ABOUT THE AUCPB

The All-Union Communist Party of Bolsheviks (AUCPB), inheriting Bolshevik principles of the R.S.D.W.P. -R.S.D.W.P.(b) - A.U.C.P.(b) - of Lenin's policiy in the CPSU, is the highest form of proletarian class organisation, advanced detachment of the working class, acting in unity with the peasantry and labour intelligentsia, standing on the Party's positions for: the gain of political power - overthrowing the dictatorship of the bourgeoisie and establishment of the dictatorship of the proletariat, the destruction of private ownership over the instuments and means of production, the revival of the USSR, the further strenghtening of the proletarian interests for the complete victory of socialism and gradual transition to communism. The ideological and theoretical basis of the AUCPB is formed by Marx, Engels, Lenin, Stalin, is their doctrine in its creative application and development in modern conditions. The AUCPB is a component of the global communist movement with the aim of communism triumphing over the whole planet.

To the Central Committee of the Palestinian Communist Party

Dear comrades!
The All-Union Communist Party of Bolsheviks shares your concern about the split in the international communist and workers' movement, which plays into the hands of imperialism, Zionist-American capital, which leads the struggle for world domination, the struggle for the capture of natural raw materials and mineral resources, cheap labour in order to save its criminal existence, to save the last surviving historic clock of the exploitative capitalist system.
The political situation in the world escalates with each passing day because of the adventuristic, irresponsible policy of the United States, trying to rekindle the fire of another world war in any region of the world, where will be possible. According to Lenin - under capitalism, and especially in its imperialist stage, wars are inevitable. Besides socialism there is no salvation to mankind from war, famine, death of millions and millions of people. So today the struggle for socialism in advanced nations is the only way to defend the life of civilization and save the Earth from physical destruction.

The struggle for socialism is the struggle of the internationally-revolutionary proletariat. It is precisely because capitalism has linked the world in an economic organism, this struggle can not be but international. That's why we have always stood and will stand for the close approach and fusion of class-conscious workers of the advanced countries with the workers, peasants and slaves of all the oppressed countries. This convergence and fusion is possible through the organization, uniting in the struggle of all oppressed. Such an organization, we agree with YOU, can become a new Communist International, which has to be Marxist-Leninist, BOLSHEVIK, where the name itself will determine its membership. It should not be just be simply a communist Internationale. Today, opportunists and Trotskyists, and followers of the criminal Twentieth Party Congress - Trotskyist supporters of Nikita Khrushchev, who initiated the degeneration of the Communist Party in the Social-Democratic Party dare to call themselves Communists. It should be noted that the Social Democrats as under Lenin, and now still remain an ideological pillar of capitalism. Degeneration of the Party as a result of Khrushchev's policy guidance, led to the collapse of not only the USSR but also to betrayal and a sharp weakening of the communist movement in the world. Only within the boundaries of the former Soviet Union, there are about 50 parties that call themselves communist, but in fact are at best social-democratic, parliamentary, and are infected with right and left opportunism (Trotskyism), parliamentarism and anti-Stalinism.
The same pattern is observed almost all over the world.

Anti-Stalinism is a particular danger in the communist and labour movement, which we call the Trojan Horse in the communist movement.

We believe that today, creating a Bolshevik Communist International – a Party of Communists of the world is very difficult for us, because:
1. There is no global ruling Communist Party, which would assume the role of a guiding force (as was the Soviet Union)
2. We all do not have the financial base, which is necessary for the creation of the world party (the Communist International maintained by the Soviet Communist Party (VKP (b)),
3. There are no possibilities at the moment to form an educational and political centre, where it could conduct seminars on current topics and to LEARN to fight,
4. There is no operational connection between us,
5. Not every party has the possibility of translation into different languages.
6. Via the Internet we are connected with the American system of monitoring and recording our conversations ...

Fully supporting your valuable initiative, at the same time, we believe that we should begin not with the creation of a World Party of the Communist International, but with a COMIFORM (Communist Information Bureau). The aim is to build bridges between us, the coordination of joint actions in different parts of the world, simultaneous actions in defence of political prisoners, etc.

A COMINTERN will be the next stage of our unification.

Declaring documents should be thoroughly pondered over additionally.
