For Bolshevism - No 12 (129) December 2013

Workers Of All Countries- Unite!

The AUCPB fully supports the just indignation of our Korean friends regarding yet another undemocratic provocative action by the South Korean authorities in trying by all means to disrupt the process of peaceful reunification of the Korean nation. We condemn the actions aimed at disrupting the unification movement that is gaining strength. And no matter how enraged the opponents of reunification are, historically this process - the unity of the Korean nation – cannot be broken by anyone.

CPRK Secretariat Denounces S. Korean Regime for Moving to Disband Unified Progressive Party

Pyongyang, October 24 (KCNA) -- The south Korean conservative group urged the puppet Ministry of Justice to form a "team of experts to take measures against political parties and organizations violating constitution" and staged the farce of making legal examination for the disorganization of the Unified Progressive Party. It decided to request the puppet constitutional court to try the case and is inviting lawyers for the trial.
The coteries of the "Saenuri Party" at a state inspection of the "National Assembly" set the disbandment of the Unified Progressive Party as an issue top on agenda and are fanning up hysteria, talking about "enemy of liberal democracy".
The Secretariat of the Committee for the Peaceful Reunification of Korea in its information bulletin No. 1048 on Thursday said the south Korean puppet conservative group's moves for the disbandment of the Unified Progressive Party are a shocking fascist rowdyism unprecedented in history.
The group calls for disbanding the Unified Progressive Party, linking it with the DPRK. This is an unpardonable provocation and challenge to the DPRK, the information bulletin said, and went on:
The group is talking about "political party following the north" and "plotted rebellion". This is illogical sophism that can be made only by those obsessed by confrontation with fellow countrymen.
It is quite natural that the south Koreans of all social standings are denouncing the group's moves for the disbandment of the Unified Progressive Party as "an act violating democracy", "neo-fascist act" and "an act of raising wind of McCarthyism".
The group is also trying to disorganize the Teachers Union, calling it the "heart of forces following the north" and "inside enemy". It even seeks to shut down Jaju Minbo, a progressive internet paper.
Its suppression is aimed to remove the core of the progressive forces in south Korea, shrink all the forces standing for reunification through alliance with the north and forces for democracy and reform and lay a springboard for its long-term stay in power.
The prevailing situation clearly proves that the puppet group is a horde of hideous fascist hooligans and confrontational maniacs who put the past military dictators into the shade.

Ideology, Economics, Politics

On the 95th anniversary of the Leninist Komsomol

Leagues of workers and peasant youth – these are organizations of the proletarian youth, arising after the February bourgeois revolution of 1917 in Russia. Until February, the Bolshevik Party, by and large, did not need separate youth structures. First, the party operated underground, and splitting it into age groups was useless, and, secondly, and perhaps most importantly - the Bolsheviks in their majority, during the struggle against the tsarist government were led by young people. Only by 1917 had the Bolsheviks had noticeably grown older: V. I. Lenin was already 46 years old, and J.V. Stalin - 37. After the overthrow of Tsarism in February 1917, the Bolshevik party emerged from the underground and there was a need to unite the worker-peasant youth around the Party.

The socialist leagues of working youth were organizations of young workers encountered during the preparation for the October Revolution. They originated in Petrograd, Moscow and other Russian cities with leading participation of the Bolsheviks. By May 1917 in the district associations of young workers in Petrograd there were already thousands of young people. The members of the youth leagues took an active part in the demonstration on May 1, and the youth demanded the introduction of a 6- hour work day and labour protection of adolescents, the right to vote at 18, and opposed the continuation of the imperialist war.

In June 1917, in the workers and peasants Bolshevik newspaper "Pravda" a model charter of the League of Working Youth of Russia was published written by Nadezhda Krupskaya, which indicated that its main purpose is to train fighters for the overthrow of capitalism and the victory of socialism.

In Moscow, the first league of young workers was set up in March - April in the Zamoskvoretsky district at the Mikhaelson factory, then other cells of the revolutionary youth in other plants were formed.

In the spring and summer of 1917 young workers unions were formed in many cities, mainly in the industrial centres. In March -April, the Sevastopol Youth League was created, and a league was formed in March, under the name of "Progress" in Kostyantynivka (Donbass). In April the Youth Organization was formed under the Yekaterinburg Committee of the RSDLP (b). In Riga was the beginning of the League of Youth for the Social- Democratic Labour Party of Latvia and a league set up in the Nizhny Novgorod region. In May, a league of young workers was formed in Kostroma, in Kiev – an action group for league organizing; In Tallinn a Social- Democratic league was set up. In June alliances arise in Tula and Voronezh. In July the Kazan Socialist League of Working Youth was created and in Rostov- Nakhichevan, a league of the proletarian youth was formed.

During the struggle with Kornilov, young workers of Petrograd, Moscow, Kharkov, Kiev and Donbass, Belarus and the Urals entered into the Red Guards.

In August – September, socialist youth labour unions in Motovilikha, Zlatoust, Perm, Vladivostok, Baku, Odessa, Chelyabinsk, Yekaterinoslav and Tiflis were created. By the time of the October Revolution, youth leagues were also set up in the Urals, Siberia (Krasnoyarsk, Irkutsk, Novonikolayevsk), Ukraine, Crimea, Belarus and elsewhere.

Socialist leagues of working youth under the leadership of the Bolshevik Party took an active part in the Great October Socialist Revolution. In his plan of the October armed uprising, V.I. Lenin emphasized the role of young workers: "Divide the most decisive elements (our "shock workers" and young workers, as well as the best sailors ) into small groups so that they can occupy all the main important points and participate in them everywhere, in all important operations ... "

In Petrograd, many activists of the youth workers league participated in the storming of the Winter Palace, in taking the telephone exchange, the cadet school, in the protection of the headquarters of the revolution - Smolny. In Moscow, league supporters also took an active part in the fierce fighting for Soviet power.

Youth leagues were involved in the building of socialism, in the struggle for the defence of the gains of the revolution. The first mobilized fighters of the socialist league of young workers in the Civil War took place in late 1917 - early 1918: in the fight against the Dutov gangs in the Urals, and in the south against the Krasnov White Cossacks. When as a result of the German troop invasion in February 1918, and the Socialist fatherland was in danger, many youth organizations went to the front almost at full strength. In May - July 1918 a massive mobilization of the Youth to the front took place for the suppression of the rebellion of the Czechoslovak Corps. The fighters of the league of young workers participated in the requisition, in the suppression of the kulak uprisings, by forming a guerrilla movement, and underground work behind enemy lines.

For the further development of the youth leagues, a single united centre and a single program was needed. On August 4, 1918 an organizational bureau was set up to convene the All-Russian Congress of Unions of young workers and peasants. The 1st Congress was opened on October 29. This day is considered the birthday of the Komsomol. The Congress proclaimed the establishment of the Russian Communist Youth League (Komsomol).

Ahead of the Soviet Komsomol stood a great history: Young Communists crushed the enemy in the Civil War, and then built socialism: in Magnitogorsk and the Dnieper hydro-electric power plant, Komsomolsk–on-Amur railway line and Turksib, they dekulakized the rural bourgeoisie and plowed collective farm fields on Soviet tractors.

In 1941, when grown up, the Komsomols and their grown up sons joined the ranks of the Red Army in the fight against the Nazi invaders. The Komsomol organization of Young Guards covered itself with Eternal glory, which operated on the territory occupied by the enemy, in the Donbass city of Krasnodon. Most of the Krasnodon Young Guards were killed, setting an example of courageous struggle for their socialist homeland.

The counter-revolution in 1991 once again (as in the Civil War ) has mobilized the best part of working and student youth on the path of resistance to the nouveau bourgeois fascists. In 1992, the All-Union Young Guard of Bolsheviks (VMGB) was formed - the successor of Leninist Komsomol. The name for the organization was not chosen by chance: if the word "Komsomol" for most of the young people is associated with peaceful times, the Young Guard – is an organization that fights against the invaders. In October 1993, the VMGB fighters fought on the barricades in Moscow against Yeltsin’s executioners and murderers. In the 2000’s, in Odessa, the local activists of the Odessa Komsomol League and VMGB were arrested by the secret police – the police accused them of planning to overthrow the bourgeoisie and establish a Black Sea coastal Soviet republic .

Comrade ! If you are young – join the All-Union Young Guard of Bolsheviks (VMGB) to fight for the victory of socialism. If your town has no VMGB organization - unite with young fellow like-minded people and establish communications through the newspaper "Revolutsiya" with the VMGB leadership for forming a local organization.

But be vigilant ! The bourgeoisie to distract workers and students has created fictitious "Komsomols" that do not carry on proletarian struggle. Moreover, the ruling elite in the Russian bourgeois party "United Russia" has established its own youth branch, calling it a "youth guard" . But their "youth guard" has nothing to do with the heroism of the Krasnodon Young Communists during the Great Patriotic War. Napoleon Bonaparte called his army recruiting "Young Guard". In this sense, the title for United Russia shoots as very fortunate, because United Russia members are the real followers of Napoleon's marauding hordes that invaded Russia in 1812.

The task of young proletarians who understand their class interests is to join the ranks of VMGB. A branch of the VMGB must be formed in all cities of the country and in each working village.

Comrade, come join us! Raise red flags over our cities!

Ivan Vasiliev

On 16 December 2004, the Russian State Duma passed in three readings at the same time the introduction of a new holiday "Day of National Unity." Earlier, Boris Yeltsin decreed that from November 7, 1996 "in order to mitigate the confrontation and aid reconciliation of various layers of Russian society, the former name of the holiday (November 7) " –the Anniversary of the Great October Socialist Revolution – be changed to "Day of Accord and Reconciliation ." By Decree of President Vladimir Putin on December 29, 2004, November 7 since 2005 has ceased to be a day off - it has simply been abolished (eliminated), and proposing the people the other "festive" day for Russia1 - November 4 as the " Day of National Unity " ostensibly to commemorate the liberation of Moscow from the Poles in 1612 .

Let's analyze this manipulation of public opinion by the authorities who sell to the illiterate through the falsification of historical fact, the dates November 7 and November 4.

November 7.

1. It is absurd to celebrate November 7 as a day of accord and reconciliation in a situation where as a result of the counter-revolutionary coup the people of the USSR were suddenly robbed through the "privatization" of public property using a monstrous unconstitutional act, as national property under no circumstances can be privatized ever. We were offered reconciliation and accord with the thieves and traitors to the Fatherland.

2 . Is it even possible under the capitalist system to have "consent" and "reconciliation" between two antagonistic classes - the oppressed proletarians have nothing but their hands, which they sell for a meager meal and for deplorable housing, for actually losing their social rights and guarantees - and assigned to work for the bourgeois class, which lives in full prosperity, luxury and with the blasé use of our "privatized" natural resources and the wealth created by the toil of the Soviet people, who are now transformed into a slave of capitalist exploitation?

3. November 7 is not subject to any "modernist" interpretation of its historical significance. November 7 was, is, and will forever remain in history as a great Victory Day of the Russian proletariat in the class struggle against the bourgeoisie, as the day of victory of the dictatorship of the proletariat over the dictatorship of the bourgeoisie. Because renaming the Day of the Great October Socialist Revolution "day of Accord and Reconciliation " was a political farce of the counter-revolutionaries .

4 . Manipulations with the renaming of November 7 were carried out in the interests of the bourgeois counter-revolutionary power - to completely erase the memory in the people, especially in the young people who have come into the world in the last 20-30 years, not only the date of the Great October Socialist Revolution, but at the same time the entire Soviet period, the heroic the life of the Soviet people and the history of a great country - the USSR.

The blockhead "democrats", by deceit and treachery of the Soviet people seized power, and with a complete lack of ability to develop and offer a progressive ideology (they have nothing but bourgeois pathological desire for money and live only for the sake of money), the inability of the them to formulate a Russian national idea, and the searching by the "democrats" are continuing to no avail in their its third decade in power (replacing their hated Marxism with something "new" and "progressive" has been impossible), and has led them to conversion to the archaic heritage of the church, dating back over 2,000 years. Their hatred of all things Soviet, together with the fear of future inevitable peoples retribution is so great that now instead of building affordable housing for the people, all over the place both in the cities and in the countryside, at the expense of the state budget (taxes on the population) unimaginable numbers of various churches, chapels, etc are under construction. (in St. Petersburg, churches have grown and continue to grow in almost all corners of the central streets). What for? It is well known that any religion neutralises in man the desire to resist the evil of violence ...

The newly introduced by the power of another far-fetched (besides religious in essence) public holiday on November 4th (supposedly a historical date of the liberation of Moscow from the Poles in 1612), and the growing influence of the church in matters of the state, indicate that the Russian Federation’s declared secular state is all increasingly turning into a clerical state (with the dominant ideology of the church). The powers and the church both at the same time against the working people. The initiative for replacing November 7 with 4 November as the "Day of Unity" belongs to the former head of the Russian Orthodox Church, Patriarch Alexy II.

The manipulations by the authorities and church authorities have gone so far as to proclaim the newly introduced festival on November 4 adequate to the Soviet state holiday on November 7, presenting it as just a simple replacement of one day to another. In this case, the liberation of Moscow from the Poles has been artificially tied to November 4 as the Christian church date. (The liberation of Moscow from the Poles took place much later than November 4.)

We regard this fact as an information and ideological fraud subservient to the intellectual powers that be.

Thus November 4, 1612

As already mentioned in the beginning of the article - "On 16 December 2004, the State Duma passed in three readings at the same time the introduction of a new holiday "Day of National Unity."

Added to the Bill is an explanatory memorandum which greatly distorted, falsified historical facts on events about November 4, 1612 in Moscow, ostensibly referring to major Russian historians who actually gave just the opposite of the events on the liberation of Moscow from the Poles. In the memorandum, for example, it notes the follwing:

"On November 4, 1612, soldiers of the peoples militia led by Kuzma Minin and Dmitry Pozharsky stormed China Town, liberating Moscow from the Polish invaders and demonstrating the model of heroism and solidarity of all people regardless of their origin, religion or social status ... ". The Duma members’ perverse modern historical picture of the events of that time continues to be successfully replicated now by the Russia media.

In fact, for example, the major Russian historians S.M. Solovyov (1820-1879) , and V.O. Klyuchevskii (1841-1911) stated that China Town (near the Kremlin), on November 4 (old style calendar - October 22) was taken by storm by a detachment of Cossacks but the militia of Minin and Pozharsky did not take part in this, having laid siege to the Moscow Kremlin, which hid the Poles and the Russian boyars, along with the 16 -year-old heir to the Russian (then - Moscow ) Mikhail Romanov throne - the founder of the Romanov dynasty. The militia of Minin and Pozharsky besieged the Kremlin for a month, forcing the besieged into submission. A month later, the besieged Poles and Russian nobles were released from the Kremlin under the displeasure of the Cossacks, who wanted to rob those who were released.

The nobles and Cossack militias represented the different social forces and were constantly at odds with each other. The noble militia did not dare to storm the Kremlin. That was done by the Cossacks.

Thus, the date of November 4 is the liberation day not of Moscow, but only of China-town (the trading part at the foot of the Moscow Kremlin) from the Poles, and the whole idea by the modern Democrats with the celebration on November 4 as the date of the unity and cohesion of the Russian society is their necessary rigging of historical facts in order to over-emphasise attention from November 7 to the church date November 4 (feast of the Kazan icon of the Mother of God). Feast of the Kazan Icon of the Mother of God was introduced to Rus by the son of Mikhail Romanov of Russia (Alexei ) in 1649.

We Bolsheviks celebrated and always will celebrate the Day on November 7 as the beginning of a new historical era - the era of socialism on the way to communism. As for the Russian national idea, then we formulate it as follows:

GO FORWARD ON THE PLANET in the development of civilization to the heights of a classless society - communism.

We started this way on 7 November 1917 and will go on to win it!

Documents of the Central Committee of the AUCPB

The Central Committee of the All-Union Communist Party of Bolsheviks congratulates the members of the party, as well as those who work with us, on the 96th anniversary of the Great October Socialist Revolution!

On this significant day in human history, we also congratulate our allies abroad, those who in difficult circumstances under the universal fascism of ruling regimes and who do not stop their agonizing struggle against imperialism, which is trying by all means to unleash a World War III, in which there will be no winners.

Nowadays, in terms of development of new monstrous technologies of war involving chemical, biological, and nuclear weapons, and recently, the most monstrous – the climate weapon (with its impact on the geophysical structure of certain regions of the planet), already planned by the empire of hate - the U.S. - and tested by them in Vietnam (1961 - 1975) over the DPRK (1996- 2000) in 2013 over Brazil and Russia (Amur region), the main goal of all progressive mankind is to prevent the implementation of the criminal plans of the Zionist world government, based in the U.S., for world domination by the ambitious criminal hierarchy in the U.S., and the final transformation of the rest of mankind into dumb slaves.

We invite all who are able to resist the world’s evil- the United States, for unity in the struggle for the preservation of life on Earth, for the unity in actions against criminal imperialism and for socialism - the only socio-political system that belongs to the future.

Glory to the Great October Socialist Revolution, the 96th anniversary of which we celebrate today!

Long live the new socialist revolution that will end all oppression, slavery, poverty and disease in the world and will provide the right to enjoy the benefits of life only to those who create them!

The editorial board of the central site of the AUCPB congratulates all party members, supporters, our friends abroad, allies in the communist movement and all of our readers on the 96th anniversary of the Great October Socialist Revolution!

We live and work in difficult historical conditions. At a time when the global financial and economic crisis deepens, carrying workers into unemployment, rapid impoverishment, and growth of bourgeois oppression. Imperialism is frantically searching for a way out of the impasse, which it drove itself into. To this end, the Washington "hawks" are preparing a new war of aggression, which can easily turn into a Third World War, using the most lethal weapons of mass destruction.

Around the world simmer fierce class struggles. Workers, peasants, office employees, young people, senior citizens – are all rising up to fight against the moribund, corrupt capitalist system. In response, the bourgeoisie uses military force, special riot equipment, gas and water cannons. But the course of history can not be stopped .

No matter how difficult, we will not stop fighting for the dictatorship of the proletariat for socialism, to complete victory. Only the elimination of capitalism and the transition to the socialist path of development will be the salvation for the working people of Russia and the whole of humanity. The revival of our country - the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics – will do away with national hostility and hatred, poverty and disenfranchisement of millions.

We wish all our comrades health and strength, the courage and the will for an active and successful struggle for the restoration of Soviet power and socialism.

Let all of us always have the strength, the ability and determination to work so that each day of ours brings a new victory of the socialist revolution!

Long live the 96th anniversary of the October Revolution!

Long live the new victory of the proletarian revolution!

(From the Editor: Comrades from the Crimea have sent poems dedicated to the Soviet Union)

Dear comrades, supporters and friends! Our Great day of celebration has arrived - November 7, the day of the 96th anniversary of the Great October Socialist Revolution. I congratulate you on this remarkable event and call for unification of all the truly progressive forces against evil that are corroding our Russia.

I call upon unification into people's power to unite to fight the anti-people policies of the current corruptioneers, thieves, and greedy scammers of all ranks and grades.

Veteran of the Great Patriotic War,

True Member of the Academy of Military Sciences,

Retired Major-General of the Soviet Armed Forces of the USSR, A.V. Pyltsyn.

(From the Editor: The question of unification of communists has been on the agenda of the AUCPB since its formation, and the point here is those who claim to be communists, wanting to be called such, at the same time retain a seat in the bourgeois parliament, or by all means to climb into it. The unification process is long and complex, and our position on this issue, we have repeatedly explained in the pages of our newspapers, brochures and websites) .

From the Bulgarian Communist Party (Bolsheviks ) arrived a parcel with an artistic mural, which depicts Lenin and Stalin in Gorki (from 1922).
And with the following text:

Dear Comrade N. Andreeva!

On the anniversary of the Great October Socialist Revolution, we send you communist greetings from the members of the Central Committee of the Bulgarian Communist Party.

We wish YOU and all the Russian people and the peoples of the former Soviet republics good health, including the communists in the former Soviet Union.

Sincerely, BCP (Bolsheviks)
First Secretary Cyril Stanev Minchev (signature)

Dear Comrades! Congratulations of the greatest – on the Great October Socialist Revolution!

The Central Committee of the Bulgarian Workers' Party (communists) wishes the Russian Bolsheviks continuity in the exploits of their predecessors, to bring Russia into the orbit of revolutionary change, to defeat the enemies of the revolution, by the working class and the wisdom of Leninism and Stalinist conviction.

Manuel Humberto Lopez Rodriguez,

Congratulations were also sent by the publisher of the newsletter "News from the USSR" Comrade Jacques Lejeune (France), editor of "NorthStar Compass" Comrade Michel Lucas (Canada) and others.

The Central Committee of the AUCPB thanks all of our friends and allies for their congratulations and warm wishes to our address.

Our struggle

In Moscow, in the evening of November 7, riot police rigidly prevented the holding of two separate marches and rallies organized by left-wing communist blocs - the "Forum of Left Forces" and "RotFront"(Red Front). The FLS event was attended by members of the Moscow branch of the AUCPB.

By the Nikitsky Voroty in order to further the march into Pushkin Square and hold a rally there, gathered about three hundred people. No less in numbers were riot police who blocked the boulevard, preventing the march. Lengthy negotiations with the authorities were to no avail – and led to the usual "NOT ALLOWED". We finished up being restricted to meeting on the gathering area with State Duma deputy and member of the local authority, who clearly confirmed the complete illegality of the authorities – as notice of the march had been filed on time and in proper form. But the response required by law from the authorities to the organizers of the rally was complete silence.

After meeting with members of parliament, the assembled people of the failed event departed peacefully in their mass moving down the pavement toward Pushkin Square. But the story is not over yet. Around Pushkin Square riot police attacked the demonstrators on their way into the square arrested six people. The rest were "forced" down into a train subway.

At the underground station Barrikadnaya, where there was the gathering place of participants in the second event, the events developed along a similar scenario. In exactly the same situation with the earlier application for the march and rally – came the decisive rejection of riot police of the "permitted" event. After a short "meeting" at the site of the gathering began the almost indiscriminate detention by riot police. The total number detained amounted to about thirty people.

Comparing the events in these two places, you see that there was a pre -planned and coordinated provocation by the authorities. The fact that a surgical strike was inflicted on the left, non-system opposition – held no doubt. Beat on people's memory the Great October Revolution and to drive through a fake Day of Unity and Accord - that was the global goal of the bourgeois regime.

In the city of Pyatigorsk in the square near the monument to S.M. Kirov November 7, was a solemn meeting dedicated to the 96th anniversary of the victory of the Great October Socialist Revolution and the 22 th anniversary of the AUCPB, organized by the Pyatigorsk Town Committee of the AUCPB.

In the square were unfurled Bolshevik symbolisms. At the monument, flowers were laid, and photographs taken.

Leaflets and newspapers "Hammer and Sickle", "Workers' and Peasants' Truth", "Revolution" were distributed. Revolutionary songs of the proletariat were played through a sound system.

The meeting opened with the singing of the Stalin Soviet anthem. Speeches were made by N.A. Degtyarenko - Secretary of the CC of the Pyatigorsk AUCPB, who congratulated everyone on the 96th anniversary of the victory of the Great October Socialist Revolution and the 22 th anniversary of the establishment of the AUCPB, then he read out the message of congratulation by the General Secretary of the Central Committee of the AUCPB, N.A. Andreeva, which was warmly greeted by the audience.

The Secretary of the Mineralovodsky town committee of the AUCPB V.P. Skvortsov read poems and sang revolutionary songs of the Resistance, and other comrades also made speeches. Then comrades N.A. Degtyarenko, T.I. Cherkasova, V. Skvortsov, I.V. Yangazova answered questions from the audience.

Piatigorsky TC of the AUCPB

In Krasnodar, on November 7 at the Station Square a rally was held. At the foot of the monument to Vladimir Lenin, flowers were laid.

The Bolsheviks distributed their newspapers, leaflets and AUCPB calendars for 2014, and carried out explanatory work.

The rally was attended by the CPRF, RCWP, and the CPSU.

Kursk. The Bolsheviks in the Kursk organization of the AUCPB took an active part in the demonstration and rally dedicated to the 96th anniversary of the Great October Socialist Revolution.

Despite the bad weather, a demonstration was attended by veterans of both the AUCPB and the youth. Great interest was shown by the audience in the newspapers "Hammer and Sickle", "Revolution", and various leaflets of the CC AUCPB.

Samara. Young Bolsheviks of Kuibyshev (Samara) participated in a joint event wuth the party "Rot Front" dedicated to the 96th anniversary of the Great October Socialist Revolution.

It was held at the monument to the fighters of the revolution in 1917 exactly at 18.00 Moscow time.

Young fighter laid flowers to the monument, thus honoring the memory of all the workers, peasants, soldiers and sailors who gave their lives for the victory of the socialist revolution in October 1917. The red, Bolshevik banner of the VMGB was unfurled and covering a rotten swastika, which was desecrated at the monument, where the fighter took pictures.

In Chelyabinsk, on November 7, the City Committee of the AUCPB and other left-wing organisations organized a march and rally on Revolution Square, devoted to the 96th anniversary of the Great October Socialist Revolution.

The event was organized at the initiative of the Bolsheviks, but the RCWP- CPSU and its clone - the party "Rot Front" refused to participate in it. During the rally, AUCPB leaflets, newspapers, and calendars for 2014 were distributed, and agitation and propaganda work conducted. At the monument to Vladimir Lenin flowers were laid.

Krasnoyarsk. In the march organized by the Bolsheviks in the workers’ Leninsky District, which took place from the beginning to the end of the highway (and, unusually, agreed with the authorities), and a subsequent rally was attended, apart from AUCPB and VMGB, by organizations such as the RCWP, "Communists of Russia ", the "International Union of Soviet Officers ", the "Stalin bloc", " Another Russia", "Women of native Krasnoyar", "The Russian socialist Movement", etc.

Delegates were sent from Sosnovoborsk, Eniseisk, Emelyanovsky district.

The common slogan of the demonstration was "enough of being afraid, it's time to fight back" - it was enthusiastically chanted by all participants. The leitmotif of the list of speakers was not so much a tribute to the greatest event in history, which is what the October Revolution of 1917 is, but mainly the preparation for the future socialist revolution. As a resolution, a decision was made to send to all the labour groups an appeal by revolutionary communists calling for unity and the preparation for a general strike. The only demand to the current government made – is for the release of political prisoners.

On November 7 in Novosibirsk, the traditional march was held, dedicated to the 96 anniversary of the Great October Socialist Revolution. As always, the activists of AUCPB, AKM, RCWP and RotFront organized a separate column.

The rally attracted about 1,500 people. Unfortunately, the organizers could not agree on the march going along the roadway, and had to walk down a narrow alley in Krasny Prospect. The column with the AUCPB was chanting revolutionary slogans: "All power to the Soviets", "Revolution," " Enough of asking for bourgeois handouts. Worker, prepare for an all-Russian strike ," "Glory to labor, death capital!" etc.

At the rally after, the Bolsheviks actively spread the Party newspapers and calendars for 2014.

Vladivostok. On the railway station forecourt at the monument to V.I. Lenin a rally was held, organized by the CPRF. All the leftist forces present in the city - CFS, EIF, Red Front, and "Another Russia" participated in it.

The demonstration was banned by local authorities this year under the pretext of street noise, although in recent years the demonstration was and never stopped by anyone. The Bolsheviks distributed at the meeting the newspapers "Hammer and Sickle" "Revolution" and flyers.

In Voronezh, activists of the AUCPB and VMGB took part in the traditional demonstration on November 7.

Minsk. On November 7, activists of the All-Union Communist Party of Bolsheviks and the national organizing committee of the Belarusian Communist Party of Workers laid flowers at the monument to the leader of the world proletariat – V.I. Lenin, who is in the centre of Minsk on the eponymous square. The Bolsheviks have traditionally come with portraits of Lenin and Stalin, the Soviet Union and the Byelorussian SSR flags, banners , "Long live the socialist revolution!", "Only the dictatorship of the proletariat will lead to the victory of socialism."

After laying flowers, the secretary of the AUCPB, chairman of the Bureau of the Central Committee of the AUCPB on Belarus and the Kaliningrad region V.B. Zelikov made a speech, and member of the organizing committee of the BKPT, V.V. Draco did the same.

In his speech, Comrade Zelikov said that the bourgeois legislators had excluded from the official name of the holiday celebrated the word "socialist", which is key. That Great October Socialist Revolution is different from all previous ones in that it does not change from one form of exploitation to another, but abolishes it completely, opening a new era in the development of humanity - an era without any exploitation of man by man.

Comrade Zelikov was particularly focused on the fact that despite the advertised republic's leadership fable of a "socially oriented state ," the Bolsheviks spoke and said that Belarus is now, like other former Soviet republics, a bourgeois state where private property is already in a strong position in the Belarusian economy. Moreover, the Belarusian authorities openly talk about willingness to sell to the private sector the remaining large state-owned enterprises for profit. But we Bolsheviks declare that no one has the right to sell off public property for any amount of money.

Ukraine. On November 7, 2013, activists from Vinnitsa, Kiev, Ladyzhynskaya, Mukachevo, Sumy and Uman AUCPB organizations, and members of the Central Committee of the UkrByuro of the AUCPB, the editorial staff of the newspaper "Workers 'and Peasants' Truth" under the leadership of Secretary of the Central Committee of the AUCPB comrade A.A. Mayevsky took part in the events in Kiev in honour of the 96th anniversary of the Great October Socialist Revolution. During the event, Bolshevik press and literature were circulated: newspapers "Hammer and Sickle", "Workers ' and Peasants' Truth", " Forward", "Revolution", the pamphlet "Modern China", "START -3 - a betrayal of national interests of Russia ", and various flyers distributed.

The Bolsheviks carried out explanatory work on the Great October Socialist Revolution and socialist construction. Only by moving along the path of the October Revolution, in preparation for the revolutionary struggle for the overthrow of the power of capital, the struggle for the restoration of Soviet power, socialism and the revival of the Soviet Union, it is possible to stop the negative course of events, to prevent World War III, and to achieve a decent life for working people for working people of all races and nationalities.

Activists of the AUCPB gave interviews to several television channels

On the 7th of November from 1645 hours to 1800 the south Korean puppet
embassy was picketed to protest against the so-called "state visit "
of the fascist puppet Park Geun Hye .
The picket was organised by the UK KFA and supported by the Juche Idea
Study Group of England and the New Communist Communist Party. At the
picket were members of the UK KFA , JISGE as well the New Communist
Party including general secretary Andy Brooks. A member of the
Communist Party
of Great Britain (Marxist -Leninist ) also attended.
Dermot Hudson KFA Official Delegate and chairman of the Juche Idea
Study Group opened the picket with a speech . He said that the south
Korean embassy is a joke and should not exist as south Korea is not a
state .south Korea has no independence , south Korea is totally
dependent on the United States and indeed was created by the US .
Today south Korean puppet ruler Park Geun Hye is on a state visit to
the UK and is being entertained at the expense of the British taxpayer
despite huge cutbacks in public spending. Park is a dictator like her
father . Park Chung Hee came to power in a military coup and ParkGeun
Hye came to power through an intelligence service coup. Park has
banned the Unified Progressive Party as well as the Teachers Union.
South Korea is occupied by US troops who exploit the south Korean
people by taking upkeep expenses-. Park Geun Hye is a front-woman for
this puppet regime so is not welcome here. "
The DPRK flag was waved in front of the puppet embassy as well as our
UK KFA banner. Slogans such as "Down with the fascist puppet regime "
and "south Korean fascists go home " were chanted as well as "Korea Is
one " and "Long Live the DPRK " , "Long live the Workers Party of
Korea "
and "KIM JONG UN " . There was some harassment from the puppet gang
who came out of the embassy and took close up photos of people and
also tried calling the police on us as well. We also had a couple of
characters from the "NK News " an anti DPRK news agency that is a
front for the CIA come along also photographed us and making
slanderous remarks about the DPRK. Lastly a so-called "defector " Joo
Il Kim " came up and run around like a monkey playing tricks and
making provocations. Picket concluded at 1800 hours.
pictures of the picket

Pyongyang, November 12 (KCNA) -- A spokesman for the Committee for the
Peaceful Reunification of Korea (CPRK) gave the following answer to
the question raised by KCNA Monday as regards the malignant backbiting
made by Park Geun Hye against the DPRK during her European junket:
Park Geun Hye again let loose a whole string of rubbish
malignantly slandering the DPRK, urging it to "dismantle its nukes"
and settle "human rights issues" during her recent trips to various
countries of Europe.
It is a fact well known to all that Park liked to spend time
making foreign trips rather than staying in south Korea and each time
she was busy letting loose a torrent of vituperations against the DPRK.
When she talked about "summit talks" with an axe to grind before
flying for recent European junket, the DPRK sent a message strong
enough for her to understand that if she sincerely hopes those talks,
she should have proper etiquette and not to peddle the issue of the
inter-Korean relations among outsiders in a bid to elicit
"cooperation" in the campaign against the DPRK.
Nevertheless, Park this time, too, busied herself making more
provocative remarks.
What she uttered during her recent European trips clearly proved
that "summit talks" and the like touted by her were nothing but sheer
hypocrisy and her ulterior motive is to stand in confrontation with
the DPRK to the end.
An adage says once you get a bad habit, it will stay with you.
Park likes to speak ill of compatriots in foreign countries, forgetful
of "presidency." She looks like a meddlesome countrywoman fond of
backbiting others, lost to shame.
Moreover, she changed her dress several times a day and made
flattery towards others, uttering some words in their languages like a
parrot. She was so disgraceful to behave so.

Useless puppet Park's foreign trips
One stark contrast, amongst others , between the Democratic People's
Republic of Korea and the south Korean puppet regime very clearly ;
since taking power as puppet ruler Park Geun Hye has spent most of the
time travelling around the world . In November week she visited Britain, as
well as France and Belgium. Early during her rule she went off to her
masters in the US . She has also visited Russia , China , Vietnam,
Indonesia , Philippines, a total of 9 countries . These must have
cost a lot of money and been an enormous drain on the resources of
south Korea. Of course the US really runs south Korea so may be Park
does not need to be there much.
In contrast the supreme leader of the DPRK dear respected Marshal Kim
Jong Un has not visited any foreign countries but instead putting his
energy into guiding socialist construction and improving the people's
living standards. Supreme leader Marshal Kim Jong Un visited many
construction sits such as the one of the Munsu Water Park . Supreme
leader Marshal Kim Jong Un is a true leader of the people.

Statement by the Central Committee of the AUCPB

On 13 November 2013 at the invitation of the President of the Republic of Korea Pak Kin Hyo Russian President Vladimir Putin visited South Korea on an official visit. As a result of bilateral negotiations a joint statement of 35 points.
The statement, in particular, the question of military cooperation between the two countries, which is expected to develop and strengthen. The company "Rosoboronexport" has informally invited South Korean fighter T-50 (PAK FA), which may be purchased under the revised FX-III of the tender for the supply of 60 combat aircraft. The purchase of armored South Korean government plans to spend 8.3 trillion won (7.5 billion dollars), having made a deal in the shortest possible time.
Note that the supply of Russian military equipment to South Korea carried out a long time. For example, the National Police of the Republic of Korea is using to patrol and carry out special operations one of the modern versions of helicopters Mi-8/17 series - MI-172, which is available at the Kazan Helicopter Plant. MI-172 - the only type of helicopter fleet department, where possible flights over the sea at a distance of 250 kilometers. Russian helicopters are also used by the Colombian authorities for military operations against the radical leftist group FARC («Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia").
Speaking about the need to maintain peace and stability on the Korean peninsula, the bourgeois leadership of the Russian Federation, in fact, took the side of the aggressor in a carefully planned coming conflict by arming South Korea against North Korea. Moreover, in opposition to the capitalist and socialist systems, taking place on the Korean peninsula, and the workers are drawn into Russian defense plants, whose hands are made weapons and equipment that will be used by the authorities of South Korea against North Korean people in the event of armed conflict.
Project to link the railways of Russia - North Korea, which we wrote on our website on September 25, was nowhere near as rosy as we thought. From the text of a joint statement issued IA «REGNUM» November 13, 15:21 (http://www.regnum.ru/news/cultura/1731796.html), it follows that: the Russian Federation and the Republic of Kazakhstan "... welcomed the successful implementation of the pilot project Connection Trans-Korean Railway with the Trans-Siberian railway line - the completion of the Russian JSC "Russian Railways" Reconstruction of the railway section Hasan (Russia) - Rajin (DPRK), as well as the modernization of the third pier port of Rajin. In this regard, the parties agreed to promote the smooth implementation of the companies of the two countries cooperation programs in the field of use of the said railway and port infrastructure. " In fact, we are talking about sharing Russia and South Korea of the railway, located on the territory of the DPRK (whose sovereignty and views on this issue arrogantly ignored?).
The most noteworthy paragraph 31 of the Joint Declaration, which states: "The parties confirmed their mutual rejection rate of Pyongyang's acquisition of nuclear and missile capabilities in defiance of the international community and the relevant resolutions of the UN Security Council. The sides noted that, in accordance with the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation North Korea can not have the status of a nuclear weapon. (North Korea already has nuclear weapons. And no one has any moral, political or international law prohibit the possession of nuclear weapons North Korea, because North Korea it is the only possible force to protect the country from the aggression of the United States in the face of fierce opposition to the modern imperialist world. Out of all the countries nuclear weapons, the United States alone used a weapon (at least three military conflicts - in 1945 against Japan, in 1991 against Iraq in 1998 against Yugoslavia) and because, above all the United States itself does not have the right to know them).
The parties stressed that the DPRK must comply with international obligations and commitments in the area of the denuclearization of the (sovereign country, North Korea, and no one owes nothing, and least of all - kowtow to Washington's puppets), including the relevant UN Security Council resolutions and the Joint Statement of China, the DPRK, Japan, Kazakhstan, Russia and the United States on September 19, 2005 The parties agreed in mind the objectives of the Joint Statement of 19 September 2005, together with other members of the six-party talks to make efforts to create the conditions for its renewal. "
As we can see, President Putin has once again proved that he was acting in the interests of the Russian criminal oligarchy. Leaders of the Russian Federation in order to protect the business interests of the big bourgeoisie once again sold the DPRK.

In the period from 29 September to 8 October 2013 in the cities of central Europe, Germany and the Czech Republic, from Prague to Munich (Munich, Ingolstadt, Regensburg, Cologne, Kelheim, Bayreuth, Ash, Tachov, Krasna, Pilsen, Lidice, Prague) – a "trail" of anti-war, anti-imperialist actions were carried out, organized by the International United Front "Class Struggle Against World War". This IUF is made up of a number of organizations of workers, youth and communist organizations in Germany, the Czech Republic and Poland. The international anti-war action was dedicated to the 75th anniversary of the "Munich Agreement".

The General Secretary of the Central Committee of the AUCPB Comrade N.A. Andreeva sent telegram of solidarity and support to the organizers in Berlin.

Information department of the CC AUCPB

To Members of the Bureau of the action
"The Class Struggle Against World War"
September 29 - October 8, 2013

Germany, Berlin

Our solidarity and support for the anti-imperialist, anti-fascist forces in the face of threats of the beginning of a World War III

Dear organizers and participants of the events in Central Europe marking a tragic date for all mankind - the 75th anniversary of the signing of the criminal Munich Agreement!

Dear friends, comrades in our common fight against criminal imperialism and primitive nationalism,
for the happiness of our children and future generations,
for peaceful clear skies without the sinister nuclear mushroom
for opportunities for everyone to have decent work always paid on time
for accessible qualified medical service for everybody,
for quality housing for every family,
for confidence in the future!

We remember that the Munich Agreement in September 1938, not only gave Hitler Czechoslovakia, but also unleashed his arms used for countless atrocities against all the peoples of Europe, that poured out into the monstrous and brutal World War II. Then the policy of "appeasement" of the aggressor was used by Britain and France which suffered a complete fiasco. With bitter irony, you can remember the words of Chamberlain returning from Munich to London: "I have brought peace to our generation." A year later, the world was exploding with the beginning of World War II.

History has taught us that only unity of all of us, only our resolve to stand up in the face of the bloody aggressor to the end, convinced in their impunity, can save the future of civilization and ensure the preservation of the world.

Now, after seventy-five years after Munich in 1938, humanity once again confronts a global aggressor, bringing death and destruction to people and places. This is - the United States - a country that continues the policy of the possessed Hitler, a state with obsessive delusions of world domination, its delusions of "exclusivity" just like Nazi Germany in 1938. The U.S. violate the sovereignty of independent countries under false pretences through the "struggle for democracy", they carry out acts of bloody aggression against dozens and dozens of states. The victims of U.S. aggression are Vietnam, Yugoslavia, Iraq, Libya, and many other parts of the world where hundreds of thousands of civilians have fallen victim.

If the nations of the world do not want the U.S. to unleash a new (now nuclear) World War, they have become a single impenetrable wall standing in the way of the American fascist- imperialist predators and their satellites!

The unity of all our forces - is the slogan of the day!

The Central Committee of the All-Union Communist Party of Bolsheviks wishes you, dear friends, complete success in your wonderful action - a broad antifascist action on the territory of the European states. The selfless struggle for peace on Earth, peace, and prosperity of all people - what could be more noble than this action?

Our common goal is to reach the hearts of ordinary people, and tell them the truth about the terrible past, and about the threat to humanity today - that's tough, but a great challenge.

Long live the unity of action of all the anti-fascist forces on EARTH!
We believe in our victory, and therefore we are bound to win!

General Secretary of the Central Committee of the AUCPB

17 years ago, on October 17, 1996, ideologue of the Central Committee of the AUCPB, Ph.D. Doctor of Philosophical Sciences Professor Vladimir Klushin passed away.

V.I. Klushin was born on January 23, 1926. After graduating secondary school in 1940, he entered the flying school in Leningrad. During the siege of Leningrad from 1941 to 1942, he worked as a turner at one of the military factories. In February 1943, he volunteered for the front, where he fought as machine gunner in the 129 Guards Rifle Regiment of the 45 Guards Rifle Division. During the fighting on the Leningrad front in 1944, he was seriously wounded - a bullet wound through the lungs. After the hospital, he was sent to the First Tomsk Artillery School, after which in 1946 he served as the commander of the platoon firing 2 Guards Artillery Division, and from 1950 to 1955 - a senior officer of the battery 22 Infantry Division of the Far Eastern Military District. He was awarded the Soviet government awards: the Order of the Red Star, World War 2 nd degree, two medals "For Military Service" and a medal "For the Defense of Leningrad" and 18 other medals.

After demobilization out of the Armed Forces of the USSR, he entered the Philosophy Department of the Leningrad State University named after A.A. Zhdanov, and graduated externally in 1959 with honours. He was then assigned to work at the Leningrad Chemical Technology Institute Lensoviet. In 1964, he defended his thesis, in 1971 – his doctorate, since 1966 - an Associate Professor, since 1971 – a professor, and from 1964 to 1989 he headed the department of philosophy of the LTI. Leningrad City Council. In 1989, he was dismissed from his work by the counter-revolution, for political reasons.

V.I. Klushin was one of the leading theoreticians of contemporary Marxism -Leninism - Bolshevism. He has written several books on the history of Soviet sociological thought (1917-1936 years), and the philosophical problems of natural science.

On our website (http://www.vkpb.ru) available is the theoretical work of Vladimir Ivanovich, including the relevant monograph entitled "The little-known facts about Trotsky", in which the author reveals the vile, treacherous nature of this figure, now diligently being magnified by the bourgeois counter-revolution and the opportunists in communist movement. The work is available at the following link:

Following the tragic events of August 1991, under the leadership of V.I. Klushin during September that year, the Program of the All-Union Communist Party of Bolsheviks was adopted at the Founding Congress of the AUCPB on November 8, 1991 in Leningrad.

We, the members of the AUCPB continue the fight launched by VI Klushino against the counter-revolution, a cause to which he devoted all of himself and the rest of his life, a true Communist, Bolshevik Vladimir Ivanovich Klushin.

The best memory of him is our real work to revive our beautiful Great Socialist Motherland - the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics.

Secretariat of the Central Committee of the AUCPB

To the First Secretary of the Workers' Party of Korea
First Chairman of the DPRK National Defence
Supreme Commander of the Korean People's Army
Marshal of the DPRK
Comrade Kim Jong Un
Pyongyang, DPRK

Dear Comrade Kim Jong Un!

Congratulations to you and through you the heroic Korean people with another victory in socialist construction – the completion of a large-scale reconstruction of the railway route between Russia (Far East, Hassan ) and DPRK (Rajin) with the introduction of the 54 -km transport corridor .

Undoubtedly, the introduction into operation of this section of the railway line will help improve inter-Korean relations, thus - the strengthening of peace and security on the Korean peninsula as well as the development of political and economic relations with the countries of Europe, DPRK and East Asia, being the shortest route for DPRK cargo to Europe and back.

The implementation of the ambitious project which was conceived and discussed in 2000 by the Great Kim Jong -Il with Russian President Vladimir Putin, we see as a significant victory in the cause of construction in the DPRK of a prosperous socialist state and a triumph in the policy consistently pursued by the leadership of the WPK and the DPRK to improve the lives of the people.

We wish the Korean people – the victor, further success in their peaceful creative labour.

Challenges of the XXI Century

More than 70 years ago was the start of the greatest massacre in history, which was funded by the U.S. Federal Reserve and the Bank of England.

A major role in the financing of Hitler and his associates was played since the 1920's by the United States and United Kingdom, considering the energetic Adolf as a tool in the destruction of the USSR.

The total amount of foreign investment in German industry for the years 1924-1929 amounted to almost 63 billion gold marks. 70 % of financial revenues were provided by bankers in the United States, most of the banks of JP Morgan. As a result, in 1929, German industry ranked second in the world, but to a large extent it was in the hands of America's leading financial and industrial groups.

Thus, "Farben", the main supplier of the German war machine, by 45% financed the election campaign of Hitler in 1930, and was under the control of the Rockefeller "Standard Oil". Morgan, through "General Electric", controlled the German radio tech industry. Besides this, they owned 30 % of the shares of the aircraft company "Focke-Wolf." "Opel" was placed under the control of "General Motors", owned by the Dupont family. Henry Ford controlled 100 % of the shares of the "Volkswagen" concern. In 1926, with the participation of the Rockefeller bank "Dillon Reed and Co” arose the largest metallurgical concern in Germany.

American co-operation with the German military- industrial complex was so intense and pervasive that by 1933, under the control of U.S. financial capital were all key sectors of German industry and the big banks. Wall Street had now got complete control over every concern in Germany.

In August 1934, the American "Standard Oil" in Germany acquired 730 thousand acres of land and built the largest oil refineries that supplied the Nazi aircraft and tanks with gasoline. Then in Germany from the United States was delivered the most modern equipment for aircraft factories, which began production of the latest German planes. From U.S. firms "Pratt and Whitney", "Douglas", "Bendix Avmeyshn" Germany received a large number of military patents, and based on American technology, built the "Ju- 87." In the latest models of fighter planes and bombers of the Third Reich were British motors. By 1941, when World War II was fully-raging, U.S. investment in Germany's economy amounted to 475 million dollars.

For comparison, Hitler received in 1933 from the Anglo – Americans, finance in the modern scale of prices, 66.3 billion dollars, and the Soviet Union under the Lend -Lease during the entire war, only 12 billion, or more than five times less.

In 1938-39, the Soviet Union tried to create a military- political alliance with the Anglo - Americans against Hitler, but all attempts by the Soviets to oppose Hitler with a united force were unsuccessful, and the "pious" U.S. democracy, coupled with the "noble" British democracy, sent the fascist ram to the USSR.

Today, when the world's financial elite of Great Britain and the United States have launched the next plan for the transition to a "new world order", the identification of its key role in the organization of crimes against humanity becomes paramount.

Through active subversion of Ukraine's rapprochement with Russia, the United States aimed in all the possible ways to strengthen the anti-Russian nationalist movements in Ukraine. The budget of the Ukrainian nationalist organizations Rukh and UNA -UNSO was by almost three-quarters financed by the CIA, and most of the top echelons of these organizations are in the service of the U.S. government.

The trip by the head of "Svoboda" Oleg Tyagnibok and Deputy for Political Affairs Andrew Mohnik to the U.S. was planned. The purpose of the trip was a meeting with the Ukrainian diaspora in the United States. All financial costs were paid the host country. Tyagnibok’s relatives travelled to the U.S. at the invitation of the family of his wife, who lives in the United States.

The Ukrainian Canadian Congress leadership in the person of Ed Baldy and Orestes Varnitsa is an intermediary between VO "Svoboda" and its overseas patrons. The financial support of "Svoboda" falls from the hands of Canadian intelligence into the hands of the Congress leadership, and then migrates to the accounts of the party of Tyagnibok not only in Ukraine, but also abroad. There has been a fact of proceeds from Canadians sent to the needs of a "Svoboda" cell in Austria (Vienna) .

Given the existence of such powerful financial support coming from Canada and the United States to Tyagnibok, in the near future we can expect an intensification of the information policy in "Svoboda."

The aim of our overseas "friends" remains the same - to prevent Ukraine's rapprochement with Russia! It will be a very helpful having the service of "Svoboda ", which will act as a frontal ram of "national -patriots" against brotherly peoples getting closer!

Thus the seven-headed hydra of Anglo- American fascism is still alive! And instead of the heads being fully severed in 1945, it has grown a dozen new ones! And not understanding this today, is no less dangerous than a traitor to his own people!

On October 10, 1945, after Korea's liberation from Japanese colonial rule ( 15.08.1945), Great Leader Comrade Kim Il Sung created the Central Organizing Committee of the Communist Party of North Korea. At the founding congress of August 26, 1946 by combining, merging the Communist Party and other parties, the Workers’ Party of Korea was formed as a single party of the working people.

Forerunner to the party (WPK) was the Down With Imperialism Union (DWIU)), formed on 17 October 1926 by the still young Kim Il Sung of like-minded people - the first revolutionary communist youth organization in Korea.
The Down With Imperialism Union was created by Kim Il Sung at a time when Korea was under Japanese colonial rule with all the ensuing consequences. The purpose of the DWIU was to develop the revolutionary struggle of the people, and carry the revolution to victory. The DWIU was a new type of organization which carefully studied Marxist- Leninist literature, the "Manifesto of the Communist Party," instilling the young people of the DWIU with progressive ideas and uniting them in a militant revolutionary organization. Young Kim Il Sung then formulated the objectives of the organization he founded: the first task - the overthrow of Japanese imperialism and the achievement of independence of Korea, of course - the construction of socialism and communism in Korea. Then - the overthrow of imperialism in all its forms and the building of communism throughout the world.

The forming of the DWIU was a fundamental principle of the communist movement in Korea and the Korean revolution. In the DWIU program were laid the foundations for a future program of the WPK, the principles of its construction and operation. In the DWIU -political organization formed the backbone of the future leaders of the WPK. During the "Khrushchev thaw" Comrade Kim Il Sung put forward the Juche idea. Great Kim Jong Il, formulated and developed the Juche idea into in a coherent theory, which has become the ideology of the WPK and public policy. The ideology of Juche means that - Man is the master of everything, everything in the present world is for Man, everything in the name of Man. Juche means independence, sovereignty, self-reliance .

Koreans call the WPK the party of the great leader Comrade Kim Il Sung. He did much to make the WPK a leading and organizing power of socialist construction. Under the leadership of the WPK, the Korean people showed unprecedented patriotism and heroism in defence of their socialist homeland during the armed aggression by the USA (Fatherland Liberation War (1950-1953), having beaten the leading imperialist predator. Subsequent years were years of heroic struggle to build a socialist state in which everything had to start from scratch. Huge strides in economic development and in the development of their armed forces, to improve the well-being of society have become the main focus in the policy of the young socialist state.

Staging at the forefront of care for the welfare of people, the policy of increasing the level of education of society, resulted in a transformation of the Korean nation into a highly developed intellectually nation (before Korea's liberation from the Japanese yoke, there were only 12 people with a higher education). Concern for the welfare of man materialized in the intensive development of housing construction in urban and rural areas, today's free health care, creating a system of health care facilities, as well as kindergartens and nurseries. The DPRK has entered the global political arena, established diplomatic relations with most countries in the world, has gained reputation not only in third world countries, but also in the developed capitalist countries.

On the basis of its geopolitical position and the socialist system, the constant DPRK -US confrontation, socialist Korea was now in the centre of world attention. In the difficult years of confrontation with the imperialist powers, and above all - the U.S., the successor of Kim Il Sung, Kim Jong Il at the beginning of 1995 (at the New Year of 1994-1995 ) put forward the idea of the primacy of military affairs, enhancing the value of the Armed Forces and patriotic training of the population. All of this became the SONGUN politics, in which the army embodies the unity of the Party, State and people. The Songun policy under Kim Jong-Il was the basis of the policy and strategic direction of the party.

The WPK under the leadership of Comrade Kim Jong Il persisted to implement the ideas and concepts of Comrade Kim Il Sung, as a militant vanguard of society, confidently leading the revolutionary cause of Juche, building Korean-style socialism, despite the fierce political and natural storms of the era. Under Kim Jong-Il, the DPRK became a world nuclear power, thus placing the United States in a position of inevitability of punishment in case of aggression on their part. The DPRK’s possession of nuclear weapons has done away with the constant threat of U.S. preemptive nuclear attack on the DPRK.

Under the successor to Great Kim Jong Il, the first secretary of the WPK Kim Jong Un successfully launched the satellite "Kwangmyongsong – 3” № 2 . This launch confirmed the continuity of the policy of the DPRK to further develop as a worlds nuclear power. Kim Jong Un in early 2012 set the task of implementing radical change in land use in accordance with the requirements of building a powerful and prosperous socialist state and the future of intellectualization of society by strengthening and improving the training system through universal secondary education (an increase of the period of study at the school up to 12 years) and the further development of the system of higher education. The nature of the large changes in the DPRK carried out under the leadership of Comrade Kim Jong Un, indicate a complete continuity of the policy of the Great Leader Comrade Kim Il Sung and Great Kim Jong Il.

The history of the DPRK for the past 68 years, going under the banner of Juche led by the WPK, has confirmed that the WPK is indeed inspiring and organizing the Korean people to build a prosperous socialist state, where the focus is man, where everything is done for the good of man, in the name of his happiness.

We congratulate our Korean friends on the remarkable date - the 68th anniversary of the establishment of the Workers' Party of Korea and sincerely wish the citizens of the DPRK happiness, health and well-being, significant new victories on the difficult path of building Juche socialism under the sunny skies of peace on the Korean Peninsula and in Northeast Asia.

Long live the Workers' Party of Korea and its ideological and political headquarters, headed by the First Secretary of the Party Comrade Kim Jong Un – the worthy successor of the Great Leader Comrade Kim Il Sung and Great Kim Jong Il!

The General Secretary of the Central Committee of the AUCPB comrade N.A. Andreeva sent a greeting message to Pyongyang, in the name of the First Secretary of the WPK, Kim Jong Un.

DPRK Foreign Ministry Spokesman Blasts U.S.-Japan-S. Korea Joint Naval Maneuvers

Pyongyang, October 9 (KCNA) -- A spokesman for the Foreign Ministry of the DPRK released the following statement Wednesday:
The DPRK's sincere efforts to ensure peace and stability of the Korean Peninsula are now faced with a grave challenge.
The U.S. let its nuclear carrier George Washington get involved in the joint naval maneuvers to be staged by it with Japanese and south Korean forces in the South Sea of Korea.
Gravity of the situation is that the military drills started right after U.S. military authorities flew into south Korea and officially announced "tailored deterrence strategy" targeted against the DPRK, fostering military confrontation and war hysteria.
The strategy calls for stifling the DPRK by mobilizing all military forces including conventional armed forces of the U.S. and puppet south Korea and missile defense system, not content with the offer of a nuclear umbrella to south Korea by the U.S., the world's biggest possessor of nuclear weapons. It is, in essence, a plan to increase nuclear threat to the DPRK and mount a preemptive nuclear strike at it.
The military drills planned against this backdrop are a serious military provocation against the DPRK and an outright challenge to the efforts made by the DPRK for peace.
The DPRK has made positive efforts to check the vicious cycle of tensions and create peaceful environment essential for building an economic power and improving the standard of people's living.
It made a series of dialogue proposals on its own initiative prompted by the desire to ensure peace and stability on the Korean Peninsula and denuclearize it through dialogue and negotiations. It exercised utmost restraint when the U.S. held Ulji Freedom Guardian military exercises with the puppet south Korean forces with the involvement of a nuclear strategic bomber in August.
Now the U.S. is staging nuclear war exercises by introducing nuclear carrier, rendering the situation extremely tense.
The situation proves that it is none other than the U.S. which is harassing peace and escalating the tensions on the Korean Peninsula.
The U.S. deliberate act of escalating tensions on the peninsula despite the DPRK's patient efforts for peace is aimed to bar the DPRK, a nuclear weapons state, from achieving economic prosperity. This act is also aimed to justify its bolstering of the armed forces to hold a military edge in the Asia-Pacific region.
It is precisely for this reason that the U.S. has resorted to military provocations, while persistently shunning the DPRK's just demand for ensuring peace and stability on the peninsula through dialogue and negotiations without preconditions. There is a limit to patience.
The DPRK loves peace but never begs for it and it is ready for both dialogue and confrontation.
The DPRK will invariably keep to the road of its own option and surely build a prosperous country on this land, no matter how desperately the hostile forces may try.

Challenges of the XXI Century

Analytical material by the Secretariat of the Central Committee of the AUCPB

It's only been two years since the bloody aggression ended by the imperialist predators - the U.S., Britain, France and their allies against Libya. It ended in a bloodbath: 50,000 dead, hundreds of thousands of wounded and maimed and more than a million refugees, the economy and infrastructure of the country completely destroyed, and Libyan leader Muammar Gaddafi brutally murdered. And all of this in order to take full control of the oil wealth of the country and to bring to power a puppet anti-peoples anti-national government, fully controlled by the West.

But the imperialist robbers led by the United States, and its closest ally and chained dog of the Middle East, Israel , have not calmed down. In order to establish full control of Zionist - American capital of the region of North Africa and the Middle East, along with its oil and gas resources, standing in the way of the US- Israel - NATO is Syria, a country that is being led by a true son of the Syrian people, Bashar al-Assad.

For the past two and half years, a civil war has been raging in Syria, unleashed and foreign imposed. As a result, dozens of towns and cities have been destroyed along with tens of thousands of deaths, and nearly 7 million people (about one third of the population of Syria ) have lost a roof over their heads, began to internally displaced persons and refugees – and 2 million people forced to flee to neighbouring countries in order to save the lives of their children and loved ones.

Bashar Assad at the very beginning of the internal conflict said that in Syria there is not a civil war, but a war against terrorism and support of terrorism from outside. He also said that he had no problem with the people, because without the support of the Syrian people, he could not remain at his post.

A chronicle of the conflict.

The first anti-government protests in Syria began on 26 January 2011 and were mostly random and sporadic. These protests began on the same scenario as similar protests in Tunisia and Egypt.

Mass demonstrations began to unfold on March 15, 2011, when several hundred people responded to the call of social networks and took to the streets of Damascus to demand reforms and a fight against corruption. The next day there was another demonstration. Three days later began demonstrations in Daraa, which for the first time joined the Islamists . Soon a series of demonstrations took place in other Syrian cities . Clashes with the police occurred, accompanied by acts of vandalism and arson. There were people wounded, and one of the first to be killed by the forces of law and order.

The slogans and demands of the protesters, the forms and methods of struggle that began at the call of social networks, showed that behind the opposition stood the same foreign forces that stood behind the events in Tunisia and Egypt. The U.S. imperialists and their NATO allies, as well as Israel continued a policy of "reformatting" the Middle East, fuelling inter-ethnic and inter-religious conflicts and guiding them in a direction useful for themselves. In particular, a factor that was used was that the ruling elite are mainly members of the Alawite Shiite community, while the majority of the Muslim population of Syria are Sunnis.

(The vast majority of the population are Syrian Arabs. Around 90 % of them by faith are Muslims and 10% - Christians. Kurds form the largest ethnic minority, accounting for about 9 % of the population and professing Sunni Islam. Armenians share of 2-3 %, and they profess Christianity. Syria is also home to Turkmen and Circassians who profess Islam. Approximately 80-85 % of Muslims are Sunni, 13-15 % - Alawites, about 1% - Ismailis and less than 1 % - Shiites. Approximately 3 % of Syrians belong to the Druze sect. The Orthodox and Armenian Gregorian church have greatest influence among Syria's Christians).

President Bashar Assad made certain concessions to the opposition, dismissed the government and replaced by the prime minister, but the growth of violence continued to escalate.

The fact that the imperialist West is standing behind the opposition became clear on May 9 2011, when the EU imposed sanctions on Syria, and on 28 November the same year introduced additional sanctions.

The opposition, with the support of the West, began to institutionalize.

On June 19, 2011 the opposition announced the creation of a National Council and declared itself as the country’s alternative government. On October 4, 2011, in Istanbul the Syrian National Council was established. On November 11, 2012 in Doha, Qatar, he establishment of the Syrian National Coalition was announced, comprising the Syrian National Council . The next day, the U.S. State Department expressed support for the Syrian national coalition, thereby legitimizing in the eyes of the West the Syrian opposition forces. On the same day, the countries of the Council of Cooperation of Gulf States on declared their recognition of the Syrian national coalition as the sole legitimate representative of the Syrian people. And the legitimization of Syrian National Coalition was completed on November 19, 2012, when the foreign ministers of the 27 EU countries announced their recognition of the coalition as "legitimate representatives of the aspirations of the Syrian people."

To form an organized nature of warfare aimed at overthrowing the legitimate government of the country, on July 29, 2011 the establishment of the Free Syrian Army was announced, composed mostly of foreign mercenaries, rebels and bandits. In July 2012 after his release from capture by insurgents in areas of Homs and Aleppo, a Syrian senior officer said that his country is actually fighting against invaders and terrorists from all over the world, and that during the fighting were found the bodies of militants from Egypt, Yemen, Libya, Iraq, Somalia, and Saudi Arabia. Fighting on the side of the opposition were also Chechen rebels and Crimean Tatars.

On November 28, 2012 the Syrian government published in the newspaper «Al-Watan» the names of 142 terrorists from 18 countries who were killed in the fighting, including Saudis, Libyans, Tunisians, Egyptians, Qatari, Lebanese, Afghans, Turks, Chechens, Chadian and Azerbaijani. Most of the terrorists belong to the "Al- Qaeda" network or joined Convention after their arrival in Syria. More than 100 Australian citizens of Arab origin took part in the fighting in Syria. In April 2013, information was announced that some 100 British citizens, as many French people, about 50 residents of the Netherlands and Belgian nationals and other people of foreign countries were fighting on the side of the opposition.

Many Syrian rebels are being trained in neighbouring countries of Syria. Thus, according to Lebanese officials, the country has at least two training camps for Syrian "rebels".

The Syrian Information Minister Omran al-Zoubi said on April 27, 2013 at a meeting with Vice -Speaker of the Federation Council of Russia Ilyas Umakhanov that the basis of the Syrian opposition is formed of armed troops from 29 countries. The share of foreigners in the rebel mass amounts to 85%. There is practically a mini world war underway there.

Western countries provide the fighters from the Syrian Free Army with arms and training. For example, in November 2011, Iranian Press TV channel reported that France had sent their own instructors to the Syrian free army. At the end of January 2012 the Syrian government news agency SANA reported that gunmen had used weapons made in Israel, in particular, the militants had captured machine guns and grenades, made in Israel. In March 2013 near Damascus, the Syrian army detained a truck loaded with a lot of Israeli-made weapons including shells, hand-held rocket launchers, body armour, communications and military binoculars. The militants were also provide with Saudi grenade launchers, communications equipment and personal protective equipment made in France, etc. At the same time, representatives of the U.S. State Department and other Western countries strongly protest when defensive weapons made in Russia are made available to the government troops in Syria.

In an interview with the Russian TV channel Russia 24, Bashar al-Assad said of the Syrian Free Army, "in the first place, it is not an army, and it is not free. They are provided with weapons and money from abroad. So no they are not free, it's a bunch of criminals ... There are religious extremists of the al- Qaeda type, with the same way of thinking - terrorist." There are foreign mercenaries from different countries, mostly Arab.

The conflict in Syria is becoming increasingly international, and it is sucking in other countries.

One of the closest and most loyal allies of the U.S. in the Middle East is Israel. In June 1967, Israel during one Israeli- Arab conflict, committed an act of aggression against Syria. Israeli aircraft bombed major Syrian companies and the refinery complex in Homs, which caused enormous damage to the economy of Syria. Israeli troops invaded and occupied Syria's Golan Heights.

In recent times, Israel continues to pursue an aggressive military policy against independent Syria, seeking to fully annex this independent Arab state or bring to power treacherous puppet forces completely controlled by Zionist - American capital.

In 2007, before the start of the events, Israeli warplanes invaded Syrian airspace and fired several shells at the Syrian border province of Deir Zor. Syria filed a complaint to the UN Security Council on the violation of its airspace by Israeli Air Force but was left without an adequate response. As it turned out, the target of the attack was a Syrian nuclear reactor.

In the course of the inspired and unleashed from outside internecine slaughter in Syria, Israel today continues to strike at targets in this independent and rebellious country.

According to the Syrian side, on January 30, 2013 the Israeli Air Force attacked the military research center "Dzhamrayya" to the north- west of Damascus. As a result, two people were killed and 5 people injured. Syrian President Assad accused Israel of attempting to destabilize the country. UN Secretary-General Ban Ki –moon and Secretary General of the Arab League Nabil al-Arabi were forced to condemn this blatant Israeli military aggression. At first, Israeli officials remained silent, but later, Israeli Defense Minister Ehud Barak said the air strike "confirms the seriousness of his country not to allow the transfer of Syrian weapons to militants in Lebanon," and that Syria should not be "right to export to Lebanon advanced weapons systems." In defence of its ally the United States acted immediately, stating that the purpose of the Israeli raid was a column of trucks carrying anti-aircraft missile systems of Russian production from Syria to Lebanon to the organization "Hezbollah."

That is to say, Israel, and the U.S. standing behind it have the right to pursue an aggressive and coordinated military policy in the region and the Arab countries should be denied that same thing, according to the US -Israeli hawks, any right to self-defence.

In early May of this year, the Israeli Air Force again attacked targets in Syria. As a result of this armed robbery, about 300 Syrian soldiers were killed and hundreds injured. Air strikes were inflicted on the areas in which were housed two of the Presidential Guard Brigade. In addition, weapons stores were attacked along with the military research centre "Dzhamrayya." According to unofficial data, the purpose of Israel's air strike were to destroy "Fateh-110" missiles made in Iran, presumably intended for the Lebanese Shiite group "Hezbollah". Immediately after the air strikes, militants attacked the affected areas, i.e. the actions of the "rebels" and the Israel Defence Forces were coordinated. This air-strike was condemned by the Egyptian authorities, the Russian Foreign Ministry and even the Prime Minister of Turkey, Recep Tayyip Erdogan, who said that no cause can justify such an operation.

On May 16, 2013, a senior official of the Israel Defence Forces told the newspaper The New York Times, in the case of attempts to transfer modern weapons to terrorists, attacks on Syria will continue, and as a result, the Syrian regime could collapse.

NATO member Turkey is the closest U.S. ally in the region. Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan strongly and firmly supports the U.S. plans to attack Syria. This is not surprising. Turkey in the Middle East has its own strategic interests, namely, in an attempt to revive "the great Ottoman Empire," part of which for four centuries was Syria, which was the province at the time of Turkey.

On June 22, 2012, a Turkish RF-4E fighter was shot down by Syrian air defences over the Mediterranean Sea. Damascus said that the plane was shot down after it flew into Syrian airspace, but the Turkish authorities deny this, claiming that the aircraft remained in international airspace.

In October and November 2012, Turkish- Syrian relations deteriorated sharply. Because of the fighting with the Syrian government forces with guerrilla groups of the opposition which are conducted near the Turkish border, artillery shells fall from Syria into Turkey, killing and injuring people. Despite statements by Syria to investigate this issue (it is clear that the government of Syria has no interest in an aggravation of relations with Turkey. This is beneficial only to military organizations of the opposition armed by the West and serving the imperialist West, and the Turkish armed forces who are responsible for retaliatory artillery fire on Syrian territory.

Using the pretext of the downed plane, on November 19, 2012, Turkey applied to the leadership of NATO to provide the "Patriot"air defence system to strengthen its position on the border with Syria. On December 4, the NATO Council decided to allocate Turkey six batteries of SAM "Patriots" (two batteries - the U.S., Germany and the Netherlands ), which in January of this year have been deployed near the Turkish border with Syria.

Thus, Turkey is strenuously preparing for war against Syria.

On January 10, 2013, the Government of Syria accused Turkey of the robbery of Aleppo, at companies where were illegally dismantled and transported to Turkey 1,500 industrial and pharmaceutical pieces of equipment.

The Lebanese newspaper "Al- Diyar" in one of the articles said that the Turkish authorities are killing the wounded Syrians caught up in Turkey, and then confiscate their body organs. After the wounded boys and girls are admitted to hospital in Turkey, they are given a soporific injection, and then their kidneys, liver, heart and sometimes even their eyeballs are removed from their bodies. The newspaper called this a heinous crime and urged the United Nations and all international human rights organizations to investigate these facts.

On August 11, 2012, a skirmish broke out on the border of Syria and Jordan, which involved armoured units and troops of the two countries. Fighting broke out in the district of Tel Shihab - Turra, where it was the last time refugees from Syrian cities could cross the border with Jordan.

According to Iran's Press TV agency in early June 2013 in the Jordanian port of Aqaba, thousands of U.S. Marines of the 26th Expeditionary Unit arrived, which were then transferred to the Syrian- Jordanian border.

The U.S. also sent to Jordan SAM "Patriots" , which will be placed on the border with Syria, reported on June 3, 2013 the agency Agence France-Presse, citing an official statement by the Pentagon.

According to media reports from Saudi Arabia on 23.06.2013, Jordan transported through its territory a large shipment of armoured vehicles designated for the opposition forces. Sources in the Ministry of Defence of Jordan noted that there were about 100 modern tanks, large quantities of ammunition and other types of weapons. In addition, Jordan has strengthened its units stationed on the border with Syria, using infantry and armoured units.

Internecine and sectarian clashes in Syria, fired up by external forces have spread to Lebanon.

In particular, on 20 March 2013, clashes broke out between armed Alawite and Sunni factions in Tripoli in northern Lebanon. The Lebanese army intervened in the events. In May, these clashes have been compounded .

Mortar and rocket attacks on Lebanese villages have begun. Thus, on May 31 in the area of a cross-border settlement in Wali Khad burst of at least 12 rockets were fired from Syria. On June 1 at least five rockets exploded near the Lebanese village of Sureyn. Responsibility for these two missile bombardment was taken by the Syrian rebels who said they would attack targets in Lebanon as long as the "Hezbollah" will not withdraw from Syria all of its militants.

On June 15, according to the TV channel " Al- Mahdia," the Lebanese city of Baalbek was shelled by Syria. On the outskirts of the city exploded at least six missiles and two civilians were injured. The shelling occurred following a televised speech by the leader of “Hezbollah” Hassan Nasrallah, in which he said that his fighters would support the regime of Bashar al-Assad until victory.

Participation in the war by the Shiite organization "Hezbollah."

In May 2013, Hassan Nasrallah, leader of the militant Lebanese Shiite organization "Hezbollah", recognized in a number of Western countries as a terrorist organization (a "terrorist " because it is carrying on a relentless armed struggle against the aggressive expansionist policy of Israel) , for the first time publicly acknowledged that its militants were involved in the fighting in Syria on the side of the government troops.

Earlier, on February 5, 2012 one of the leaders of "Hezbollah " in an interview with the Kuwaiti newspaper "Al- Raya", said: "Our organization will not allow the fall of the government of Bashar al-Assad, who is our strategic partner. If necessary, we will start a war against the Zionist occupiers."

According to S. Sheikh , the head of «Brookings Doha Center», on the side of the Assad regime in Syria are fighting 5,000 insurgents of "Hezbollah" and another 5,000 are ready to join them.

On June 16, 2013 the Iranian government decided to send to Syria four thousand fighters of the Guardians of the Islamic Revolution Corps' " in support of President Bashar al-Assad.

In March 2013 during the battle for Yaarubiya, located at a checkpoint at the junction of the borders of Syria, Iraq and Turkey, a group of Syrian government troops was pushed out onto the territory of Iraq. The Iraqi government provided them with assistance and decided to escort the Syrians to their homeland. On March 4, convoy came under attack formed of a group of militants of the Islamic State of Iraq, and in the battle, dozens of Syrian military and 9 of the Iraqi security forces were killed. The Iraqi Defence Ministry called the incident an "attack on the sovereignty of the country", and the representative of the Iraqi Prime Minister said that the Syrian conflict has shifted to Iraq.

The final stage of preparation for aggression.

In August, a team was sent to Syria, made up of UN observers to sort out the issue of the possible use of chemical weapons in the ongoing fighting.

And in the midst of the UN Observer work on August 21, there were reports of the use of chemical weapons which, allegedly, killed hundreds of civilians in Syria.

The U.S. immediately without waiting for the findings of the commission, accused Assad of using chemical weapons, completely ignoring the conclusions of Russian experts that at the beginning of the summer, Sarin was used by militants who were preparing homemade chemical munitions.

Already on July 18, 2013 the Pentagon had provided the U.S. administration with options for using military force in Syria.

In late August, a relocation was made by the United States naval units closer to Syria to prepare a military strike against Syria in case the president of the United States made such a decision.

Finally, on August 31, U.S. President Barack Obama addressed the U.S. Congress for support to begin operations in Syria. Congress was to consider the matter on September 9.

But on September 3, leaders of the U.S. Congress supported an attack on Syria. On September 5th, the Foreign Affairs Committee of the U.S. Senate approved a military operation in Syria , offering to limit it to 60 days. On September 8 at the Pentagon a plan for air operations was drawn up for air-strikes against 50 strategic objectives in Syria, and the whole operation given 72 hours to complete.

At a meeting in St. Petersburg at the G- 20 summit, the U.S. position was supported by 11 countries, including Canada, France, Japan, United Kingdom, Turkey, Saudi Arabia, and later they were joined by Germany. The position of Russia and China, are in favour of a political solution to the problem without military intervention, especially without the sanction of the UN Security Council, and were supported by eight countries.

It should be noted that the majority of the population of the world, including the U.S., Britain and France oppose any military intervention in the internal affairs of Syria. The British Parliament has even banned the prime minister of the country David Cameron from using the armed forces in a possible conflict.

But it is thought, that no public opinion, which in the majority is against any acts of military aggression against Syria, nor the decision of the British Parliament will not stop the aggressors.

Imperialism, plunging ever deeper into the financial and economic crisis, which calls into question its very existence, can not live without war.

The issue will be decided in the next few days or even hours.

We should not forget that after Syria, it will be Iran’s turn, so that the pathway of oil in the Persian Gulf can be put under the full control of American and international multinational corporations.

A further along the way will be Russia, with its untold wealth which attracts the predatory eyes of the Western imperialists.

The peoples of Russia, and all peace-loving peoples of the world must unite in the struggle against imperialism, against the impending World War III.

Documents of the Central Committee of the AUCPB
Statement by the Central Committee of the AUCPB

The majority of citizens in the United States, besides the U.S. government do not want military intervention in Syria. A military intervention in Syria, according to surveys, is only supported by 12% of Americans. Also against U.S. military aggression and the participation of their own countries in the war, are up to 68 % of French people, 77 % of Germans and most people around the world. In five cities across the U.S. there have been protests, including a picket of two hundred people at the walls of the White House in Washington. An unprecedented phenomenon was the protest of military personnel against a new imperialist war. So, the soldiers and officers of the 193rd Rocket Artillery Brigade in the Greek city of Elefteropuli issued an open letter in which they demanded non-participation of Greece in the Syrian venture. Dozens of U.S. military service personnel put up on social networks their own photos with improvised placards against a war in Syria. "I didn’t join the Navy to fight for "Al-Qaeda", "I do not want to be involved in the civil war in Syria", "Leave Syria alone!", they wrote. "Sailors , see what your comrades think of Obama's alliance with "Al- Qaeda" against Syria" - a call not to fight in Syria posted on the official website of the U.S. Navy.

For the imperialist forces, an incursion into Syria is the last salvation from total economic and political collapse. The capitalist economy is falling apart, the bourgeois governments in panic are unfurling a few social programs, corporations, are stopping factories under the pretext of their "loss", and throwing out thousands of people. The indignation of the working people is rolling on, and all over the world are organized mass protests and strikes. The capitalists respond to them with bullets and tear gas.

The imperialist government of Barack Obama is trying to extinguish the anger of American workers, pouring over it the blood of the Syrian people, while sending an unconscious hatred of capitalism over to the image of a "foreign enemy." ( Hypocrisy because Syria never threatened and does not threaten U.S. security.) By their preparations for war, the imperialist governments, and U.S. satellites, only create new pockets of protest, generate resentment and hatred that will lead eventually to the total collapse of imperialism.

It is clear that the U.S. government is preparing not just another intervention in a weaker state to seize its natural resources and markets – it is also preparing for a new world war .

Vladimir Putin at a meeting of the "Big -20 in St. Petersburg (5-6 September), expressed support by Russia for Syria in the U.S.-Syria conflict. On the one hand, to a certain extent this is delayed aid to the Syrian people and opposition to U.S. aggression, and on the other - to protect the interests of the Russian big bourgeoisie, which has its business in Syria. ( Russia has big contracts for the supply of arms to that country). It would be good to believe that the Russian leadership did not make a deal with the United States, agreeing to replace Bashar al-Assad for a U.S. stooge, which is so pressing for Barack Obama. Although the bourgeoisie has internationalized and, as a rule, always stands united in any international conflict.

In Syria, there are stocks of chemical weapons, and a nuclear research centre. American bombings could lead to radiation and chemical contamination of vast areas of the planet, and disruption for many years to the ecological balance. The consequences would be disastrous for the world. The fact that the chemical and atomic centres of Syria will become targets U.S. Air Force, there can be no doubt - several years earlier, the U.S. government declared its readiness to bomb a nuclear research centre and a nuclear power plant in Iran.

The main task for today 's progressive forces of the world and Russia is to prevent intervention in Syria, to prevent a global catastrophe. On the preparation by the imperialists of a new world war, the workers of all countries and continents are to respond with a strong growth unity and solidarity, and if war starts - to direct the anger of the peoples against the governments who started it.

On September 9th, Socialist Korea marks the 65th anniversary since the founding of the state – The Democratic Peoples Republic of Korea.

After Korea's liberation from Japanese colonial rule (on August 15, 1945.) on the agenda of the nation stood the establishment of a unified Korean state. In accordance with previous arrangements after Korea's liberation from the Japanese, Soviet troops which took part in the liberation of Korea were withdrawn from its territory. In North Korea, the Communists came to power. In the late winter of 1946, the Provisional People's Committee of North Korea was formed. Chairman of the committee was Kim Il Sung. The great leader Comrade Kim Il Sung made great efforts to create a single state on the territory liberated from the Japanese. But this went contrary to the plans of the United States, strongly unwilling to see a communist outpost in North- East Asia.

The American troops who landed on September 6, 1945 in Incheon, announced the creation on the territory south of the 38th parallel of an American military government and started the construction of U.S. military bases in South Korea.

In early May 1948, hurriedly in the south of the peninsula under the auspices of the Americans, elections were held, resulting in the parliament being elected. The parliament adopted a constitution and elected the first president - U.S. puppet Syngman Rhee and the territory proclaimed the Republic of Korea. The American military government ceased to function on August 15, 1948, but did not mean that Americans were no longer command in South Korea, where they dictate their will to this day.

In the northern part of Korea after the elections to the supreme legislative body of the September 9, 1948, the establishment of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK ), headed by Prime Minister Kim Il Sung was announced.

So, at the behest of the U.S. imperialists, the Korean peninsula was divided along the 38th parallel into two states, and the nation - into two parts. In the South of Korea were many North Koreans who during the Japanese colonization were exported there to Japanese forced slave labour and dreaming for Korea's liberation from the Japanese and to reunite separated families.

Because of strong opposition from the pro-American government of the Republic of Korea - U.S. obedient loyal puppets, despite the great desire of the Korean nation itself, the issue of family reunification is still not resolved and remains a painful issue in Korea.

In the DPRK after its proclamation, the construction of the new socialist state began in which the spotlight of the country is the working man. Working people’s rights are written into the Constitution, which guarantees the right to work, to free secondary and higher education, housing, quality health care, recreation and a host of other rights granted by the socialist state.

For the past 65 years, the DPRK has made great strides in its development, by becoming a State independently of the outside world to successfully accelerate the development of its economy. The state has created a missile shield to protect itself against the aggressive policy of the United States. The state has raised high its authority in the political arena of the world. The state with which the U.S. has to reckon with, and throughout all these past years has repeatedly made all sorts of threatening acts of provocation and unimaginable military exercises near the border trying to frighten the DPRK with the aim of forcing the DPRK to surrender to this major imperialist predator. The victory of the DPRK in the Great Fatherland Liberation War of 1950-1953 somewhat chastened the United States, but also embittered the power, until then no one except the DPRK could resist. The reason of the might and invincibility of the DPRK lies in the unity of society, the Juches cohesive ideology and Songun politics around their leaders - of Kim Il Sung , the Great Kim Jong Il and now Kim Jong -Un and a high sense of patriotism.

Despite all the difficulties of the present situation the DPRK successfully continues its way to the heights of a prosperous socialist state of a united nation.

Congratulating the people of the DPRK and its leadership on this landmark anniversary, we wish the people of the country yet further progress in achieving the peaks of a mighty socialist state.

To Pyongyang, in the name of the First Secretary of the WPK Kim Jong Un, the General Secretary of the Central Committee of the AUCPB Comrade Nina Alexandrovna Andreeva sent a greeting message.

In August, the publisher of the Bolshevik newspaper “Workers 'and Peasants' Truth" published a book by the Secretary of the Central Committee of the AUCPB Anatolia Maeyevsky under the title "Ziono-American imperialism in the struggle for world domination. Book 1. The armed forces of the United States."

What was the reason behind the publication of this book?

In the documents of our party, the growing threat of a World War III has repeatedly been pointed out. War is caused by the very nature of capitalism, which at its highest imperialist stage has plunged into ever deeper crisis. To prolong its existence, Zionist -American imperialism has been fighting for the possession of all the Earth's natural resources, especially oil and gas resources along with the struggle for the possession of a cheap labour force.

To this end, the U.S. created the largest military in the world – the striking force of American transnational capital.

In the book, in sufficient detail and popular in form are also considered of the armed forces of the United States, the main types of military equipment and weapons, the armament of the Ground Forces, Air and Naval forces of the USA , and the National Guard and United States Coast Guard. The author tried to convey to the reader that the weapon is not created in order to make it gather dust in warehouses, rusted and then discarded. Weapons are created with the sole purpose - to kill people, to conquer new countries and conquer peoples, enslaving them and making slaves of multinational corporations and banks.

After the Second World War, the U.S. and its NATO allies unleashed dozens of wars and armed conflicts in all regions of the world in which millions of innocent people - women, old people and children were killed. But during that period, in their way to world domination stood the great Soviet Union and the mighty Soviet armed forces, as well as the armed forces of the Warsaw Pact countries, preventing the outbreak of World War III.

After the triumph of the counter-revolution, the temporary defeat of socialism and the destruction of the Soviet Union, the US- NATO fighters unbelted. In recent years alone, bloody aggression has been unleashed against Yugoslavia, Iraq, Afghanistan and Libya. The U.S. Army is ready to unleash another round of aggression - this time against Syria, and only waiting for the decision of the U.S. Congress (09.09.13) and the order of President Barack Obama. After Syria, Iran will follow and then it will be Russia’s turn, with its innumerable natural resources, oil and gas reserves, so desperately needed to maintain the U.S. economy afloat.

In the book, the author had to consider in detail the arms race imposed by the United States on the Soviet Union, the creation of nuclear missiles and the process of disarmament. It was with the greatest exertion of the Soviet people in our country that was founded the mighty nuclear potential, and so the Soviet Union was able to achieve nuclear parity with the United States, which was the fundamental guarantee against another world war, with peace for the world for half a century after the Great Patriotic War and World War II.

But with the destruction of the Soviet Union the situation has changed drastically. Under the guise of concern for the world and the reduction of stocks of nuclear missiles, the U.S. imperialists have violated military nuclear parity and used it for their own ends.

Moreover, the military and political leaders of today's bourgeois Russia, as before with the treacherous Gorbachev leadership of the USSR, are bring led by the US -NATO vultures and destroying the once powerful military potential of the country. As an analysis by military experts of the years 2015-2018 says, Russia has been practically deprived of its nuclear-missile shield (the Soviet intercontinental ballistic missiles are simply out of date and will technically fail, yet there are no equivalent replacements). She Russia will not have anything with which to respond the aggression being prepared. In particular, the decision by Vladimir Putin to down the space station "Mir" – the "eyes" and "ears" of the Armed Forces of Russia. Russia closed its radar station in Cuba, eliminated its naval base in Vietnam and now does not have sufficient technical capacity to monitor the oceans, to monitor the movements of the U.S. nuclear-powered submarines armed with ballistic missiles, ready at any moment to drop on Russia. Currently, in the Pacific and Atlantic oceans are 12 "Ohio" nuclear submarines constantly on alert (and two more are scheduled for repair), each equipped with 24 "Trident" ballistic missiles carrying 6-8 nuclear warheads. That is, with one shot, one nuclear submarine is capable of hitting 144 - 192 targets inside Russia.

In 2010, Medvedev signed the treacherous START -3 treaty, which gave the United States unilateral advantages. Under this Agreement, the strategic arms of sea-based cruise missiles, which can carry both conventional and nuclear warheads do not count. There are several thousand of such missiles in service with the U.S. Navy. They are also ready at any moment to carry out a one-sided and unresponsive strike on Russia, because the air and missile defence system of Russia is practically in a state of unfitness.

The threat of war is inexorably approaching, and Russia has almost nothing to defend itself with. This is confirmed by analytical articles of military experts, the data of which is in the book’s appendix, which shows how over the past 20 years the military-industrial complex of Russia has deteriated, and how the armed forces subjected to destruction. Thus, Lieutenant General Sobolev said that out of the 1,800 Russian Air Force combat aircraft, no more than 1200 are ready to take to the air. Russia’s (USSR) ocean naval fleet has been destroyed and now Russia has only one aircraft carrier, while the U.S. Navy has 11 nuclear aircraft carriers, each of which holds from 80 to 110 aircraft. Under Putin and under his directive, the best "Satan" strategic missiles have been destroyed together with the railway missile systems, which the Americans feared most, etc.

But the Americans are getting ready for a war with Russia. All around the perimeter of Russia is surrounded by American (and NATO) military bases, the number exceeding one thousand. NATO in recent years has expanded rapidly in the East and arrived at the borders of Russia, absorbing in its membership the former socialist countries and the Baltic States. Now Moscow and Leningrad are open US-NATO tactical aircraft (to Moscow - 600 km and to Leningrad - 150). But the United States has also tactical nuclear weapons, which are not subjected to any reduction in numbers. It is possible that in the coming war with Russia, these weapons may be used.

We must prepare for war. This is not just a propaganda cliche, but a necessity. If we, Soviet people, the people of Russia do not want to completely lose their freedom and independence, we need to prepare to repel the aggression of US-NATO and this has become the most important issue today.

The Soviet Union under J.V. Stalin did a tremendous job of preparing to repel the fascist aggression. All this enabled our people to withstand the hardest tests of the first months of the war, to prevent the destruction of its armed forces, to preserve the military- industrial potential, to accumulate reserves and, in the end, defeat the enemy.

Now the situation is much worse .

As has been shown above, the current Russian leadership is not only not seriously preparing for the impending aggression, but their actions cause irreparable damage to the country's armed forces. So to prepare to repel aggression must be simultaneously combined with the continuation of our systematic work among the working class, the working and protest movement of workers , forming proletarian class consciousness in this fight, giving the struggle a revolutionary character, directing it to the overthrow of the power of capital, the revival of socialism and the revival of the USSR .

If war is unleashed and Russia will suffer defeat in it (which is possible given the current state of its armed forces), then the task of the Bolsheviks would be to deploy the national liberation struggle and transferring it further over to the revolutionary struggle for the overthrow of bourgeois power in the fight for the final victory of socialism and communism throughout the world.

The book aims to show how seriously the United States are preparing their forces for war, how much they are investing in enormous resources in this preparation, to a high level not only for the specifically military but also ideological and propaganda work in the U.S. Armed Forces; This is to show that before the people of Russia, the entire Soviet people stands the hardest tests.

However, we Bolsheviks have no doubt that in the end, victory is sure to be on our side.

Overview of the labour movement (15 - 31 August

On August 25 at the centre of the city workers held a picket at MUP Municiple HQ in Torzhka "Gorenergo." The union was forced to take action over the illegal actions of the employer over wage and labour protection in hazardous gas (explosive) production.

In the address of the municipal enterprise, the State Labour Inspectorate for Tver region, RTN and prosecutors repeatedly made provisions and issued penalties over the issue. But the actions by the director of the company were covered up by the administration of the city of Torzhok, and strongly impede the normal administration of the enterprise with the applicable collective agreement in the housing department of the Russian Federation, for which the work provides a real increase in wages.

In addition, the employer in every way ignored the legitimate rights and interests of workers, in particular, the previous director virtually single-handedly initiated and introduced new provisions in the company on pay and bonuses, which deprive workers of different co-payments, and all the issues of paying bonuses are given to the employer only. In an order workers were handed additional agreements to labour contracts and conditions created under which the workers were left with no choice but to sign them.

If the issues put forth at the picket are not resolved, the workers are ready to continue the struggle including taking strike action.

Workers doing construction work on the Marabda - Tetritskaro stretch of the Baku- Tbilisi- Kars railway line went on strike because of 5 months pay arrears. Construction work at the "Nine Brothers" station in Georgia, is being carried out by the Azerbaijan company "Asasli Tameris."

Management of the construction company made no immediate comment.

The Cooper Chengshan factory for the production of car and truck tires in Ronchenge, China was still not working at time of writing. The strike at the plant, which started in early July and caused by disagreement with the intention to buy Apollo Tyres Cooper, continues.

Cooper solves with their customers questions regarding delivery of products from the striking plant, and is trying to do everything to restart the plant as quickly as possible.

The deal between Cooper and Apollo, is expected to be completed by the end of this year, and both companies have repeatedly said that the strike at the plant will not change the decision.

The plant in Ronchenge, which started production seven years ago, is located in the Shandong province of China and is a joint venture of Cooper ( which owns 65 % of shares) and the Shandong Chengshan Group Co. Ltd.

According to Reuters, on August 15, employees at Shougang Hierro Peru – the Peruvian branch of China's Shougang Group - began an indefinite strike, demanding wage increases and better working conditions .

Those 1078 miners who took part in the strike, were demanding a higher pay daily rate by 15 Sol $ 5.30, while the company offers to increase pay by only 2.8 Sol per day.

In 2012, Shougang produced in the Latin American country, 6.8 million tons of iron ore.

In Colombia, on August 19, a general strike began. The participants were workers in the agricultural, mining, transportation, and health sectors. The protesters claim that the authorities are not fulfilling their obligations to protect the interests of workers.

The number of protesters was increasing day by day. According to organizers, 150 million people took to the streets across 24 departments of the country. Traffic was paralyzed on 30 highways in 10 departments of Colombia, and Bogota had difficult transport links to a number of administrative centres. The largest number of action took place in Boyaca, where five roads were blocked. In the capital of Colombia police used tear gas to disperse the strikers who were joined by the students of the National Pedagogical University.

In just the first three days of the strike the police arrested 98 people who were accused of acts of violence against members of the government and causing damage to property. Of those injured, according to media reports, 82 were police officers and more than 80 people. In addition, four law enforcement officers were captured by protesters and released only after the intervention of the police.

Colombian President Juan Manuel Santos Calderón expressed his willingness to discuss the issue of agricultural industry with the peasants, but refused to come to the table with the rest of the protesters, in particular those who blocked the traffic on the roads.

In South Africa, on August 26 about 90 thousand workers in the construction sector went on strike, demanding an increase in wages. "We want an increase by 13 % this year and 14% - in the next, but the employer is offering much less " - said Lesiba Seshoka , a spokesman for the National Union of Miners / DMN /, which also brings together builders. Business owners offered a salary increase by only 6 % in 2013 and by the rate of inflation in 2014.

In South Africa, also currently on strike are about 30,000 workers at seven automotive factories, demanding an increase in wages of 14%. Each day the strike is costing companies an estimated $ 60 million in losses. As a result, employers have been forced to increase its offer from five to ten percent, but workers are not satisfied with the handouts.

The strike affected large car companies like "General Motors", "Toyota", "Nissan" , "Mercedes" , “BMW," “Volkswagen" and “MAN”. Most of the production is concentrated in the city of Port Elizabeth, which is often called the "Detroit of Africa."

Report prepared by the Department of the Central Committee of the AUCPB on interaction with the workers and the trade union movement.

The crisis of Russian capitalism is once again gaining momentum. Added to widespread non-payment of salaries are mass layoffs and suspension of production. Thus our country is "reaping the fruits" of WTO accession. Below is a summary of the most high-profile of problematic situations in July – August this year.

In July ended with the mass dismissal of workers at the KCP. The equipment was looted and exported. The plant, which recently celebrated its 70th anniversary, has ceased to exist. The area has been leased to the construction company "Siberian" and at the beginning of 2014 will be redeemed for an elite building.

The Main Department of Labour and Employment of the Chelyabinsk region reported that the plant "Stankomash" informed the authorities about the total staff reduction.

The entire staff at the plant of 1132 employees will be laid off. Already 900 people have been laid off according to the head of the Main Department of Labour and Employment of the Chelyabinsk region Vladislav Smirnov.

In July, 126 workers were sent on compulsory leave from the main producing sections at the Yaroslavl Mining Company (Primorsky Krai) . The company has not bought the explosives and done the necessary work for the winter stock of rock ore. This means that downtime is inevitable and will continue raising social tensions, as GOK is the main city enterprise.

The same situation exists for YUZHNOURALSKY cryolite plant , also owned by Rusal, which also sent on leave 600 people, and the lasting for a year.

On August 6, he announced his intention to preserve the electrolysis production at five plants owned by the company "Rusal". These are in Bogoslovsky (Sverdlovsk region), Volgograd, Volkhov, Nadvoitsky (Karelia ) and the Urals (Kamensk - Ural) aluminum smelters.

The Volgograd aluminium plant they have already received an official order by management of RUSAL - up to 30 October 2013 to cease production of aluminum, carry out mothballing of plant and cut 90 % of staff. Now the plant has several million of the latest equipment, which had not yet been installed.

The Bogoslovsky aluminium plant, according to trade union activists from there, will be shut down "election day" September 8 - Krasnoturyinsk is to elect a mayor. At the same time production at the Krasnoyarsk aluminium plant has been decreased.

Bogoslovsky aluminium plant production features are such that the process of re-starting "mothballed" plants is likely to fail. The corporation- giant "RUSAL" is in deep crisis, but the management is hiding this, by trying, as usual, to shift their problems over to the workers.
