It is sometimes written that, with the adoption of the Declaration of State Sovereignty of the RSFSR on June 12, 1990, the disintegration of the USSR began. This is not entirely true. The destruction (its consciously carried out destruction, and not some spontaneous decay) began earlier. The "Declaration ..." is a step in this series, not the first and not the last, which, however, does not make it less shameful. To celebrate the anniversary of this event can either be only done by explicit and conscious enemies of the people - those for whom the nineties – "are sacred", or half-wits, do not understand what happened then.

In recent years, drawing attention to the mood among the people, a number of politicians, far from being communist, declare their regrets about the destruction of the Soviet Union. But you should pay attention to what they mean.

Here is President Vladimir Putin on September 23, 2016. At a meeting with the leaders of parties that passed on the results of the elections to the State Duma, said: "... You know how I feel about the collapse of the Soviet Union. It was not necessary to do it at all, it was possible to carry out” transformations, including democratic ones ... " (http://www.kremlin.ru/events/president/news/52957)

Most commentators talked about his subsequent words - that at that time the Communist Party was at the head of the state. But the most significant in the above statement is not this. And it's not even that the president does not understand that the collapse was the result of those very "democratic" transformations.

From this statement it follows that under the "collapse of the Soviet Union" he means only the falling of the territories, but "transformations of a democratic nature" - that is, the rejection of state planning, the introduction of a "free market", privatization, etc. He considers these useful and necessary.

In fact, the destruction of the USSR is primarily a change in the social system, a change in ideological principles that are the lifeblood.

Then, in 1989-1991, a false alternative was imposed, even though the possibility of a real alternative was obscured.

The Supreme Soviet of the RSFSR against the Supreme Soviet of the USSR - both Councils were already anti-Soviet.

If not Gorbachev, then Yeltsin, if not Yeltsin, then Gorbachev.

But they both talked about the inevitable need to move to the market and "denationalize" the economy. Both of them "condemned the illegal Stalinist repressions".

And now they are also imposing a false alternative: to choose between the liberal Westerners and Orthodox monarchists (supposedly "patriots"). Thus, the head of the LDPR Zhirinovsky, after receiving from the hands of Russian President V.Putin the Order "For Services to the Fatherland of the II degree", suggested replacing the anthem of the Russian Federation with the anthem of the Russian Empire "God Save the Tsar" ... They seem to hate each other. But those and others, hate he Soviet past, even more. And in the economy between them, too, there is no difference - both those and others stand for private property.

In fact, the only way to revive the country is to return to the socialist principles both in the economy, and in politics, and in all other areas of the functioning of society.

On June 12, 1990 The First Congress of People's Deputies of the RSFSR proclaimed "a declaration on the state sovereignty of the RSFSR." Question - FROM WHOM? Russia was the cementing core of the USSR and the donor of all other republics of the USSR, it turns out, "independence" from itself, from the Soviet Union? The "legal" absurdity of this declaration is obvious.

The "Declaration" was proposed to the Congress by Yeltsin with the aim of opposing Russia, the center, the Soviet Union, to seize power in the Supreme Soviet of the RSFSR (where he was elected exactly one year later) and untie one's hands, ensure the supremacy of the laws of the RSFSR over the laws of the USSR (which was proclaimed in the declaration), to begin the collapse of the Soviet Union and "shock therapy" to steal our public property.

Russia annually celebrates the day of June 12 as the day of Russia, "the birthday of its sovereignty and independence." "The question is from whom, if the Soviet Union was formed in its time around Russia? This was really the beginning of the collapse of the USSR," announced Margaret Thatcher at the results of the subversive work of foreign secret services in the USSR, in her report on the collapse of the USSR on 11.1991, boasting that they were not mistaken in choosing Gorbachev and Yeltsin as persons capable of providing plans for eliminating from World map the main geopolitical enemy of the capitalist West.

The "Declaration" opened the "parade of sovereignties" and, as Judas Gorbachev put it, "hammered the first nail into the coffin of the Soviet Union".

For us, the Soviet people, June 12 is not a holiday, but a day of national shame and sorrow. A Dark day in the calendar.

"The Declaration on State Sovereignty" laid the legal foundation for the collapse of the USSR, the destruction of the single national economic complex, opened the gate to the plundering of public property, in the mass consciousness of Soviet people led to the rejection of understanding the single fate of the peoples inhabiting our country, to the "war of laws" to the parade of sovereignty," " privatization" of state property, unleashing the separatist bourgeois-nationalist forces.

The main driving force behind the collapse of the USSR was the CPSU, which by that time had been completely mired in bourgeois reformism. The first congress of people's deputies of the RSFSR, which proclaimed "state sovereignty of the RSFSR," was 86% composed of members of the CPSU. The results of voting are striking: 907 voted "for", "against" - 13, "abstained" - 9. "Against" voted representatives of the "autonomies" of the RSFSR, dissatisfied with the fact that they were granted "too little" "sovereignty" within the RSFSR. The protocols of a roll call were not published. But many years later they appeared in print (the results of a roll-call vote). The crime of the destroyers of our Soviet homeland has no statute of limitations.
