INFORMATION BY THE CENTRAL COMMITTEE OF AUCPB ON THE CASE OF A.A. MAYEVSKY
On 22 May 2015 a meeting of the inter-district court of Uzhgorod on the case of A. Mayevsky was held. Judge Ferents presided over the court hearing. As such, the case was not considered. The prosecution, represented by the Prosecutor's Office replaced Deyak, the former prosecutor in the case of Mayevsky with prosecutor Shlyakht. The prosecutor asked the judge to extend the term of imprisonment of Mayevsky for another two months without any motive for this proposal. The request was accepted.
After the court session began the pressure on the support group of comrades of Mayevsky who are peaceful civilians, who are constantly present in the court hearings on the case Mayevsky. The support group was approached by Regional Department of Internal Affairs investigator A.M. Rusanyuk and "invited" our comrades for “a chat”, justifying it by the fact that, allegedly, the judge and the prosecutor Franz Deyaka had received written “death” threats in connection with their conduct of the case of Mayevsky. These unfounded suspicions against the support groups we see as an organization of provocations by the regime to intimidate the civilian population.

WITHOUT J.V. STALIN, THERE WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN VICTORY
Josif Vissarionovich Stalin, General Secretary of the Communist Party (CPSU (B) from April 1922 to October 1952, and the CPSU until March 1953), Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces of the USSR (1941 - 1947), Chairman of the State Defence Committee (1941- 1945), the People's Commissar of Defence of the USSR (1941- 1946), People's Commissar of the Armed Forces of the USSR (1946 - 1947), Marshal of the Soviet Union (1943), Generalissimo of the Soviet Union (1945), Hero of Socialist Labour (1939), Hero of the Soviet Union (1945). Thus J.V. Stalin during the Great Patriotic War, held the most important positions in the party, state and armed forces of the country, the CPSU (b). The defence committee and other senior Party, government and political authorities, led by Stalin, carried out great work to mobilize all forces in the country to repel the aggressors and achieve victory. Stalin as the leader of the Soviet state and the Bolshevik Party, led the war of the Soviet people as a whole.
As head of the Soviet government, Stalin participated in the Tehran (1943), the Crimea (1945) and Potsdam (1945) Conferences of the heads of three powers - the USSR, the US and the UK that shaped the postwar world. The world was saved from the outbreak of World War III in the entire 70 years, thanks to the victory over Nazi Germany, the Soviet people under the leadership of J.V. Stalin in World War II and the establishment under his leadership of the atomic bomb.
The Second World War (1939 - 1945)was the largest, most brutal and bloody of all the previous wars of mankind. It lasted 2195 days (6 years). It was fought by 61 countries, the total population of these countries amounted to 1 billion 700 million people, that is, more than 80% of the total world population (in 1939 the world population was 2 billion people).
Into the armies of the warring countries were called up 110 million people. Military spending and military losses amounted to about $ 4 trillion. Material costs reached 60-70% of national income of the warring states. The war was accompanied by a huge devastation, destruction of tens of thousands of towns and villages, innumerable disasters for hundreds of millions of people.
The Soviet Union lost in the war over 25 million people, of which about 9 million were at the front. The others were civilians, destroyed by the Nazis. From 3.8 million party members of the CPSU (b) on the battlefield , 2 million remained. Of particular hatred by the Nazis were the commissars and party political workers. The Communists were the first to rise up to the attack. The Communists were the first to work in the rear, creating weapons for the front and growing grain for a country at war.
The victory of the anti-Hitler coalition in the Second World War, which determined the subsequent course of human history, would have been impossible without the participation of the Soviet Union in the war - since June 1941, after the treacherous attack of Nazi Germany on the Soviet Union. All countries, except Germany and its allies, even then, in 1941, looked at the Soviet Union with hope.
June 22, 1941, Winston Churchill said that although he is an ardent anti-communist, the security of the United Kingdom and the United States are now entirely in the hands of Russia. On June 24 something similar was by American president Franklin Delano Roosevelt. The Times newspaper, mouthpiece of the financial and oligarchic elite of the West, in the fall of 1941 said that the fate of humanity was being decided on the Eastern Front.
Today, few people in the West want to think about this. Therefore, through myths and falsifications, the leading role of the USSR in the victory over fascism in the war is strongly diminished. In the West, they are now trying to revise the significance of the Soviet Victory in the defeat of fascism. And this revision by haters of Soviet history began, in our opinion, much earlier, back in August 1991, then in Moscow, when during the period of political upheaval, the white-blue-red tricolor flag - a symbol of anti-Jewish pogroms and treason in time of war by pathological anti-communists, was pulled out of the caches and became a symbol of the bourgeois counter-revolution. On December 25, 1991, the white-blue-red tricolour was raised over the Kremlin ... We remind those who are forgetful, that together with the banners and standards of the fascist hordes defeated by the Red Army, the white-blue-red tricolour was also thrown to the foot of the Mausoleum of V.I. Lenin on June 24, 1945 at the ceremonial parade of Victory in Moscow.
The white-blue-red tricolour is the flag of the cruel and bloody pogroms in the Russian Black Hundred organization "Union of Russian People" after the defeat of the first Russian revolution of 1905. This is the flag of traitors - Vlasov of ROA (Russian Liberation Army): awarded to General-betrayer Vlasov in November 1944 on the personal orders of Hitler; The ROA consisted of only those who had stained their hands with the blood of the Soviet people. Vlasov military units that were included in the structural SS troops, were burning Soviet tanks on the west of the Oder bridgehead in the 1944.
To celebrate Victory Day under the white-blue-red tricolour is a mockery of the memory of the fallen defenders of the Fatherland and of the surviving veterans. To celebrate Victory Day under this flag means to hand over our Victory in World War II to fascism.
According to the strategic importance of the four-year war, the Soviet-German front was the main part of the Second World War. The Soviet Union had the largest share of the brunt of the struggle against Nazi aggression. The USSR was confronted throughout Nazi-occupied Europe, the industry of which was working for the German war machine of destruction. In the giant battles of Moscow and Leningrad, Stalingrad and Kursk, the Dnieper and Belarus, the Baltic States and East Prussia, in South-Eastern, Central and Northern Europe, Soviet troops inflicted a decisive defeat over the Nazis, which turned the tide of the Second World War, and led the allies towards Victory.
We should not forget that the second front was opened only by the allies on June 6, 1944, when it became obvious to everyone that the Red Army would crush the fascist hordes and without the help of allies, since the outcome of the war was already a foregone conclusion by the victories of the Red Army on the Eastern Front.
Evaluating the superiority of Soviet military art, it is important to note that armed struggle is not just a battle of troops, but the clash of mind and will of the opposing commanders, and a great heroism of a belligerent people. In the battles of the Great Patriotic War was achieved intellectual and moral victory over the enemy, superior intelligence of the Soviet leadership that determined the unconditional surrender of the Nazi army. As Ribbentrop said (of the war), the ex-Minister of Foreign Affairs of Germany, "Stalin has a greater ability than Churchill and Roosevelt taken together."
Roosevelt and Churchill themselves both appreciated the military leadership ability and genius of Stalin. "He was an outstanding personality, impressing our cruel time of the period in which he lived." (Winston Churchill).
From the first moments of the war the Soviet command had to master the science and practice of the new command and control. The generalship of the outstanding Soviet military leaders was born in the battles of the Great Patriotic War. It became the most important military leader academy where previous achievements were not taken into account, and acquaintances and connections were not taken into account. Each military campaign made hundreds of thousands of heroes - known and unknown, so many that the list is impossible to compile. But there were military leaders, commanders, whose names symbolize the heroic deeds carried out by soldiers on the battlefields. The defence of Moscow - Marshal Zhukov, the defence of Leningrad - Marshal Govorov, Stalingrad - marshals Eremenko and Chuikov, the liberation of Belarus - Marshal Rokossovsky, the capture of Berlin - Marshals Zhukov and Konev, etc. Without the brilliant military prowess of these generals victory would have been impossible.
Victory in the Second World War would have been impossible without the generalship genius of Stalin, without his wise understanding of the ongoing violent armed struggle of two antagonistic social systems of the world according to the principle - to be or not to be the survival of civilization. The victory would have been impossible without the ability of Stalin to study people and be able to correctly place them, impossible without his full confidence in every commander, without his ability to listen to people and take account of their belief in the correctness, the rightness of their position repeatedly weighed up.
Recollections of those who worked with Stalin during the war
Chief Intendant of the Red Army, Chief of Logistics, General of the Army A.V. Hrulev: "All members of the State Committee for Defence (GKO) had in his jurisdiction certain areas of work: Molotov was in charge of tanks, Mikoyan - works quartermaster supply, fuel supply, problems of Lend-Lease *, occasionally performed specific assignments of Stalin by sending shells to the front. Malenkov was engaged in aviation, Beria - ammunition and arms ... Everyone came to Stalin with his questions asking him to take such and such a decision on such and such an issue ...
What was the Stavka made up of (military high command)? It was Stalin, members of the Stavka, the chief or assistant chief of staff for operational matters and the entire People's Commissariat of Defense ... And in the Stavka, and GKO there was no bureaucracy. They were exclusively operational entities.
The leadership was concentrated in the hands of Stalin. ... Life throughout the party, state and military apparatus was tense, the mode of operation was non-stop, everyone was at their own posts."
Marshal Malinovsky wrote about Stalin's leadership style in his memoirs after the war: "In our presence, Stalin decided many important issues, and each time he asked:" What do you think about this issue? "
This was a great lesson for our personal growth. It was clear that Stalin had on each of the issues raised his deeply thoughtful and informed decision, but he still asked the opinion of those present. In this way he taught us to listen to the views of subordinates when deciding questions, and taught us as military chiefs, the ability to lead people, taught us the style of work, to fight and win. "
From the memoirs of Marshal Vasilevsky - first deputy defense minister in the government of Khrushchev: "The authority of the Stavka and Stalin in matters of warfare was very high. Front and army commanders had great respect towards the Stavka and Stalin, and highly appreciated their exceptional leadership competence in armed struggle ...
J.V. Stalin was the strongest and most colorful figure in the Strategic Command. He successfully led fronts and was able to exert significant influence on the governing political and military leaders of the Allied countries in the war. Working with him was interesting and at the same time extremely difficult, especially in the first period of the war. He remained in my memory as a stern, strong-willed military leader, however, not devoid of charm and personality ...
J.V. Stalin was not only a huge natural mind, but also surprisingly large knowledge. His ability to think analytically was seen during the meetings of the Politburo of the Party, the State Defence Committee and constant work at the Stavka. He slowly, a little hunched, walks, and listens attentively to the speakers, sometimes asking questions, submits replica. And at the end of the discussion, he clearly formulated conclusions. His conclusions were terse, but deep in content and, as a rule, lay the basis for decisions of the Central Committee of the party, or GKO, as well as directives and orders of the Supreme Commander. "
Chief Marshal of Artillery, Commander of Long-Range Aviation Golovanov: "J.V. Stalin stood at the head of the most difficult World War ... After examining this or that person and convinced in his knowledge and abilities, he trusted these people, I would say, limitlessly. But as they say, God forbid, that these people showed themselves somewhere on the bad side. Stalin did not forgive anyone for such things... his attitude to the people was in line with, if I may say so, their work, their relation to the case assigned to them...
Working with J.V. Stalin, one just has to say, was not simple or easy. With very wide knowledge, he did not tolerate general reports or general wording. The answers to all questions put had to be specific, very short and clear ...
The ability to talk to people, figuratively speaking, without any equivocation, speaking directly into the eyes of what he wants to say and what he thinks about the man, could not cause the latter resentment or humiliation. This was a special hallmark of Stalin.
The influence and authority of Stalin during the Great Patriotic War was extremely high among senior officials of the Red Army and among the soldiers and officers of the Armed Forces of the Soviet Army. It is an undeniable fact that no one can deny."
Marshal Zhukov, receiving the Victory Parade on June 24, 1945, said: "We won because we were led to victory by our great leader and a brilliant military leader Marshal of the Soviet Union- Stalin!"
In the famous memoirs by Zhukov "Memories and Reflections," published after Khrushchev's departure from the political arena, we read: "J.V. Stalin mastered the questions of frontline operations and led them with a full knowledge of the matter. He knew how to find the main link in the strategic environment, and holding on to that, to counter the enemy and hold a particular offensive. No doubt he was a worthy Supreme Commander. In addition, to ensure the operations of strategic reserves in the organization of production of military equipment and anything else needed for the front, J.V. Stalin, quite frankly, proved himself to be an outstanding organizer. And it would be unfair if we do not give credit to him for this. "
The stupid and vile invention by Nikita Khrushchev, that "Stalin was planning military operations across the globe", expressed by Khrushchev at the Twentieth Party Congress, then, at the Congress, caused a wide (though unspoken) protest, especially among military commanders, as well as among many veterans of the Great Patriotic War . The roar of indignation in the hall, Khrushchev due to his own limitations took this to be approval by the audience. This vile evil lie is still repeated by the liberals on various TV shows and in their own publishing work. The pathological hatred of Stalin is felt mainly by those who can not forget the social loss of their ancestors during the Revolution, as well as the descendants of those justly repressed for wrecking the Soviet government during the 1930-40-s. It is also those people whose close relatives, who either were not at the front, with various lies avoiding joining the army (like Solzhenitsyn). During the war, these same "heroes" cowardly stormed Tashkent ...
In his memoirs, the marshals of the USSR indignantly refute the stupid saying of Khrushchev about the globe. Marshal Meretskov : " I have never read anything more ridiculous." Admiral Kuznetsov "I could cite many examples, like Stalin, clarifying the situation with military commanders at the front, knew when to do what, all the way up to the position of each of the regiment."
Khrushchev, in trying to rally the marshals around himself, doing his usual intrigue suggested to Rokossovsky "to write something so black, about Stalin . "The Marshal refused to do this for Khrushchev, saying: "Comrade Stalin for me is sacred." It is appropriate to cite a saying attributed to Napoleon: "A herd of sheep led by a lion, is stronger that a herd of lions led by a sheep." Responding to the malicious attacks by the liberals against Stalin after his death, Yevtushenko (without being a Stalinist) wrote these lines: "The jackals are howling and shouting at the dead lion, but the same could be heard singing in praise when he was alive."
Harry Lloyd Hopkins (Advisor and Special Assistant to the US President Franklin D. Roosevelt) during World War II after the Yalta Conference (February 1945) said: "None of us can predict what will be the results if something happens with Stalin. We were confident that we can count on his reasoning, feelings and understanding, but we have not spread our confidence on those circumstances, and those leaders who were behind him there, in the Kremlin."
And therefore the name of Victory is STALIN. Without Stalin there would be no victory.
Stalin was a symbol of the world communist movement, a symbol of the national liberation struggle of the peoples. Under the influence of the successes of socialist construction in the Soviet Union under Stalin, there was an increase in the attractiveness of socialist ideas especially in Third World countries and the Soviet victory in the Second World War there was the collapse of the world colonial system, a camp formed of the Peoples Democracy in Eastern Europe, China and the DPRK arose. The imperialist world was cracked and beginning to crumble.
In one of the declassified CIA reports, it was noted that the continuation of the Stalinist economic model in the Soviet Union after Stalin would allow the country to the level of output of a superpower for 2-3 decades, which would lead to the collapse of the entire imperialist world system and then imperialism would be finished.
From all this it becomes clear all that hatred and malice with which the anti-communists have, even towards the name Stalin. In the same report, the CIA noted that after the death of Stalin not one single leader would be found who would be able to achieve the authority of Stalin as a symbol of the world communist movement. And that is the way it turns out... His successors abandoned the Stalinist economic model, crossing over to the restoration of capitalism, and the last of the general secretaries, Gorbachev, was ... an agent of influence (!) The USSR was destroyed by opportunism in the party and betrayal. But socialism - is the future of humanity, the natural development of civilization, and therefore our state, the USSR, will be revived. Mistakes will be considered and our defeat analyzed and the wealth of experience of building our socialism will be used. In spite of everything - victory will be ours, because Russia is historically destined to be ahead of the rest. The revived USSR will be the best tribute to the memory and the deep respect of the individual genius of the twentieth century - Joseph Stalin.

MALENKOV AT THE CROSSROADS OF WORLD CONTRADICTIONS BETWEEN LABOUR AND CAPITAL
Productivity, ultimately is the most important thing for victory of the new social order.
V.I. Lenin
It so happened historically, that all economic growth in the life of Russia has been connected with the names of leaders who can unite the broad masses of both the labour achievements, and the development of the North and Siberia. Labour achievements of the Soviet Union during World War II and almost until the end of the 1950s were so significant that the Soviet Union they united nearly the sympathy of half the world. The main forge of victory in the war was the Urals, and the main criterion for the success of the country at that time was the high level of productivity. And the country's pace of economic growth amazed the whole world. This figure of high productivity was entirely down to Georgi Malenkov who became the head of the Soviet Union after Stalin. The head of the Soviet Union, whose name then and now is never mentioned ...
Modern researchers of that time, suddenly opening old files of Malenkov, with surprise state: "In fact, it seems that this "forgotten leader of the country of the Soviets" played most fundamental role in the post-war aircraft / rocket construction industry." At the same time, they are unable to even imagine that Malenkov played a most fundamental role in all the economic base of the country, called Lenin's electrification, and the revolutionary movement of the world at that time. And the economy, linked with his name is the highest productivity that swept across Siberia and the North.
Why should a country not remember such a leader?
It is obvious from the fact the socialist reformers who replaced him aimed their blow against Stalin, but have not been able to defeat him. As a result, they simply have no strength left to start on the successor to the leader. But the forces were found to rewrite the history of the country in which there was no space for Malenkov in it.
Modern leaders are considering the high rate of labour productivity only from a position of the carrot and stick, so they do not need the experience Malenkov. From here is why the role of this person in the history is even more incomprehensible, since his comrades in the Central Committee have left no mention of him. Although it was after his removal from power that followed a transition of the creative category of Labour into the monetary component of Capital.
Georgi Maksimilianovich Malenkov at the time was at the boiling point of the economic interests of world imperialism and the rise of socialism, while receiving strong support in the developing world. Moreover, the numerical ratio of these systems in the global confrontation was approaching a rough balance. Malenkov was the sole successor of Stalin and was since 1942, when he led all Soviet aircraft construction. It is he who turned a conventional engine airplane into a power unit and made it serve all design ideas. The aircraft designers were destined to save on everything, above all, to reduce the weight and improve aerodynamics, and provide reliable life-support systems of the aircraft. As a result, all design decisions were connected to aircraft fuel efficiency in each engine, and the military machine was turned into a racing aircraft. In 1943, Soviet aircraft achieve superiority in the air, and Malenkov gets the gold star of the Hero of Socialist Labour.
At the XIX Congress of the CPSU/b/ in 1952, Malenkov reads out the summary report instead of Stalin. It was a symbolic sign indicating to the entire Soviet people the future head of the Soviet Union. So when Stalin died on March 5, 1953, the top leadership of the country without any red tape would choose G.M. Malenkov as the new head of the Soviet Union, having appointed him as chairman of the USSR Council of Ministers and the 1st Secretary of the CPSU.
However, to become a country with a nuclear missile shield, in the beginning was the decision of the Council of Ministers of 13 May 1946 (which was declassified only in the early 90s). It spoke of the creation of the "Special Committee №1” in the atomic project, chaired by L.P. Beriya, and the "Special Committee №2” on jet engine technology, chaired by G.M. Malenkov, which became also the Committee for the establishment of missile technology. That is, the creation of nuclear-missile shield in the Soviet Union fully closes on Beria and Malenkov. And they carried the weight of this themselves and created nuclear shield!
Of course, the Soviet people are grateful to the founders of the nuclear-missile shield. Only in the higher structures of power was the revolutionary pace of development of the productive forces since the appearance of the nuclear missile shield changed to the traditional views of anarcho-syndicalism, characteristic of the reformers of socialism. The military confrontation between Capital and Labour imposed on the country of Soviets advanced tactical strategy with the countries of imperialism, which made a marshal's uniform in the Central Committee almost a set of worker’s overalls. Accordingly, the strategy of quick military victories started to drive away the offensive strategy of the workers’ movement.
A noticeable wave of anarcho-syndicalism in the CPSU Central Committee appeared at the beginning of the 1950s, forcing Stalin to make his work "Economic Problems of Socialism in the USSR." For some time, the economic strategy of the classics of the labour movement would prevail over the strategy of military successes, and after Stalin's death, everything would return to normal. At the same time, control of the productive forces in the Soviet Union at the top power remained in the sights of two persons - Malenkov and Beria.
The dominance of the military in the CPSU Central Committee simply pushed this headquarters of political decisions over to the practice of quick fixes, which turned the economy into a "real Makhnovshchina." Beria was killed on June 26, 1953. Khrushchev would start quacking about the "arrest" of Beria as a "British spy and staunch enemy of the people", who he promised to prosecute. But none of the judges and prosecutors after June 26, 1953, ever saw Beria alive...
Malenkov was forced to resign in 1957 from all posts marking the launch of the first artificial Earth satellite, created under his leadership. Actually, the handing over of post of 1st Secretary of the CPSU by Malenkov to Khrushchev before the murder of Beria, resulted in the fact that he had since then been held at gunpoint by his colleagues in the Central Committee. Therefore, any bad political move by Malenkov could be his last. And here you can sneer at the weakness of Malenkov, not glancing at anarchist Khrushchev and placing him in cadre power in the party. But the trouble with Malenkov was that he could not single-handedly pull the whole cart behind the CPSU Central Committee, where partocrats chose the carefree living on the laurels of victory in the Great Patriotic War. As for the "weak" Malenkov, then no one could unleash the powerful rocket flywheel in the country apart from him.
After Malenkov had been fired, discord with China occurred since no one could do the work with the Chinese Communist Party on the system of the economic base of Lenin's electrification, except Stalin and Malenkov. And in fact in Moscow that time began a "small Maidan", hidden from the masses by size of the CPSU Central Committee. Soon this "little Maidan" went far and wide and began to express itself by talk about the shooting of an anti-Khrushchev protest in Tbilisi. Then the situation became aggravated and conversations began addressing problems of surging inflation and the shooting of another protest of workers against price increases in Novocherkassk.
From the vanguard of the Soviet people, the partocracy was becoming a rearguard that is to say, began living only for themselves, eliminating any criticism from below. As a result, stagnation occurred and the Leninist-Stalinist economic base electrification began to crumble, dragging in half the world's population. Economic growth declined rapidly to the size of three republics. The reason for stagnation: the country was no longer able to increase the pace of high productivity and thus deprived itself of the possibility of a revolutionary lead in the entire world's army of labour.
Here we have introduced the term anarcho-syndicalism, which was introduced by Lenin and designated an anti-Soviet opposition within the country, which the leader called a dangerous enemy of Soviet Russia. And after the Kronstadt uprising, anarcho-syndicalism was by Lenin's assessment an even more dangerous enemy than the outside invasion of the White Guard, along with the intervention. Because - it was a "real Makhnovshchina" that can fight for both whites and reds, acting within socialism that turned anarcho-syndicalism into the most reliable support in the struggle of imperialism against socialism.
White Guard ideologue Milyukov gave this power a political directive for action, "a little bit to the right or to the left, and the rest will follow." What Milyukov little applied - were foreign funds collected then immediately began to organize with the Kronstadt mutiny. But Lenin coined Milyukov’s concept of "right and left" deviations which imitated fighting anarchists for white or red. Real success in the fight against right and "left" deviations in the Party was done by Stalin, which allowed the Soviets to develop the country and to win in the Great Patriotic War. Malenkov seriously confronted anarcho-syndicalism after Stalin's death, and could count on success with the support of the Central Committee of the CPSU. That did not happen.

Can Russia today, draw on the winning wave of "the real Makhnovshchina" and building capitalism, build something, looking condescendingly from the height of its "democracy" to a "Moral Code of the Builder of Communism", taken by Khrushchev's ideologues of the commandments of Moses and placed in front of the entire Soviet people? But on such a worldview can be built only Khrushchev's regional committees, which was surprising to discover that the "Washington Regional Committee" was exactly the same ... Therefore, Khrushchev’s economic outlines for the construction of the country once took the form of movement towards war communism, since the money supply rushed to the position of the kerenok, which the powerful forces of anarcho-syndicalism rushed to meet. Labour productivity in these conditions is able to manifest itself only in the form of fiction.
Of course, labour productivity as an integral part of the economy, is designed to examine the sources of profit, this basis of wellbeing of the state, from two positions: from the acquisition by a minority of the surplus value, or knowingly created by the majority of the population of high productivity. The first direction is peculiar to capitalism, the second – to socialism. Moreover, the second direction is connected with the name of Malenkov, as high labour productivity at the conscious level was able to manifest itself in the period of his rule, by the policy of lower prices. And the policy of lower prices could occur after forcing the monetary system to leave the economy. Therefore, the world of Capital did everything so that Malenkov was removed and erased from politics and the historical memory of the people, and the monetary system remained intact.
However, the reprisals against Beria and Malenkov predetermined the character of the reprisal against the Soviet Union and determined the future leaders of the construction of capitalism, based inside the Central Committee of the CPSU. Actually, the Soviet Union destroyed not the ordinary people, but that was done by the most senior bureaucrats of the Central Committee of the CPSU. And the partocrats destroyed the country to the detriment of the majority of people. Yes, and the "colour" revolutions, armed by the West, we developed not in the "Washington Regional" committee and into the "Moscow Regional Committee " Khrushchev sent a devastating wave of anarcho-syndicalism to socialism in rehabilitating Trotskyists, Bandera and criminal elements, which very soon would be standing under the banner of dissent. As a result, the Kiev Maidan in the XXI century owes its appearance not to Bandera as the official media is trying to have us believe, but to those at the time who had a hand in Trotskyism and the criminal element.
Since the second half of the 1950-s, the greed of the Moscow partocrats beat them to the shore of Trotskyism. They rehabilitated Trotskyism immediately after their condemnation of "Stalinism". Neo-Trotskyism, in the style of "The Revolution Betrayed" of its founder, condemned the "cash equivalents" of Stalin, gently pointing out the only "correct" money in US banks, sponsoring Trotsky at the time. The rehabilitation of accomplices of Marshal Zhukov, on the "trophy case" in Germany, pointed the way for the release from prison of the criminal element. In turn, appeared the old and new Nazis to SS "Galicia" and "Waffen" SS, which over the past decade learned again to form columns and march in their own parades. And this alliance of three forces representing anarcho-syndicalism is able to preserve capitalism in the former Soviet expanse. While under the blows of the triumvirate "Makhnovshchina", the banking system will not burst...
The economic base of electrification in the Leninist version, promoted by Malenkov, is different from the usual capitalist economy in that in the first place is not the monetary system of cost accounting but cost accounting of energy consumption. The class of producers has control of profits in the state that can be maintained only on the basis of the direct consumption of "black gold", i.e. energy, which themselves are involved in the manufacturing process, thus primary is the account of all costs, and the cash component is secondary. For money from manufacturers indicate only the feedback of the production process, giving priority to the integration of "black gold", as once in the period of early capitalism, the measure of metallic gold in the bank expressed the ability to take into account lending, i.e. development of capitalist production.
But most importantly - the primacy of energy in the economy allowed the successfully planning at all stages of the process and increase productivity. For the share of saved power with this allowed the lowering the prices in the shops by an amount in cash equal to a saving of "black gold." And this way of realization of profit in the state increased the purchasing power of the population and improved the living standards of most people. Together with this, the fall in prices – pushed the price tags to zero, indicating that the goal was a movement towards a society without money, i.e. communism. But the Khrushchevites were afraid a society without money and therefore they perverted the essence of communism. Khrushchev’s "communism" received the full support of the West, and of course, with a wry smile, tapping the side view of true anarcho-syndicalism. Churchill even introduced the concept of "struggle under the carpet," not to discuss the behaviour of Western dissidents in the Soviet Union, represented by Trotskyites, criminals and neo-fascists.
The origin of the domestic Maidan was accompanied by sword waving in the style of "Makhnovshchina", which allowed the Trotskyists to deliberately drive these recurrences "under the carpet" because "on top of the carpet," they were separate from the priorities of society. In this confrontation, "Stalinists" were deprived of speech under the pretext of expressing the ideology of "terrorism", which in alliance with the West they were able to "equate to the ideology of Hitler. In the final expression, it was obvious Kiev would end up with the Bandera Maidan, because in the Baltics and Ukraine, occasionally paraded former Nazi fascists, and in post-Soviet space in full, walked radical Wahhabi Islamists and criminals all supported by the anti-Soviet movement not from some "haz" and " Malin ", but by modern residences and offices of the bourgeois elite.
The "democratic" West already has experience in demonstrating broad support to Trotskyites of the fascist Franco regime in Spain. This was reflected in the fact that in 1936 the four pillars of Franco almost without a fight took Madrid, with the support of the "fifth column" of leftists, collapsed from within the People's Front in the Spanish capital. After which Hitler adopted the practice of "fifth column" and by their "work" conquered European capitals. And now this practice has been adopted by imperialism and just like a mystery, is never discussed.
With regard to the countries of Eastern Europe and the Baltic States, their active support of the anarcho-syndicalism in the former Soviet Union was never a doubt." As a result of anarcho-syndicalism the darker side of life was shown, reviving fascism and crime as the most ardent defenders of bourgeois democracy.
Could a lonely Malenkov withstand this wave in the CC CPSU? Only at the cost of death and loss of control in the country. What, in fact, is required for the success of the policy of anarchy, abolishing the state and welcoming fascism.
An example of Malenkov and an instructive fact is that the "little Makhno" in the image of Khrushchev, jumped onto the big marshals, being able to fight both the Whites, and the Reds. The victory over Malenkov by Khrushchev was not a victory of ideas, but expressed in the style of intrigues of the "real Makhnovshchina" in the field where this anarchist was supported by defense ministers, first - Bulganin, and then - Zhukov, who had a similar outlook. Without the support of the army, Khrushchev could not have beaten anybody.
Therefore, if today we ask ourselves - and what kind of society did natural anarcho-syndicalism drag us to, and what some politicians with a worldwide reputation, can you put the name of an heir to Makhno, then, alas, society rapidly rolls towards the model of ancient Rome, and Khrushchev was able to complement only a number of well-known "leaders" of ancient Rome, like Caligula and Nero. And modern Russia, built on the ideas of the anarchy and intrigue Khrushchev, can degenerate into a state of complete collapse like ancient Rome. At the same time, strangely enough, the death of ancient Rome and the recurrence of the current decay of Russia completely closes in on the same figure: low labour productivity.
That's where the policy of rewriting history is leading to, from the high productivity under the leadership of Malenkov.

2. JAPAN ATTACKS THE RIGHTS OF ETHNIC KOREANS YET AGAIN !

Japanese Reactionaries Urged to Set Free Chongryon Officials Pyongyang, May 16 (KCNA) -- A spokesman for the DPRK Association for Human Rights Studies in a statement on Saturday vehemently denounced the arrest of officials of the General Association of Korean Residents in Japan (Chongryon) on May 12 by the Japanese reactionaries as an unpardonable politically-motivated provocation against the DPRK and a serious human rights abuse.
The statement said that the shameless and reckless action of the Japanese reactionaries was little short of the unprecedented atrocities perpetrated by the Japanese imperialists during their colonial rule in the past when they forcibly drafted and abducted millions of guiltless Koreans for slave labor, hurled them as cannon fodder and forced women into sexual slavery.
It went on:
The Japanese reactionaries took such repressive action against officials of Chongryon in daylight one year since an agreement was reached at the talks between the governments of the DPRK and Japan
held in Stockholm in May last year on settling the inglorious past and solving the pending issues. This was a revelation of their dastardly and wicked intention to use Chongryon as a lever for pressurizing the
DPRK.
We will never overlook the hideous crimes committed by the Japanese imperialists against the Korean nation in the past century and the serious human rights abuses and national discrimination by the
Japanese reactionaries against Chongryon but surely force Japan to pay for them very dearly.
The Japanese authorities should properly understand who their rival is and stop going reckless, apologize for their wanton infringement upon the dignity and human rights of Chongryon officials and release them at once.
ASSPUK, JISGE and UK KFA condemn latest crackdown on CHONGRYON
http://juche007-anglo-peopleskoreafriendship.blogspot.co.uk/2015/05/asspuk-jisge-and-uk-kfa-condemn-latest.html
The Association For the Study of Songun Politics UK(ASSPUK) , the Juche Idea Study Group of England(JISGE)and the UK Korean Friendship Association( UK KFA) issued the following joint statement concerning the ongoing repression of the General Association of Korean Residents in Japan (CHONGRYON) by the fascist Japanese reactionaries;

Our organisations , the ASSPUK, JISGE and UK KFA totally condemn the further ongoing repression of CHONGRYON and its officials and members by the Japanese reactionaries.

On the morning of Tuesday the 12th of May Japanese police stormed the houses of the manager of the Korean Speciality Sales Company and others who are officials of the General Association of Korean
Residents in Japan (Chongryon) and walked off them.
They searched the houses for hours in a bid to find out evidence. This follows earlier arrests of CHONGRYON officials and nefarious attempts by the reactionary rulers of Japan to link CHONGRYON with wrongdoing.
CHONGRYON is both an organisation that represents the interests and rights of ethnic Koreans in Japan and at the same time is virtually the de-facto embassy of the DPRK in Japan. Therefore
the successive and ongoing crackdowns on CHONGRYON constitute a racist act of infringing on the human rights of ethnic Korean residents in Japan and at the same time an affront to the dignity and honour of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea. Such acts of the Japanese authorities impede the normalisation of Japan-DPRK diplomatic relations and add fuel to the increasing tension in the far East. What is goes to show is Japan is moving further and further to the Right, becoming fascistic in its internal structures and pursuing an expansionist and dominationist in external policy. Japan is a pariah state of the
worst kind that should be rejected by the world people's.

Our organisations call for the immediate and unconditional release of all CHONGRYON officials and workers held the Japanese authorities. We call for a campaign to uphold the human rights of ethnic Korean
residents in Japan.

3.MORE SOUTH KOREAN PUPPET LIES
SK puppets lying again
http://juche007-anglo-peopleskoreafriendship.blogspot.co.uk/2015/05/sk-puppets-lying-again.html
Some more on the reports that first came from the south Korean "National Intelligence Service " concerning general Hyon Yong Chol Minister of People's Armed Forces of the DPRK . The allegations made
by the south Korean puppet NIS ,despite their record of fabricated stories which invariably turn out to be false (ie that of Ms Hyon Song Wol who later turned up very much alive at at conference) were
reported as fact by the Western imperialist media. Some backtracking occurred with the NIS saying that gen Hyon Yong Chol may have been 'purged' (removed from post and disgraced) rather than executed. A
large number of sources have also pointed that Gen Hyon has been seen in tv documentaries shown on DPRK tv in recent days.
It is UK KFA's view that the stories about the "execution " are completely false and without foundation. Of course it is true that the DPRK demands a high degree of efficiency from its armed forces and
those who not cannot carry out their duties correctly and efficiently are removed from their positions.
For a purge and execution to take place there would have to a meeting of the Central Committee or Political Bureau of the Workers' Party of Korea . Then a trial of the accused . This not happened. Supposedly
there was a public execution to give an example of what happens to those who oppose the leader and the system but again no mention of this in the DPRK's own media . A strange kind of public execution that
no one knows about .
What of the idea of executing people with Anti-Aircraft guns ! Sounds shocking but is it plausible ? No basically . It would be a messy and clumsy way of executing people when one single bullet to the head or
the back of the neck could do the job easier and more cost effectively. Some ex military sources point that this supposed method of execution would put the executioners and anyone watching at risk
from injury from ricochet. Anti aircraft guns in the DPRK exist for a specific purpose -to shoot down any intruding enemy aircraft .
Stories about "executions
by AA Guns " were first floated by the so-called "Committee for Human Rights in north Korea "(HRNK) an extreme reactionary organisation which publishes inaccurate and shoddy material and it is linked to ultra-rightists. HRNK have recently tried to say that satellite images "prove "(amazing what satellite images can show these days !) that the DPRK used AA guns to to execute people but in fact the satellite image proves nothing of the sort . At best HRNK are indulging in paranoid and imaginative speculation and at worst blatantly lying !
The Western imperialist media glibly repeat all kinds of lies and half truths from the south Korean media in order to smear Juche socialism and set people against it. However, what about the original source of
these tall stories , the south Korean media and south Korean puppet National Intelligence Service ? What do they hope to achieve from these lies. Firstly , stories like these are designed to stir up tension and create confrontation with the DPRK. Secondly , there is a more deeper reason such stories distract from people from south Korea's internal contradictions . In recent weeks there has been a massive corruption scandal in south Korea resulting in the prime minster standing down . Workers marching on May Day were tear gassed and had water cannons turned on them. There are millions of unemployed and homeless in south Korea. Nonsense about "executions by Anti-Aircraft guns" covers up these problems.

4. 35TH ANNIVERSARY OF THE KWANGJU UPRISING AND KWANGJU MASSACRE IN SOUTH KOREA
35 years ago the citizens of the south west city of Kwangju in south Korea rose up against the fascist tyranny and oppression of the Chun Du Hwan military regime in south Korea . The south Korean authorities sent in paratroops who were high on drugs who massacred the protestors up to 5,000 died .
