COMRADE STEFANO TROCHINI HAS DIED
On July 26 this year, we received news from Rome, that on July 21, our close friend of the AUCPB Comrade Stefano Trochini had died. Comrade Stefano Trochini for many years worked at the Soviet Embassy in Rome, and after the destruction of the Soviet Union remained a true communist, a fighter for socialism. Fluent in the Russian language, he was a dedicated translator of documents of the CC AUCPB and our other party materials from Russian into Italian. He was also a distributor of our documents and communist ideas among employees, students and teachers of the University of Rome.
The demise of our Italian friend we perceive as a huge loss for our party.
We express our deepest condolences to the family, friends and comrades of Stefano Trochini.

IN UKRAINE, THERE ARE NOW THREE OFFICIALLY BANNED COMMUNIST PARTIES
The Ministry of Justice of Ukraine issued an act by which the Communist Party of Ukraine and two other communist parties that exist in the country legally lose the opportunity to participate in the political life of the state, including in the electoral process, reported the head of the NSDC of Ukraine Alexander Turchinov.
"Today, the Minister of Justice in accordance with the law adopted by the Parliament signed a decision, according to which communist parties which currently exist in our country, lose the right to be subject of political and electoral processes," - he said at a press conference in Kyiv on Friday.
The head of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine Pavel Petrenko in turn confirmed that on his orders he had quashed the status and rights of the Communist Party of Ukraine, the Communist Party (renovated) and the Workers’ and Peasants’ Communist Party of Ukraine.
"After the adoption of the laws (on decommunisation - IF) an independent commission has been established, which within a month checked for compliance by the three communist parties in Ukraine - the Communist Party, the Communist Party (renovated) and the Workers’ and Peasants’ Communist Party of Ukraine. Based on the findings of the commission, I have signed three orders that determine that the Communist Party of Ukraine, in particular, in their activities in the name, in the symbolism, the statute and the program does not meet the requirements of Part 2 of Article 3 of the Law "On the condemnation of the Communist and National Socialist (Nazi) totalitarian regimes in Ukraine and the prohibition of propaganda of their symbols", said Petrenko at a briefing in Kiev on Friday.
According to the Minister, these parties to this day can not be a subject of the electoral process and can not participate in the political life of the country.
He stressed that the Ministry of Justice will lead the process of banning all Communist Parties to its logical conclusion and adopting the corresponding court decision.

INFORMATION FROM THE COURTROOM ON THE CASE OF A.A. MAYEVSKY
On 20 July at 10:30 in the city district court of the city of Uzhgorod (Zakarpattia region) the court case was held of the editor of the newspaper "Workers' and Peasants truth" A.A. Mayevsky
Since judge A.N. Ferenc is currently on leave, the case is not considered a matter of fact, but only to extend the next sentence in jail of Mayevsky. Judge Dergacheva Natalia was appointed to preside. Present were attorney V.I. Shlyakhta, lawyer A.N. Kovalenko and the accused A.A. Mayevsky.
In the hall were the readers of the newspaper "Workers’ and Peasants’ Pravda", members of the All-Ukrainian Union of Workers, and members of the Workers’ Party of Ukraine (ML), communists.
The judge announced the start of the court session. Prosecutor V.I. Shlyakhta essentially asked the Court to leave Mayevsky in custody in jail because of the risk of resumption of activities and publication of the newspaper.
A. Mayevsky made a statement: "I request that you cancel the decision to hold me in custody but instead, hold me under house arrest. There “will” be no risk in continuing the issue of the newspaper because a law was passed banning entire communist symbols. Therefore all the newspapers thus subject to the law have automatically been closed down. What it was printed in the newspaper was the truth. I'm not a separatist. Ukraine is falling apart due to the fault of the nationalists and the authorities. Initially, the Crimea, the war in Donbass, in turn Bukovina, since Moldova and Romania already negotiated a merger. In Donbass up to 50 thousand people have already been killed. And what next? I am here with no means of communication. My letters do not reach even the relatives. So just in the last month, my wife did not get 3 of my letters. No radio, newspapers and television. Some newspapers I get only through a lawyer, since I have forbidden to get newspapers by hand or postal means."
Judge N.V. Dergacheva asked: "How old are you? Where did you work? By which means is your family and children living?"
Mayevsky replies: "I am 66 years old. I'm a military retiree. My children are independent and live with their own families."
Judge : "What health complaints do you have? What diseases do you suffer from? "
Mayevsky : "At the moment I feel well".
From the courtroom : "We bring to you medicines for high pressure, and for the liver, and Nospanum".
Judge : "Do you have glaucoma ???"
Mayevsky. It's in the past, now I'm healthy, and Nospanum I took a month ago.

Lawyer H. Kovalenko asked. "Please grant the request by A. Mayevsky for his release from detention and ttransfer to house arrest pending trial. There is no risk of resumption of publication of the newspaper, since the passing of the law on the prohibition of communist symbols on all the newspapers, including the edited by A.A. Mayevsky newspaper, being covered by this law is already shut down."
The judge retired to the deliberation room to make a decision.
The decision: to refuse A.A. Mayevsky’s request to release him from detention and place under house arrest until the court essentially because of the severity of the crime. The defendant could face for the act from 5 to 10 years in prison with confiscation of property.

RUSSIA’S DOMESTIC AUTO INDUSTRY AS A DEVELOPMENT SYSTEM OF RUSSIAN SOCIETY
A version of the Russian "Volga" car in the late '90s was identified and proposed for use by Russian officials by Deputy Prime Minister Boris Nemtsov, while expressing a rough intention "to transfer to the Volga" all supporters of the authorities, including the State Duma. Characteristically also is the fact that Nemtsov himself rode in the domestic Volga showing an example of a high "patriotism", completely absent in the bureaucracy, which had crossed over completely to foreign cars. However, with no lack of information provision, to the high bureaucracy, it soon became clear that the performance of the Volga used by the deputy head of the government, inside the stuffing of the car, including the engine, everything was of foreign production. As a result of the Russian assembly on the high official’s Volga, there was only one body, that is, a coating, which gave the car a domestic flavour. In fact, Nemtsov’s car has an inner content of a Russian liberal (foreign - fb), and which is ostensibly covered over with the car’s apparent (Russian - fb) domestic appearance.
It's been more than fifteen years, and on Russian roads, especially in their proximity to the mega-cities, the number of western cars has only increased, forcing off the road the Volga car produced at the Nizhny Novgorod automobile plant as well as the Lada, produced by the Volga car plant (VAZ) in Togliatti. Moreover, until recently the Liberals tied progress in the automotive industry with the belief in the power of the world market, as a symbol of the total capital, and saw it as a remedy for all the ills on the Russian roads. It instilled a spirit of confidence in our Volga and Lada, which lacked reliability in units and parts used in Western technology for their production. It took just to buy Western technology for use by domestic manufacturers to use them to stuff the domestic units and details with heroic toughness. At the turn of two centuries to the emotion of western novelties from the man in the street, and it seemed that the prospect of the Russian car industry will be solved via the market once and for all. At that time, the market public of Russia still dreamed about their domestic Volga and Ladas, relying on their own market opportunities to bring the car industry to manufacture the world's best quality samples, notable for the attention of international stars.
But the global market was not a supply base on which to outfit all applications. In general, the global market for all the time of its close study, turned out to be an expression of a small group of people interested in high profits, based on the commercial secrets of everything in production whose technology is in high demand. And now on the Russian roads it is easier to meet drivers of foreign cars calling for order and for someone like Stalin in power, rather than see in domestic cars reliable components and spare parts that meet the demands of technical progress.
What then has happened? After all, at the start of the Western automotive industry and the Soviet automobile industry, which began in the aftermath of World War II, Stalin's models of Soviet cars, such as the Pobeda (Victory) and Moskviches, were in no way inferior to their Western counterparts. What took place was a substitution of values. By the mid-60s, Soviet models were discovered to be lagging behind their Western counterparts. And in this situation, what does the Soviet government actually do? The Soviet government, ideologically guided by the "Dnepropetrovsk team" of Leonid Brezhnev takes a sample of the best western car, the FIAT model of 1966, which at the time won the highest rating in the Western press, and transfers it to Soviet soil. The government buys from the owners of Fiat the lauded car together with the production line and funds the construction of a Volga automobile plant in Togliatti.
But by the early '70s, when the Western Fiats hit Soviet streets under the name "Zhiguli", the original Fiat model was by then already obsolete. However, at its base for decades continue to develop six more models of "Zhiguli", where the difference in each amounted to only a slight change in the shape of the body. Stagnation in the production line of VAZ leads to the domination of the sledgehammer, which solves all of the technical problems of the new assembly line. At the same time, at the western car factories, including Fiat, preference is given to the screwdriver and gloves. And in Moscow, meanwhile, the Brezhnev team continued to pray at the Western market, but the market of the West began to put up economic barriers to the USSR, requiring a change of the entire policy of the state. With this, the leading automotive giants of the West began to pray to the Japanese model of the automobile assembly line, taking as a sample of work from the Stakhanov production method of the Soviet Union and transformed into the Japanese way of "quality circles".
In fact, in the global automotive industry the transformation of quantity into quality are beginning to appear in Japanese quality circles, shifting onto their assembly conveyors the character of Soviet aircraft assembly during World War II. At that time, the assembly of Soviet aircraft was headed by G.M. Malenkov. What is natural that after the war this transferred over to the assembly of domestic Pobeda and Moskvich cars. It is this model of the economic tension during the times of Malenkov which the Japanese quality circles were to adopt, achieving energy savings at all stages of the production process of car assembly. As a result, Japan's cars began to get better performance in its class, achieving results with the release of all unnecessary parts and enhancing the reliability of assemblies and components operating in the most extreme conditions. Meanwhile, in the Soviet automotive industry neither Malenkov nor his intense planning system in the economy was needed, nor a high rate of productivity, based on energy saving.
The basics of production planning were needed by the Western conveyor car industry, where, on the contrary, practices of energy savings were adopted based on the significant strengthening of the rate of increase in labour productivity. Leading companies in the United States occupying up to 60% of the economy were completely subordinated to the planning model. In Japan, the planning figure was even higher. Meanwhile, the Brezhnev bureaucracy was completely disappointed with planning and quietly switched over to the "services" of the capitalist market, ostensibly preaching the need for planning in the scientific school. But in reality, the Brezhnev team "drove" across the border "black gold", on the pretext of purchasing additional goods on petrodollars. The result was the casting overboard the hard work to improve productivity, without which the state plan turns into a dummy. Instead of the Stalin energy savings economy, which had been particularly unpleasant to the bureaucracy, the floodgates were opened for the export of "black gold".
As a life-saving argument, the partocracy informally probed the slogan - "everything is decided by the market", in which the initiative for the increase productivity was relegated to the owners of the market. Based on this political innovation, the Soviet automobile industry was to hide the flaws of the internal outdatedness of the cars, by covering the wretched internal content of the cars with decent body styles of their external cladding copied from western bodies (i.e. cheap, faulty imitations – fb).
But in the 1980-s, the laws of energy savings required in the West meant the transfer from the carburettor engine over to the engine with the dosed fuel injection system (injectors), significantly saving the consumption of gasoline per hundred kilometres. Soviet Research Institutes were forced to develop a similar model of the engine, and it came out on the road, replacing the familiar Zhiguli’s with a new name, Lada. However, on the injection engine were a lot of units that began to work independently but the Soviet Research Institutes had nothing reliable to offer and did not try to offer anything, because an increase in the rate of labour productivity was not part of their plans.
One of these units proved to be the petrol pump which had to be purchased in the West. The overall push towards the purchase of the western automotive components and parts increased sharply. In any case, the Western fuel pump at VAZ was installed inside the Soviet domestic fuel pump module where it was not visible.
In the post-Soviet expanse, the arrival of the world market only increased the demand for the purchase of new automotive components, providing for reliable cars on the roads and therefore meant not abandoning demands to procure entire auto-assembly lines, as was once done with the Fiat conveyer. In fact, nothing prevented the spread of Western assembly lines in plants and branches of leading automakers that streamed along across the post-Soviet expanse. Quite naturally, the "Western partners" were not inclined to share their technology with their partners in Russia, therefore in the new division of labour at the Russian Volga and Lada plants there remained the only chance to survive: low prices. In the shops, low prices were the salvation of morally and physically obsolete units and parts. But the situation on the roads could not but place the cars of the domestic auto industry in a losing position.
Why did Russian motorists begin to move en masse from the domestic Volga and Lada cars over to Western models?
The problem is in the reliability of domestic equipment. Russian equipment often breaks down, creating sometimes very complicated problems for drivers. For even if the weather changes from warm to cold, the Lada driver may have problems with windows misting up. Most often, the reason for this was the breakdown of the fan heater inside the car itself. Russian fan heaters and their reliable performance are the same. Therefore, sitting in the seat and starting the car, the driver immediately notices that nothing can be seen ahead because the driver’s warm breath has been drawn to the coldest part in the driving area, which is the windscreen, and the moisture condenses on this area. And because the fan is not working and the warm air from the heater does not arrive to remove the misting from the windows, then the driver has to solve this problem with misting windows by having to wipe them every minute to see the road ahead. And this remains on average for about half an hour, yet even when driving, the flow of fresh air, under the pressure of coming into the car as a result of movement along the road and passing through the heater through inertia of the car will begin to flow in, is only able to stabilize the temperature regime than eliminate the cause of fogging. But for that half-hour, the behavior of the driver is more like a madman waving a cloth on the glass than a person driving a vehicle.
And such situations in the operation of domestic vehicles occur very often. The reasons are different but all related to the unreliability of domestic units and parts. Because of their unreliability, all respect to the Volga and the Ladas, the constituent colour of the Russian car industry, where the domestic driver would need to be proud of, was undermined.
When driving a western built car, the driver receives a lot of information about the technical condition of the car, because the electronics systems carry volumes of diagnosis of the state of the units and components, which allows one to predict the state of the car and, if necessary, plan a trip to the service station. The driver on the Lada or Volga has no choice but to try to find in stores, foreign analogues of weak domestic units to try to install them under the bonnet of his car and forget about the problems of breakage. Although, of course, on Russian cars it is possible to install electronic diagnosis of a large part of the electronic components and parts, but that places a much heavier price tag on the car. Therefore, when the factory installs an on-board computer in the car, it is directly related to the presence in it of a large number of western units and parts, the diagnostics of which are directly associated with reliability. If the driver him or herself installs an on-board computer and begins to diagnose, then they are faced with the need to replace many parts so the computer itself does not crash from the abundance of alarms.
Why, then, is the reliability of western built cars superior to that of Russian cars? And the point here is that the main role of experts on the western assembly line car perform the notorious "quality circles". As for the Russian assembly line, then the whole initiative is given to research institutes, which are more likely to solve their own scientific problems and not questions on the automotive industry. Besides all these questions automotive design are simply not able to be solved by research institutes, because they would then have had to acquire so many laboratories and test sites for which there are little funding. Of course, in the West, the automotive industry also employs scientists, but between them and the conveyor there is layer of assemblers, which the assembly is not the last role. And these assemblers rely on the very quality circles, which orient their diagnosis in computer performance and robust alloys in building assemblies and parts. In Russia, the layer of experts on a conveyor belt for automotive assembly have to assess the quality of production, and have a rather abstract idea of their work. For a long time on the Soviet assembly were proven people, mostly interested in selling spare parts. The blessing on the assembly line was there was no lack of parts. Such assemblers were not interested in quality automotive products.
Then where did the mature experts there in the west come from and why are they are not in Russia?
Here one must not forget the story of the transformation of the Italian Fiat into the Soviet Zhiguli. Construction of the car factory in Togliatti was accompanied by simultaneous construction of a test circuit near Togliatti, where the Zhiguli were tested. The government in Moscow, then to err, and to get the car off the assembly line with quality, built a race track for the purpose of testing. The VAZ circuit showed itself up in all its glory: no Zhiguli car until the early 90-ies had gone to scrap. All Zhigulis drove on the roads, having mastered the base of spare parts and repairs.
Western carmakers took this experience into account and have moved on. Throughout the twentieth century, on the roads of Europe and the United States a lot of car racing has been conducted. Prestige was given to the Grand Prix of three types of all sorts of "Formula", which has been given priority in sporting achievements. In the early 80s, the situation changed, there appears the racing series "Formula - 1", the commercial rights of which are separated from the sports. Essentially "Formula - 1" became a testing ground on the edge of the permissible capacity of cars, with the original school quality control units and components subjected to critical impact velocity, as well as sharply differing climatic conditions in the field of racing.
At first glance racing series Formula 1 sought purely commercial objectives, spinning near the races and their winners - showing the world the huge billions of dollars. But in reality, the main interest for the owners of automobile empires were technical services to ensure the readiness of vehicles for racing and control of their technical condition for driving on all international routes. In essence, technical services were represented by a variety of Japanese quality circles, tracking the quality of all components and automotive parts, to identify opportunities of metals and alloys to ensure the reliability of the cars in the most critical conditions of high speeds and heavy braking.
Accordingly, the technical services are closely related to both the scientific bases of their production plants, and with the scientific community around the world. Any order for such a service to quickly obtained an expression or mathematical model and new electronic circuits or in technical terms, new units and parts. A race track for fast cars quickly identify the pros and cons of new products introduced. The economic component of the races has also established its own rules, providing commercial secrets for all new items introduced, which should not appear in the automobile industry competitors.
The races of the Formula - 1 can occur any situation, even ending up in tragedy, but none of the drivers speak ill of the technical services. Technical services are separate from any sensation of racing and put into a state of "sacred cow" that lives by itself. Viewers of racing and television companies bring owners of Formula - 1 big money. But again this is an outward appearance. The main purpose of these races is to get the most reliable components and automotive parts, which passes the test during the race, and reliable technology of the new products immediately enter into leading car manufacturers of the West and ensure the success of the entire automotive industry.
Although Japan and South Korea are in the East, their ideology throughout the automotive industry combined with the policy of the West, similarly applies to the robbery of the developing world. Just because of the cheap labour, all branches of the automotive world auto giants are placed in the developing world, closer to Japan, South Korea, where US military bases are located, and maintain control of the whole of Southeast Asia. This policy provides a single point of view of total Capital, named the "West", that even allows South Korea to gain access to advanced technologies.
In Russia there are no such opportunities of getting advanced technologies in the automotive industry. On the one hand, Russia is not taken by the "golden billion" "partners" in the West and is considered only as a source of raw materials for their own interests, and on the other hand, the majority of Russians still believe in the power of the global market in which they "can" buy advanced technology for its car industry. There is a difficult realization of the fact that the West needs only those Russians who have a significant share of the share capital for raw materials and are willing to trade them on the terms dictated by the world market. Therefore, the new technologies of the leading automakers will not reach to the Russian Volga and Lada, and Russia itself is only able to allow Western auto giants to build at their own factories and to buy their cars for themselves. Governmental institutions in Moscow believe such a policy as "mutually beneficial", which allows them not to think of transporting themselves in a domestic Volga.
Of course, Russian capital has made efforts to remedy the situation in the automotive industry, some oligarchs, even thought it necessary for themselves to join the Formula One racing. Therefore, to start with in Moscow we had the racing cars near the Kremlin, thus simulating a racing circuit. Now in Sochi they have made large investments and built a Grand Prix circuit. As a result, Formula - 1 for a few days a year appears in Sochi and the cars of leading Western countries deigned the Russian circuit with noise of their engines. And given the global significance of this show, I think, the race track owners get some profit from its use.
Only here for the Russian automobile industry, the race track in Sochi is as important as any other circuit abroad. Russian model cars are not getting new technologies to improve their own cars, and what can be obtained at the big master's table of Western "partners" is already stale and thus Russian is seriously not capable of affecting the competition.
In order to understand what tasks are put before the technical services of Formula - 1, you need to quote from the technical regulations of the races regulating the development of the energy component in the cars. The leading link in regulation has become the energy recovery system (ERS). In addition to generating energy during braking, ERS units significantly improved in 2014, and they generate electro-energy not only from the heat from braking, but also from the use of waste heat from the engine and turbocharger. In contrast to the energy recovery system of the sample of 2013, which gave the driver an additional 80 horsepower (hp) for six seconds on each lap in the races, the ERS sample of 2014 already gives about 160 hp for 33 seconds on each lap. To compensate for the extra power generated by the ERS during braking, a rear brake control system has been allowed to be generated. Simply put, the teams participating in the racing cars when braking should not transform the energy into the heating of the brake pads, but to transform it into electricity generation, which is concentrated in batteries, and in the flat areas allows the driver to increase speed due to the inclusion of additional electro-motors from the batteries, which give for a few seconds an increase in the rate of speed in the order of 160 hp. At the same time the fuel tank is filled with only 100 litres of fuel, which under uneconomical driving in the race will not be enough.
Something similar needed to be already mentioned when talking about the creation of the best military equipment during the Great Patriotic War. And especially since 1942, when all Soviet aircraft construction was headed by G.M. Malenkov. I already spoke that: "It was he (Malenkov) who turned the conventional aircraft engine into a power plant and forced it to serve all design ideas. The aircraft designers were destined to save on everything, first of all, on weight, improved aerodynamics, and to ensure the reliability of life-support systems of aircraft. As a result, all design decisions were connected to aircraft fuel efficiency in the power plant, and the combat vehicle turned into a racing plane."
Today, our man in the street, with his mouth wide open, looking at the creation of Western models of the car industry, not knowing that all of their production of innovation was "stripped" from the Soviet military and post-war planning management system based on improving productivity. And the vast majority of modern people of Russia have no idea that the post-war automobile production in the USSR in everything, adopted the system of formation of the quality of Malenkov and created the Pobeda and Muskviches which were no less inferior to western cars. The fact that Malenkov laid down in 1942 the basis of all this quality formation, achieved by creating a high speed of the best models of Soviet aircraft, which, in turn, had military superiority in the air and had driven the Nazi vultures from Soviet soil. What exactly would be headed by Malenkov after the war, would result in the domestic rocket construction and achieve in 1957 the launch of the world's first artificial satellite, already reaching the highest speeds.
But who now remembers Malenkov who replaced the head of the Soviet Union, J.V. Stalin and was forced to resign from all his posts in 1957? Today, the overwhelming majority of the population remember Nikita Khrushchev as the "sole leader", who replaced Stalin. But Khrushchev as a result of his intrigues, appeared as the head of state only in 1958, when at the suggestion of K.Voroshilova, he became Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the USSR. And what did the head of the Soviet Union, Khrushchev do? He first rushed in 1959 on the created Tu-104 under the direction of Malenkov into the United States, to teach them there how to live ... Ever since then, the domestic everyman has been enthusiastically looking to Uncle Sam, thinking that it comes out with the highest wisdom.
But returning from the United States, Nikita Khrushchev’s logic was simple - all the problems in industry would have to be solved by institutions. As a result, planning and productivity were now not up to scratch, as they did not have the institutions. But most importantly, the Stakhanov method of increasing labour productivity was being made redundant, which was then replaced by an imitation flurry of activity and outright forgery. Without the Stakhanov method of increasing labour productivity, all Soviet planning turned out to be torpedoed. And Soviet power at that time was already doomed.
Meanwhile, the Stakhanov method of increasing productivity that was thrown overboard by Khrushchev was, in the 60s, adopted by the Japanese machine builders. Onto the Japanese car assembly conveyors arrived "quality circles", which repeated throughout the methods of increasing productivity set in the Soviet aviation industry by G. Malenkov and throughout copied the method of A. Stakhanov. As a result of the rapid pace of increase in labour productivity at the expense of quality circles, Japan in the 1980-s occupied second place in the capitalist world in terms of economic development. At that time, the Soviet Union was skidding in all directions. Accordingly, the "smart heads" in the USSR in the 80s could not offer anything else, other than the creation of another Management Institute, which appeared in the form of perestroika, called upon to look even more closely into the mouth of Uncle Sam.
If we look at the fact that allowed the forming of quality circles in the Grand Prix, and determined the behaviour of the technical services for Formula - 1 motor racing, we see a very instructive example. It is the productive forces collected from different countries of the West which present themselves as the labour aristocracy. And here it is not necessary to use the term "working class", as these labour groups are crammed into the body of big business, in which they are provided with an impressive salary and have to respect trade secrets. And although the role of these productive forces are taken away from the media spotlight, and the internal order created conditions for them amount to the "sacred cow", all this show of Formula One racing is one created for the sake of technical services, which operate in their main job. On the basis of these technical services are born all the modern technology in the automotive industry. And these modern technologies are already providing leadership in the automotive industry.
Can in such circumstances the best examples of technology of the western racing circuit come to Russian car factories? Of course, we can get such samples of modern cars at Russian plants, because the market is always looking for a profit, so, sooner or later, the West will sell the long-awaited technology to produce reliable components and parts. Except that this time, the Western car manufacturers will produce electric cars in bulk, in which the role of the internal combustion engine will be reduced to the level of less than 50% of the total electric power. Therefore, technology for powerful internal combustion engines will become obsolete and the West, under the laws of the market, at a good price will sell to Russia everything that has stopped finding application in the automotive industry's leading giants of imperialism.
Therefore, returning to the Russian domestic automotive engineering, we can say one thing. From our car industry, for that matter, and of the entire industry, the advanced working class, capable of massively increasing productivity has at best been struck out in its time. Although, statistically, it is certainly present, but does not show initiative because the initiative could be turned against it. For order on the Russian conveyor was reduced to the fact that the working class did not have a say, because the final word arrogated to itself the bureaucracy, which arrogated to itself all the privileges, which under Stalin-Malenkov belonged to the Stakhanovites.
It is impossible not to recall that Alexei Stakhanov with his best practices in coal production increased excavation by 14 times, resulting in him, like a pioneer of the method, had his salary increased by several times. In this sense, too, Stakhanov was a labour aristocracy. Only here, others followed him, and were also using in the mining conveyor his method of cutting coal, although it required additional exertion. Only the other miners in the future, began not to receive a higher salary, but began to receive an increase in their living standards by lowering the prices in the shops, where they bought the products of their livelihoods. The price tags in shops, from the miners’ massive increase in labour productivity using the Stakhanov method, began to drop, resulting in the purchasing power of the Soviet population increasing. And that's the essence of Soviet labour productivity.
One may recall the academician, while the President of the Academy of Sciences of the USSR A.P. Aleksandrov, who said how often he, the creator of the largest nuclear reactors in the world, had to seek the assistance of the working class. He also often did not have enough qualified assessments of everything that happens in a nuclear reactor. And for that assessment, the head of science of the country had to seek the help of an ordinary worker, who, directly in the reactor itself could determine what happens with units and parts in process of their hard work. The workers were isolated from the radioactive environment, and for literally seconds climbed into the shutdown reactor and evaluated the situation in the most heat-stressed areas on the scale requested by Academician Aleksandrov. No one else other than the workers themselves could give such an assessment. The head of Soviet science was getting qualified assessments of the state of affairs in the reactor, after which, further improvements were made in the establishment of nuclear power plants. In practice, the outstanding scientist could not do without a skilled evaluation from workers-experts, because these workers were pioneers in their field of work and led an entire industry in the development of the entire nuclear power industry.
In quality circles, created by Japanese design or in the technical services of Formula - 1, we can see the same analogue of workers and experts who lead the entire automotive industry of the West. Only there, industrial relations separated by the commercial secret peculiar to the world of Capital. Socialism, on the contrary, seeks commercial success from expert workers, ie, the Stakhanovite, put at the service of the people and improving the welfare of the entire labour force due to the policy of lowering prices.
Over the past half-century in the public mind, first the Soviet Union, and now - Russia, there has formed a strong opinion that the problems of labour productivity growth in manufacturing should be solved by scientists. The current system of standardizing work way back since the Khrushchev era, pushed the working class away from all problem solving in this area. The workers’ initiative on energy consumption did not receive any management support, due to reluctance by the bureaucracy to "move" the ordinary worker to the Olympus or an employee initiative itself could be turned against that same employee with the same guilt as a gross violation of some safety requirements. Therefore, in a climate of specially created stagnation, which was interpreted before as "taking care of all the Soviet people," "impossible in Stalin's time," is now exalted as "thorough protection at work", "guarded by overseeing services" – it is impossible to rely on the Stakhanovite initiative of the working class.
Progress is only able to develop under a unified system aimed at lowering the cost of energy. Only energy saving moves progress and the standard of living improves. And simply put, humanity already lives on the scale of energy consumption, but is counting on the cash component of the banking system which distributes profits, depending on the capital invested. But the majority of the population wants to have direct involvement in the use of energy resources, which are public property, and in large quantities can not belong to some kind of uncle Sam.
However, only in the Russian defence industry do the remnants of Malenkov still somehow continue to live, and reproduce warplanes and domestic rocket science. Here, it must be said, it has done its job with its secrecy of guarding defence from the outside world, which helped to preserve some test sites with whole services. They have even created something new in the form of a polygon for tank biathlon competitions that contribute to the qualitative improvement of military equipment. But this expiring "horse" does not go far. There should be a sharp and massive increase in labour productivity.
And where are we to get a sharp rise in productivity?
Only the working class can raise labour productivity. And the experience of the automotive industry says that just the working class alone will not raise anything. And the problem here is in the redistribution of profits. The working class also wants the profit in the state to work for it, not for some clever uncle Sam in a nice suit and expensive foreign car. For labour productivity in production by the broad masses is a criterion of success of the state in the world arena, and at its absence is crisis and decline. A decline can lead the country to a complete collapse.
Therefore, we can only dream of Russian quality circles, since we cannot talk of the Stakhanov component in modern conditions. Since, in both cases, the productive forces will require modern industrial relations, which will quickly come into conflict with the huge apparatus of bureaucracy, a parasite well-established since the Khrushchev era of industrial relations. As a result, the relations of production in the automotive industry are all in the same conditions as a prolonged sleep, when the productive forces just about work and the bureaucratic apparatus just about pays them their wages.
We cannot say that for the Russian reality, this situation was new. Domestic production relations once again are experiencing the coming of the "Dead Souls" by Nikolai Gogol, where dead "productive forces" traditionally sold their labour power, and their owners, from Manilov to Sobakevich prototypes with landlord greatness are in relentless dialogue about the great creation of Capital in Russia and the bliss of being in its "Garden of Eden". Anyway, on television, economists are deprived of any critical thought to the situation in the economy and talk about devalued equity of Russian issuers. From which all the created problems they see as only in helping small and medium businesses. In fact, share capital, which they consider as major, has long passed into the category of medium and small. And an example of this is the degradation of the domestic automobile industry.
Today in Russia, even the leading oil and gas monopolies cannot be attributed to the category of big business, as Gazprom and Rosneft lives in the image of feudal sheiks of the Middle East, leaching off energy resources. Even those monopolies lack any understanding of capital as self-expansion, since there is the absence of any expanded reproduction, not only in the public interest, but also in their own interests. We cannot consider the construction of pipelines to the West to be a successful investment. From the state's point of view - it's just trying to maintain the social policy in Russia at the expense of taxes on the sale of energy. In practice, such a policy repeats throughout the experience of the automotive industry, and relies on western parts.
In today's world, big capital presents itself as only the leading conglomerates of the United States and Germany. And between them there is and a fierce struggle for world leadership. Only China looks different, which could also take a leading position in the world, but there, the CCP runs the order of things. The BRICS countries economically allows Russia to make headway into the powerful potential of China's stock market to get away from the pressure of the dollar, but it does not make Russian capital major. As for the United States and Germany, then they are able to move away from direct confrontation due to the threat from their rivals and allies in the developing world where the forms of protest are taking on a more and more radical form. Although, admittedly, an extremist form of struggle by the oppressed masses is needed by capital itself, in order to ideologically justify the economic plunder of the developing world and massively direct against these masses the social protests of the "civilized" world.
The Russian bourgeois counter-revolution had no progressive leaders even on a capitalist footing, able to lead the second largest country in the category of leading monopolies of big business, no inferior to the United States and Germany. Occupying second place in the world in the economic potential of the USSR, Russia today may expect to get into the top ten countries in the world. The whole "progressive" community of Russia in their bourgeois transformation stood for leaders such as the Gaidar and Chubais. The only motive for this movement was - greed based on the thirst for money and property. Of course, among this audience, US and German intelligence immediately takes a leading role and, focuses on the economy of Russia for their own interests. Could major capital with such a situation in the country remains? Of course not.
In Russia today, what is meant by oligarchic capital, actually on the centre stage of world powers is only medium-sized business. Since this business does not have maternal autonomy and, for the most part is forced to take the position of the child, and for the most part is a grandchild benchmark in the financial pedigree, focusing on big capital in the US and Germany. Which then in turn, makes this business and the billionaires escape from Russia and seek support under the wing of the western, higher status of oligarchic structures. Therefore, if you look closely to the economic model of the Russian oligarchs, then it repeats throughout the same system the domestic automobile industry, where in Russia it is degradation and in the West - salvation.
Such degradation is in all reminiscent of the events of a century ago, when Russia was the fifth largest in the world, but quickly slid down to the "weakest link in the chain of imperialism." Today, Russia can no longer even claim fifth place in the world, which greatly reduces the time towards rolling to the weakest link.
And what sense can one refer to the concept of "the weakest link in the chain of imperialism"? Back then, Lenin saw three options of denouement of this situation, and fitted them into the socialist revolution thus: "Yesterday it was too early, tomorrow will be too late, you have today only!". What do these concepts mean? The fact that "yesterday was too early," meant for the inevitable defeat of the revolution, as Petrograd would use the troops of the Entente allies, namely France and England, followed by the United States and would have entered by the time the war in the Pacific and would certainly claim Vladivostok.
Why, then, "tomorrow will be too late"? But it would be too late because at Petrograd, the troops were already in Germany and the closest to their naval fleet, so the revolution would have suppressed the German troops as the Provisional Government in the situation in World War saw in yesterday's enemy a better ally. And the outcome of the First World War could have been very different, in favour of Germany.
As part of colonial policy, Russian bourgeois thought repeats throughout the thought of British analysts who in the wake of a more advanced bourgeois revolution XVII century, in the twentieth century surrendered all positions of its former colony on the North American continent and became subservient to it. The twentieth century swept away the old values of the bourgeois world and put share capital in charge of the entire policy, the high profit margins of which allow any crime to be committed, even under fear of the gallows. Therefore, in the world imperialist slaughter, the outcome of the war is not decided on the battlefield, but on the capture of the largest resource base, whose weight in the global economy becomes decisive. If Germany captured Russia's resource base, the other imperialists would have had no choice but to acknowledge Germany’s victory. Although for some time the fighting could go on, but in the presence of Russian resources and German industry - problems with advanced weaponry on the front from Germany would be absent. At the same time we must recognize that Russia has always had a significant stratum of the urban population that is always ready to support Germany, not excluding our time.
But saying "we must today," Lenin clearly defined the date of the Great October Revolution, which did not allow any forces to seize Russia, neither by the Entente nor by the troops of Germany. And this prophetic "must today" means understanding the revolutionary masses’ tension that allows for progressive changes in the country and moves the entire development of mankind. At the same time Lenin was an absolute philosopher and tribune of the masses which went first towards socialist revolution, and then to the industrialization of the whole country. None of the Russian leaders after Malenkov could be boasted in the same way.
Today, Russia needs socialism. Tomorrow will be too late, because the threat is looming today and it should be eliminated. The threat comes from the forces of fascism, which in Europe spread their shoulders and have the strong support of the US and Germany. Banderite Ukraine is only the first news. The European Union not in vain bankrupted countries like Greece and the Baltic states to the outlet to get new Greek "black colonels", as in the Baltic States to put in a new firing position a "Waffen SS."
In the current situation, in Russia lacks not only an understanding about what you need to progressively do today, but there is no technical policy that can stop the economic slide. At the same time, the Russian government is simply unable to put forward technical policy, because that drags along with it the raising of the working class to a higher stage of development and, as a result, strengthen its struggle to raise its living standards. And that is what the Russian bureaucracy is afraid of the most. As it will be forced to give up its privileges to the new hegemon. And it will not be the "hegemon" who had fallen asleep during the Khrushchev-Brezhnev stagnation, and was not able to wake up in the time of Gorbachev's "catastroika." The new hegemon will require reorientation profits in their favour by building revolutionary productivity with planned management of the entire economy, where energy consumption will be monitored daily and based on them will be the policy of lower prices.
That is the conclusion to which we come, if you carefully look at the problems of our industrialization in the automobile industry.

STATEMENT OF STAFFORDSHIRE KFA
PEACE IN KOREA, REUNIFICATION IN KOREA, STAND WITH THE KOREAN PEOPLE STAND, WITH THE DEMOCRATIC PEOPLES REPUBLIC OF KOREA

It is with alarm that the Staffordshire Branch of the UK Korean Friendship Association views the present situation upon the Korean peninsula. The state of affairs in Korea and in North East Asia, has spiralled into a war type crisis. A war in Korea, would potentially develop into a global war, involving nuclear war weapons. So it is in the interests of world peace and security, that the situation in Korea remains peaceful.

What sparked off this current crisis was the false allegations made by the Pak Chung Hee Regime that the Korean Peoples Army had planted land mines in the southern half of the Demilitarized Zone. This assertion made by south Korea does not stand to any kind of logic. Using this false flag, the south Korean authorities resumed psychological warfare broadcasts aimed at the northern half of the DMZ. The population of the Kaesong area of the DPRK have to endure loud broadcasts going on 24 hours a days, 7 days a week. Violating The 1953 Armistice Agreement, the south Korean military fired 36 shells at civil police posts located within the northern side of the DMZ. The Pak Chung Hee appears hell bent on creating conditions of confrontation and conflict on the Korean peninsula, so to suppress aspirations of the population of south Korea who desire peaceful reunification with their brothers and sisters.

So in response to the extremely aggressive moves of the Pak Chung Hee Regime, the Supreme Leadership of the Democratic Peoples Republic of Korea put the frontline units of the Korean Peoples Army in a state of semi-war alertness, on August 21st. The Korean People want peace and independent reunification, but if attacked by the south Korean puppets and their US imperialist backers, the Korean People and Army will defend with determination, the bastion of socialism, independence and human dignity, the DPRK. If the forces of imperialism launch a war of aggression, the Korean People will raise up with a just war of liberation and reunification.

The Staffordshire Branch of the Korean Friendship calls upon the Peace and Labour Movements, and indeed all sectors of public opinion to stop the war manoeuvres of the south Korean regime and to express solidarity with the Korean People. We the friends of Korea in Staffordshire stand shoulder to shoulder with the Democratic Peoples Republic of Korea, in defence of its socialism and sovereignty. Now is the time for all progressive people to rally around the just cause of Peoples Korea!

UK KFA HOLD EMERGENCY SKYPE MEETING
A very successful skype meeting of the UK KFA and Juche Idea Study Group , was held between 1500hrs and 1630 hours with members from all over the country participating in it ( and one member who had gone to live in Greece)
The meeting discussed the acute station caused the US imperialists and south Korean puppets who had committed many provocations

Dermot Hudson JISGE chairman and UK KFA chairman introduced the meeting saying the situation is very serious . The US imperialists and south Korean cannot be trusted and a war can break out at any moment . He said that the allegations against the DPRK are all lies .
Andy Brooks said more needs to be done to expose the south Korean regime as a human rights violator

. It was resolved to organise a picket of the south Korean puppet embassy . The meeting also decided to adopt in outline a resolution denouncing the provocations of the US imperialists and south Korean puppets , calling for the end to Ulji Freedom Guardian, the dismantlement of the loudspeakers and the withdrawal of US troops from south Korea.
The meeting also hear a short presentation by comrade Shaun Pickford on the 55th anniversary of the start of the Songun revolutionary leadership . He said that
the great leader comrade KIM JONG IL application of Songun politics is a great
achievement in the revolution. Dermot Hudson pointed out that the Songun revolutionary leadership began at the Seoul Ryu Kyong no 105 tank of the KPA on the 25th of August.

Dermot Hudson said the 46th anniversary of the foundation of the Anti-Imperialist National Democratic front of south Korea is very important as the AINDF are the south Korea liberation forces.
Shaun Pickford said more people should visit the DPRK.
Meeting concluded at 1630 with participants saying we must have more meetings like this.

The UK Korean Friendship Association applauds the 55h anniversary of the start of the Songun(army-first) revolutionary leadership on August 25th. This began with the on-the spot guidance of great leader generalissimo KIM JONG IL to the historic Seoul Guards Ryu Kyong Su no 105 tank division of the Korean People's Army .
The Songun revolutionary leadership is basically a continuation of the theories , ideas and leadership of the great leader President KIM IL SUNG . The president have learnt through the anti-Japanese armed struggle that arms guarantee the advance of the revolution and the independence of the nation .
The Korean People's Army was built up as the core of the revolution as well a powerful Juche-orientated defence force in which every soldier is a match for a hundred enemy soldiers and every soldier is a cadre.
The five plus decades of Songun revolutionary leadership of great generalissimo KIM JONG IL have produced great results . The DPRK is solid self-reliant military power, a socialist anti-imperialist military power of Juche . The DPRK has been a nuclear power for 9 years and a satellite launching nation .The DPRK's massive defence potential has secured the existence Korean-style socialism against the threats of US imperialism and its south Korean puppets.
The Songun revolutionary leadership has also seen the successful building of the economy and victories on the diplomatic front such as the opening of diplomatic relations with the UK and other Western countries. Songun politics actively defends peace and independence contributing to stablity in the Asia-Pacific region and the world.
