against the interference in the internal affairs of the Belarus Republic. We advocate the strengthening of the Russia-Belarus Union, even on a bourgeois basis, because this allows our workers to unite to fight against a common enemy - capitalism.
However, we Bolsheviks declare that the complete deliverance of our country from crisis is possible only in a planned socialist economy and truly friendly relations with former Soviet republics, which existed up to its violent destruction by traitors to the united Soviet Motherland.
