On November 28, 2014 at 14:00 hours, the Zakarpattia Court of Appeals ruled 60 days detention for the founder, chief editor of "Workers' and Peasants truth" A.A Mayevsky, in criminal case number 22014070000000044 under Article 110 Part 1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine "Attack on the territorial integrity and inviolability of Ukraine", where Part 1 states "... acts carried out in order to change the boundaries of the territory or state borders of Ukraine, on the violation of the procedures set forth by the Constitution of Ukraine, as well as public calls or distribution of materials inciting people to perpetrate such acts are punishable by detention for a term up to three years, or imprisonment for the same term," and article 161 Part 1 of the Criminal Code: "Violation of equality of citizens regardless of their race, nationality or religion" which states: "deliberate acts aimed at inciting national, racial or religious enmity or hatred ... "punishable by a fine of up to 150 times the minimum size of income, or correctional labour for up to 2 years or imprisonment up to 5 years. The case has been carrid out by investigator of the Transcarpathian SBU p/p-k Vasily Vasilyvich Voloshin, tel. 050 666 74 70.
It should be noted that from 1997- 1999 the newspaper "RCP" had already been prosecuted under Article 56 of the then Criminal Code, "Crimes against the state", but the case was closed due to lack of evidence.
Article 61 of the Constitution of Ukraine provides that no person shall be twice held legally responsible for the same kind of offense, and Art. 19 of the Code of Criminal Procedure provides that no person shall be convicted or punished twice for a criminal offence for which he was acquitted or convicted by a court decision, and the criminal case shall be closed immediately if it becomes known that on that same charge there is a court's decision, which had entered into force.
Thus we can say that the Security Service and the judicial branch are hurling against Mayevsky political punishment for his consistent criticism of the fascist regime of Bandera.
Anatoly Arkardevich Mayevsky is widely known in the circles of the international labour movement. He has participated and spoken at international forums for the protection of social rights of the population of the planet. The newspaper Raboche-Krestyanskya Pravda ("Workers' and Peasants' truth) is read not only in all the countries of the former USSR, but also in North America, Great Britain, Israel, the EU and the Asia-Pacific region.

Joint Statement of the Bureau of the Central Committee of AUCPB in Ukraine, Moldova and Transdniestria and editorial of "Workers' and Peasants' Truth”
On November 26 another session was held at the Court of Appeal of the Transcarpathian region, on the "Case of Comrade Mayevsky," who is accused by the Security Service of "inciting ethnic hatred" (Part 1 of Article 161 of the Criminal Code) and "violation of the territorial integrity and inviolability of Ukraine" (p.2. article 110 of the Criminal Code).
Having considered the appeal of the prosecutor's decision of Uzhgorod city district court, the appellate court sentenced comrade Mayevsky to 60 days custody.
On November 26, the operative part was read out, and on November 28 at 14-00 at a scheduled court hearing, the operative part was announced and, accordingly, comrade Mayevsky arrested.
The newspaper "Workers' and Peasants' truth 'and its editor, Secretary of the CC AUCPB , chairman of the Bureau of the Central Committee of the AUCPB in Ukraine, Moldova and Transnistria comrade A.A Mayevsky since its foundation – the first issue was published December 30, 1996 – has been under constant pressure and harassment by those in power. Already after the first three editions in 1997, prosecutors filed a case of closing the newspaper. The courts continued for 2.5 years and on 22 December 1999 at Mukachevo city court Transcarpathian region, the case was dismissed at the prosecutor's office about the discontinuation of the newspaper of the newspaper "Workers' and Peasants truth".
No sooner had the trials ended on the prosecutor’s claim, from September 2002 a trial began with the Office of the Pension Fund of Ukraine in Mukachevo, which demanded payment of the obligatory state pension insurance fee together with setting out the appropriate penalties. For two years, the newspaper argued in court that it is a non-profit enterprise working on a voluntary basis, and employees have no salary and, consequently, can not due to a lack of funds pay salaries into the pension fund. On October 13, 2004, the Economic Court of the Transcarpathian region dismissed the case of the Office of the Pension Fund of Ukraine in Mukachevo. Thus, the editorship won another victory and it continued its activities, continuing to spread the word of Bolshevik truth to people.
The newspaper had to work under very difficult conditions in constant search for funds for the publication of each issue of the newspaper. However, thanks to the generous support of readers, social marketing of the newspaper, material support of supporters and sympathizers of Bolshevism, the newspaper continued to appear monthly with a circulation of 7.5 million, and separate editions - up to 8-10 thousand copies.
Since coming to power in Ukraine of the Bandera fascist junta of Poroshenko, Yatseniuk-Turchynov, placed on the throne by Zionist-imperialist circles of the US-NATO, and in its anti-Ukrainian anti-national anti-people aims, taking advantage of the hatred of the working people towards the regime of Yanukovych-Azarov, the regime of big business, which mercilessly robbed - activity has become extremely difficult for the editorial, with its circulation dropping to 4, 5 thousand copies. But even such a small circulation of newspapers is frightening the power that has set itself the aim of destroying the communist movement in the Ukraine and to silence the anti-fascist anti-Banderov opposition.
On June 6, at the request of a Transcarpathian correspondent of TV channel "Inter" Marina Koval, the newspaper editor A.A. Mayevsky gave an interview. The interview was shown on the evening television news program in a shortened and extremely distorted form. In particular, several "casual readers" of the newspaper expressed outrage that this newspaper was being published and even distributed through Ukrposhta (post office) kiosks, at that portraits of proletarian leaders Marx, Engels, Lenin and Stalin were also on the newspaper, according to those "comrades", were engaged in anti-Ukrainian propaganda; one of them goes directly to the Office of the Security Services SBU of the Transcarpathian region with a copy of the newspaper to warn the SBU to be "on alert and vigilant." However, on the program, some excerpts from the interview with A. Mayevsky were broadcast, in particular that we Bolsheviks are fighting for the revival of the USSR, that those that came to power in Ukraine is Bandera-fascist in character, that newspaper works on a voluntary basis and it is published at the expense of readers and social marketing. After this interview, the editors of the program received a number of calls from viewers from different regions of Ukraine, which supported our position and activities of the Bolshevik newspaper.
The SBU didn’t wait long in coming, and on 14 June the apartment of A.A. Mayevsky was raided with a search warrant on the basis of the decision of Uzhgorod city district court on 6/12/14, by four employees of the Office of the SBU in the Transcarpathian region, led by Lieutenant Colonel Justice V. Voloshin with two witnesses, to conduct pre-trial investigation of criminal proceedings on the grounds of a crime under Article 161 Part 1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine "inciting ethnic hatred". During the search were seized the editorial computer, printer, print, preparatory materials for №6 (207) of the newspaper.
On June 16, the Office of the SBU held an interrogation of the editor, in which comrade Mayevsky tried to prove that we Bolsheviks are Communists-internationalists, our slogan is a slogan "Workers of the world, unite!", put forward by Marx and Engels in the "Communist Manifesto" and the charge of "incitement to ethnic hatred " is slander at the editor. Of course, none of this was taken into consideration.
On June 18, a session at Uzhgorod city district court was held in which an arrest was made on the property seized during the search at the editorial.
The editor filed an appeal was against this decision and finally, after three sessions at the Court of Appeal, the complaint was partially satisfied and to the editorial on the 31.07, were returned the confiscated printer and print.
Due to the pressure of the SBU on the editor of "Workers' and Peasants' truth ', Transcarpathian Directorate of Ukrposhta unilaterally terminated the agreement concluded between it and the editors and ceased to distribute the newspaper subscription. About 500 subscribers lost the right to receive a subscribed by them "Workers' and Peasants truth," and to the editorial board was not transferred a considerable amount of money received by the Transcarpathian Directorate Ukropshty to subscribe to the newspaper on the second half of 2014
In addition to regular interrogations of the editor and incessant court hearings, the SBU began pressuring readers - calling them in for questioning. The editors received calls from our subscribers and readers from different regions of Ukraine about this.
The SBU also conducted a "proper job" with the management of the printing house, which for many years was publishing the newspaper, and the printing house was also forced to reject continuation of our cooperation.
The editor had to look for another printing press to continue publishing the newspaper edition of only 2,000 copies. But even this small circulation frightens those in power.
Thus, the Security Service of Ukraine grossly violates Art. 34 of the Constitution: "Everyone shall be guaranteed the right to freedom of thought and speech, free expression of views and beliefs. Everyone has the right freely to collect, store, use and disseminate information orally, in writing or otherwise - of their choice. The exercise of these rights may be restricted by law in the interests of national security, territorial integrity or public order to prevent disorder or crime ... ".
The SBU preclude the right of the newspaper to express their views on current events in Ukraine, persecutes the editor of that newspaper for expressing his point of view calling Zionists- Zionists, fascists - Nazis Bandera - Bandera, thugs, rapists, sadists and killers - gangsters, rapists, sadists and murderers, etc.
The SBU and prosecution authorities flagrantly violate provisions of the Criminal Code, in particular Article 171, which criminalizes the "obstruction of lawful professional activities of journalists."
Mukachevo Court in 1999 rejected the prosecutor in the suit for closure of the newspaper, including rejecting attempts by the SBU and the Prosecutor's Office of Mukachevo to make comrade Mayevsky criminally responsible "due to lack of evidence." Thus, "Workers' and Peasants' truth' was published quite legally and obstruction of its activities and prosecution for criticism is a gross violation of both the Constitution and the Criminal Code of Ukraine on the part of law-enforcement agencies.
At the time of the election campaign of People's Deputies of Ukraine, the campaign launched by the SBU to prosecute the editor "Workers and Peasants 'truth', was been postponed. But immediately after the election, the SBU renewed it.
On November 11, Comrade Mayevsky was again summoned to the SBU, during which he was renamed from a witness into a person suspected of committing a crime under Part 2 of Art. 110 of the Criminal Code "violation of territorial integrity and inviolability of Ukraine" and Part 1 of Article 161 of the Criminal Code "Violation of citizens' equality based on their race, ethnicity or religious beliefs."
On November 12, the Uzhgorod city district court considered the application of the article investigator of the Office of the SBU in the Transcarpathian region, Lieutenant Colonel Justice V. Voloshin on the application in relation to comrade Mayevsky of a preventive measure - detention.
In his speech, Comrade Mayevsky convincingly defeated all the artificiality and defamatory arguments made in the application made by the SBU. The court dismissed the request to satisfy the SBU, and ordered Mayevsky to turn up when required in the pre-trial investigation authority of the Office of the SBU in the Transcarpathian region and the court.
However, the prosecutor filed an appeal against the decision of the court and the Court of Appeal for the Transcarpathian region on 26 November 2014 reversed the decision of the trial court and ordered the detention of comrade Mayevsky AA for a period of 60 days. And no arguments in his defence of the court presiding by V.I. Dvornichenko were allowed to comrade Mayevsky, under the pretext that the meeting did not consider the case in detail, but only considered the appeal of the prosecutor. But the appeal contains 6 pages of accusations, and attempts by the same comrade Mayevsky to expose the inconsistency of the given charges, which are clearly far-fetched in character were suppressed by a court decision.
On November 28 at 14-00, the operative part of the court's decision was to be read out.
Violence against the Secretary of the Central Committee of the AUCPB, the chairman of the Bureau of the Central Committee of the AUCPB in Ukraine, Moldova and Transnistria, editor of the "Workers' and Peasants' truth 'comrade A.A. Mayevsky is taking place occurs under conditions of anti-communist hysteria unleashed by the ruling Zionist puppet Bandera-fascist regime, standing at the service of Zionist US-NATO big capital, and blindly carrying out its will.
But despite attempts to strangle the Bolshevik movement in Ukraine, they are futile.

STATEMENT BY THE PEOPLE’S SOVIET OF DONETSK PEOPLE'S REPUBLIC
Today (November 14 - 2014), the first meeting of the People’s Soviet of Donetsk People's Republic of the first convocation was held, during which MPs of the DPR issued a statement about the goals and challenges facing the newly elected government.
"Citizens of the People's Republic of Donetsk! We, members of the People's Soviet and Donetsk People's Republic, as well as all other elected and other lawful means formed bodies and officials of the Republic, is fully aware of and accept the full measure of its political responsibility for the fate of the Republic and its people, the unprecedented scale and complexity of the historical tasks, facing us.
On this basis and based on the receipt of your mandate, we embark on a mission to build a more just, than existed hitherto, society. Our goal is to create fundamentally innovative economic, political, cultural, open and dynamic components of a social model, in the tradition, culture and faith of our people, as well as taking into account the progressive tendencies of the XXI century. We all have to jointly lay the foundation of the Donetsk State, to create new political institutions in whose activity the unconditional and absolute priorities are now proclaimed virtues, moral values, historical traditions, rights and freedoms of the citizens of Donetsk People's Republic.
At the same time, our freedom and the right to decide our fate is still in mortal danger posed by aggressive policy pursued by Ukraine in relation to the sovereignty of the Donetsk People's Republic, violating the right to life, security, dignity, property and other fundamental rights and freedoms of citizens of the Republic. Recognizing this, the government of the Donetsk People's Republic will take all necessary and urgent measures to any counter aggressive intentions against the people by the Kiev regime. The measures will be aimed at ensuring the national security of the Republic. We will never betray the interests of the inhabitants of the Republic, we will defend their freedom until the final expulsion of the invaders from our sacred land towards the full and unconditional victory. We appeal to the current leadership of Ukraine.
You need to wake up and accept the fact that the aspiration of the people of our Republic for freedom, justice and happiness is natural, inalienable and inviolable. No one, including you, can decide for us, as we understand, implement and uphold these enduring human values. The residents of Donbass no less than other peoples have the right to self-determination.
Born on our land, we, due to geopolitical circumstances ended up in Ukraine and together with other residents tried to share the historical destiny of this new country. However, for the past 23 years of Ukrainian independence in relation to the population of Donbass, the central Ukrainian authorities have pursued a policy which is actually a hidden economic exploitation in the spirit of neo-colonialism and cultural genocide carried out, a forced Ukrainization and attempt to bury our Russian identity.
The events of the last year, did not leave for any of us, the residents of Donbass, any alternative other than a path to independence. The reasons for this lie in the anti-constitutional actions of some political forces in Ukraine, in the anti-state coup, the violent seizure of power, the inadequacy of action of new leaders of the country, who declared war on us - often as they themselves say, on their own people.
The excesses of the fascist thugs in the Kiev Maidan, their atrocities in Odessa, Mariupol, Donbass cities, punitive operations, terror and violence against all dissenters led to a divide between the political forces supporting and provoking aggression against Donbass, and advocates of its independence as a guarantor of our identity, dignity and security.
Want it or not, the current Ukrainian authorities and their foreign sponsors, the sovereignty of Donetsk People's Republic is irreversible! Donetsk people can not accept the fate in store for them to servitude, being a persecuted and oppressed outcast in their own land. We do not accept the dictate and control our people and territory Donetsk People's Republic from the Kiev regime, as this regime in recent months has demonstrated in relation to Donbass its blatant cruelty punitive policies, pathological lying, political irresponsibility, inability to negotiate, perfidy, the absurdity of decisions and actions.
Once again I appeal to the authorities of Ukraine - think again! Your criminal acts are bringing about incalculable suffering, distress and hardship to millions of law-abiding, respectable, decent people whose only fault lies only in the fact that they do not see any prospects of Ukraine are you are destroying and ravaging by your reckless actions, by the fact that they differ from your values, that they have their own pride, honour, dignity, self-respect. Your acts are criminal in our land. For the blood of our fellow countrymen, their burned and torn down houses, destroyed factories, mines, schools, hospitals, infrastructure - for all that, you will incur the inevitability of punishment as war criminals. We do not forget. None of those who now kill, maim, who have raped, tortured, robbed and pursued our fellow citizens, destroying their property, will escape legal retribution for their crimes.
We appeal to all progressive forces in Ukraine and in the world, those who sympathize with and support the people of Donetsk People's Republic in its struggle for freedom. We are ready to cooperate with you based on the total rejection of the current Ukrainian authorities openly conniving outspoken nationalist pro-fascist sentiments in Ukrainian society. To those who do not accept blatant propaganda and the glorification of the Ukrainian Nationalists, who stained themselves by collaborating with German fascism and mass crimes against the civilian population in the occupied Soviet territory in 1941-1944, and that terrorized the civilian population in the postwar period. We call on all governments and peoples of the world to condemn the criminal atrocities of the Kiev regime and to attract their leaders and executives of their criminal orders aimed at terror against the residents of Donbass, to international isolation and bring them to legal liability.
The military actions, murder and destruction of civilians should be stopped immediately. The Armed Forces of Ukraine, Ukrainian other armed groups must stop the violence, intimidation and other terror against the civilian population of Donbass".

THE BOLSHEVIKS COMMEMORATE S.M. KIROV
On December 1, 2014 in Pyatigorsk at the monument to S.M. Kirov, representatives AUCPB party organizations held a picket in memory of the 80th anniversary of the death of Sergei Kirov - outstanding leader of the Bolshevik Party and the Soviet Union, a closest ally of Stalin, an honorary citizen of the city of Pyatigorsk.
At the monument to Kirov, with the standard of the AUCPB and deployed red banners with the hammer and sickle, flowers were laid. Leaflets, newspapers and various brochures were distributed. Presentations were made by Comrade N.A. Degtyarenko - Member of the Central Committee of the AUCPB.
This was followed by an open meeting of the Bolsheviks, dedicated to the memory of S.M. Kirov. At the meeting, a speech was made by Degtyarenko on "By who and why Kirov was murdered".

On December 1, Krasnoyarsk Bolsheviks laid flowers at the monument to S.M. Kirov, located on the street named after Academician Vavilov, close to the administration of the same name (Kirov) district. A minute of silence in memory of a fallen comrade was observed.

On November 29, the day when in 1941 partisan Zoya Kosmodemyanskaya was executed by the Nazis, Krasnoyarsk AUCPB activists visited the city of Zheleznogorsk (formerly. IN MEMORY OF S.M. KIROV
On 1 December 1934, 80 years ago, in Smolny (Leningrad), outstanding leader of the Bolshevik Party and the Soviet state, the faithful comrade of J.V.Stalin, Sergei Kirov was shot in the head and murdered. A revolutionary since 1904, an active member of the October Revolution and the Civil War, the organizer of Defence of Astrakhan and one of the leaders of the liberation of the North Caucasus and Transcaucasia in 1919-1921., Secretary of the Communist Party of Azerbaijan in 1921-1925., Head of the Leningrad Party organization in 1926 -1934 years., a talented organizer and statesman, Kirov was equally hated by the enemies of the Soviet Union as well as loved by the people. In 1934, Kirov was awarded the Order of Lenin for outstanding achievements in the rehabilitation and reconstruction of the oil industry.
Enemies of socialism who had gone into hiding were looking for ways to regain power and suspend socialist construction. Trotsky instructed them from abroad that only terror against the Bolshevik leadership can return power to the anti-Stalin opposition. And the first victim of the terror of counterrevolution fell to the passionate Bolshevik S.M. Kirov.
Why was Kirov murdered, and not someone else from the party leaders? Firstly, Kirov was murdered because the opposition hated him as the most loyal to the Party, Stalin and the policy of socialist construction. And secondly, Soviet successes in all spheres of life the provoked anger among counterrevolutionary forces. When in the early 1930s the capitalist countries suffocated by the global crisis and were on the verge of collapse, the Soviet Union at this time fulfilled its five-year plan, developed rapidly, and the country flourished.
Foreign enemies of the USSR as well as the Russian "democratic" circles had long worked out that J.V. Stalin used the assassination of Kirov to unleash repression. The Kirov murder investigation revealed many secrets of the opposition. Threads stretched and revealed conspiracy against the Soviet Union. What were the plans of this conspiracy? Proven irrefutable documents and plans for their guilty pleas were as follows: the establishment of a military-fascist dictatorship; unfurling in a foreign policy towards a pro-Western course; the dismemberment of the Soviet Union and the transfer of its territory to foreign powers; prohibition of Communist activities; recognition of the Tsar’s debts and restoration of the rights of private property owners. That is, it was a program for the restoration of capitalism, to deprive the people of the Soviet way of life, to drive them into a criminal lifestyle led by the same criminals.
At the time, this plan failed, but it was realized much later, in our own time. The heinous murder of Kirov proved the necessity of a ruthless struggle against counter-revolution, the need to remain vigilant and strongly suppress the resistance of the overthrown bourgeoisie, to eliminate it as a class.

S.M.Kirov having fallen at the hands of traitors remains forever in the memory of the people as a fiery tribune of socialism, a Communist-Stalinist, who gave his life to the struggle for a better life of the working people.





DPRK Will Mercilessly Shatter U.S. and Its Followers' "Human Rights" Campaign
Pyongyang, October 25 (KCNA) -- The U.S. is going mad in its campaign to hurt the dignity of the DPRK and bring down its socialist system by fabricating the non-existent "human rights issue" as its moves for isolating and stifling the DPRK over its nuclear issue prove unsuccessful.
The U.S. "human rights" racket against the DPRK has reached a graver phase with the approach of the end of October before the UN General Assembly.
As regards the prevailing situation, the DPRK National Defence Commission on Saturday issued a statement clarifying its principled stand internally and externally upon the authorization.
The statement said:
First, Now that the U.S. "human rights" offensive against the DPRK has reached an extreme phase, the DPRK formally notifies the U.S. that the DPRK will settle accounts with those related to the offensive without the slightest clemency and by every possible means and methods generation after generation.
The DPRK's society is the one centered on man as it values human beings as dearest. Accordingly, it regards it as the core of politics and its inviolable state policy to guarantee all rights of human beings at the highest level.
Probably, the successive U.S. presidents and other politicians may not understand there is such ideal society on our planet no matter how fervently one explains them.
It is none other than the U.S. which is incapable of protecting the human rights of black men though it has black president. It is the worst tundra of human rights in the world where one percent of its population deprives its 99 percent of everything and these poorest people are more dead than alive as modern-day slaves. This being a hard fact, it is pitiful for the U.S. to dare talk about the genuine human rights in the DPRK.

BESTIAL MORALS: UKRAINIAN NATIONAL GUARD LACERATE FAMILY OF FIVE
The stream of terrible evidence of the atrocities that the Ukrainian punishers have been carrying out on occupied settlements of Donbass, never ceases to run out. In a village near Donetsk, which the punishers recently left, the soldiers of the People's Militia found a lacerated family of five.
The unfortunate family was initially subjected to inhuman tortures and then were killed with savage cruelty. The only one to survive in this hell miraculously was only the youngest member of the family - a tiny girl. The unhappy little girl had spent the whole week alongside her dead relatives...
"A few hours ago, we returned from combat. Upon returning, we decided to take a short cut off the path and go through the settlement. From the main road after around three kilometres we stumbled upon a strange looking hut …was it a hut or a barn. We wanted to simply pass by it, well, what could be possibly be in there? That is when he heard from within some fuss, a muffled voice. When we entered, we froze. On the floor were the mutilated bodies of two men 35 years old, an old man. A little further, the bodies of young women completely naked, with their bellies ripped open, with traces of severe beatings. And among all these a small child creeps about and mumbles something. We took the child and the girl turned to be two to three years old. At the head was a chopped wound which essentially demolished one side of her skin with the ear. How she miraculously survived, is unclear. Judging by the state bodies, it must have been about a week. Apparently, these were refugees who were driven into the barn and killed. The child was apparently killed too, but not completely finished off. One of ours picked her up and carried her to our location. We wanted to feed her with what food we had, but she immediately fell asleep. We walked for three hours in silence. Inside, everything is boiling, "- writes in social networks militiaman Alexander Shuvalov, whose story was quoted by the media.
On same the eve in the village of Trehizbenka that the territory of LPR, a body was discovered of a missing earlier young resident of the village Kryakovka. The woman was raped before her death. There was no need to ask as to who was responsible as in the village, the "Aydar" battalion was stationed.
"According to witnesses, on 16 September the girl and her girlfriend in front of numerous witnesses, were forced into a minibus and taken to an unknown location, by three men from the above "Aydar" Nazi division. The search for the second victim continues, "- said a spokesperson at the army headquarters in the southeast.
And just today came the terrible news from Mariupol. Two teenagers riding bicycles far away from the checkpoint were shot by security forces for refusing to abey and stop. When they tried to flee the monsters, the frightened children were shot. One of them died on the spot, the other with serious injuries is now in hospital.

What are the exploits by the National Guard of Ukrainian that are demonstrated by mass graves? Whose parents, children and grandchildren are buried there? And why do some of the victims have no internal organs?
Traces of the crimes committed by the National Guard fighters, who left behind hastily covered graves, are being studies by experts and representatives of the OSCE. The deaths and mass graves of soldiers in wartime is a phenomenon easily explained. But in these mass graves are old men and women. They have their hands tied behind their backs, and some of the body - dismembered and buried in different places.
The detention of civilians to be exchanged for captured security forces has become common practice. Such people amount to dozens and maybe hundreds. Of these, forced confessions are knocked out of them for aiding militias. Not all survive torture. Some died during interrogation, others were killed - in many ways. For example, repair foam poured into the anus. The prisoners died in terrible agony. To avoid publicity, Ukrainian security officials hid the bodies in water, often quite literally - throwing the bodies into rivers and lakes.
International experts working in Donbass, already documented numerous cases of rape of prisoners. Victims of abuse were even teenage girls and older women.
Several months ago, the militia began to announce the discovery of the bodies, which had missing internal organs. Last week, officials started talking about this. The OSCE Special Representative on Combating Trafficking in Human Beings Madina Jarbussynova suggested that the organs were removed for sale.
According to journalist Ruslan Goreva, in recent months in the conflict zone were seen several medical teams of the so-called "black transplanters".
Ruslan Gorevoy, a journalist said: "Very quickly they deliver these bodies ino Dnepropetrovsk and Zaporozhye. Clients come from abroad, and they do the transplant."

.-KFA INTERNATIONAL MEETING HELD

The biggest ever KFA International Meeting took place in the Belgian city of La Louvière on the 15th of November 15, with delegations from Germany, Denmark, the Netherlands, Ireland, Poland, Singapore, the US, Thailand and Spain, which had the largest group with representatives from Catalonia, Valencia, Salamanca and the Basque Country .
Also present were Hyon Hak Bong, DPRK Ambassador to the UK, and two delegates from the Committee for Cultural Relations with Foreign
Countries, Director Ryu Kyong Il, and Kang Hyon Gyu, Liaison Officer in Pyongyang.
The UK was represented by KFA Official Delegate Dermot Hudson and Communications Secretary Theo Russell.
The meeting was opened by KFA president Alejandro Cao De Benos, who said that the period 15 November
7 December was declared a special period of mourning marking three years since of the great leader comrade Kim Jong Il passed away.
Describing General Kim Jong Il as a modern revolutionary hero, Alejandro recalled that his last instruction was to recommend dear respected Marshal Kim Jong Un as his successor, and said anyone who
tries to undermine the way of life of our great motherland will follow the same fate as the traitor Jang Song Thaek.
He declared that the most repressive system and violation of human rights is the capitalist system, which is a tool for the oppression of one class by another?.
He also spoke of the imminent launch of a new hypercoal engine developed by engineers from Democratic Korea and Europe, using converted coal as a cheap and cleaner fuel for vehicles and in electricity production.
KFA International Commissar Trever Artiz Hill noted that more and more defectors from Democratic Korea are returning home and asking for forgiveness when they see that housing, health and education are human
rights and not an expensive luxury. The real concern of the DPRK enemies is a socialist system which is an alternative to their system, and this really frightens them.
Ryu Kyong Il said that for fourteen years the KFA has helped the Korean people with their socialist construction, and now the Korean people are creating new miracles and innovations at the new Korean
speed under the leadership of dear respected Marshal Kim Jong Un.
In a powerful speech, ambassador Hyon said that the DPRK’s enemies have cooked up the human rights issue because they failed over the nuclear issue. Because the DPRK is guided by the Juche Idea, which
stipulates that man is the master, there are be no such thing as human rights violations in the DPRK.
He said that in meetings with EU officials they asked about the DPRK’s response to a planned UN Human Rights Committee resolution on the DPRK, and warned there will be a strong reaction from the DPRK.
The final victory will belong to the Korean people. In conclusion, I hope that the KFA will redouble its solidarity and increase its actions in support of the DPRK.
Among the many speeches from delegates, Lukas Mrozek, head of the Polish KFA said Poland was one of the first countries to recognise the young DPRK, and recalled that the great leader President Kim Il Sung
had visited his country twice, and that Poland had welcomed children from Democratic Korea during the Korean war.
Mikel Vivanko of the Spanish KFA spoke of the tremendously positive experience of the opening of a DPRK embassy in Madrid, and said KFA comrades and their Korean counterparts had celebrated the Day of the
Sun together.
Messages were also received from Bangladesh, Brazil, Norway and Switzerland.
In his closing remarks Alejandro Cao De Benos said that there is currently an upsurge in interest in the KFA in Latin America, especially in Chile, Bolivia, Costa Rica, Argentina and Venezuela, and that a special meeting is planned for the 15th anniversary of the
foundation of the KFA in 2015.
The meeting adopted a letter to the dear respected leader Marshal Kim Jong Un and presented a gift to be delivered him, and awards were made to KFA Official Delegates and activists.
The UK delegation held meetings with Alejandro Cao De Benos and it was agreed the UK KFA would press ahead with the setting up regional branches and appointing Zone Delegates.
It was a great meeting marked by dynamism and vibrancy which the UK KFA will strive to translate into real successes in building support for socialist Korea.

We remember the great leader comrade KIM JONG IL as he developed the Juche Idea in depth and put forward Songun politics, the treasured sword for defending the sovereignty of People?s Korea and the epitome of revolutionary anti-imperialist politics. He was the loyal successor to the great leader President KIM IL SUNG
The great leader comrade KIM JONG IL was the true people’s leader. The words 'people/s leader ' and 'dear leader '(as the Korean people started to call Kim Jong Il in the early 1970s) have an especially deep meaning. In the capitalist countries of the West a leader is just a politician who sits in an office all day or talks meaningless rubbish in an assembly or parliament. Such leaders are remote from the people. However the great leader comrade KIM JONG IL was always amongst the people. As a student comrade KIM JONG IL worked on construction sites in Pyongyang and also in a textile machinery factory . In the capitalist societies it would be inconceivable for the son of a leader of the nation to be working at a construction site or indeed for someone who had worked in factory or at building site to become the leader of the country, in the West power is only
reserved for the privileged and the plutocracy .
The great leader comrade KIM JONG IL put the living standards of the Korean people first .He said that they should make a flower bloom on the rock if it was for the people. He made long journeys to give guidance to local units , fully practising the Chongsan Ri method of the great leader President Kim Il Sung (the Chongsan ri method is the method of work of the Workers? Party of Korea whereby the superior always goes down to the lower units and mixes with the masses). Rain, snow or sunshine , leader KIM JONG IL gave on the spot guidance.
