ABOUT THE AUCPB

The All-Union Communist Party of Bolsheviks (AUCPB), inheriting Bolshevik principles of the R.S.D.W.P. -R.S.D.W.P.(b) - A.U.C.P.(b) - of Lenin's policiy in the CPSU, is the highest form of proletarian class organisation, advanced detachment of the working class, acting in unity with the peasantry and labour intelligentsia, standing on the Party's positions for: the gain of political power - overthrowing the dictatorship of the bourgeoisie and establishment of the dictatorship of the proletariat, the destruction of private ownership over the instuments and means of production, the revival of the USSR, the further strenghtening of the proletarian interests for the complete victory of socialism and gradual transition to communism. The ideological and theoretical basis of the AUCPB is formed by Marx, Engels, Lenin, Stalin, is their doctrine in its creative application and development in modern conditions. The AUCPB is a component of the global communist movement with the aim of communism triumphing over the whole planet.

Overview of the labor movement in the first half of May 2017





Strike by truckers in the Karachay-Cherkess Republic

On May 9 in the city of Cherkessk more than 70 drivers of heavy trucks continued their strike. In general, there were more than 500 strikers on this day. "Truckers" continue to seek the abolition of the "Plato" system , which is created to collect money for travel on federal routes.

On the eve, on May 8, about 100 trucks took part in the rally against this innovation of Putin's government. Cars drove from Cherkessk to Karachaevsk and back. The protest rally lasted an hour and a half.

Participants of this event called for an all-Russian action to support the truckers. They proposed that all transport workers should show solidarity and support the protesting colleagues. It would be nice if drivers who agree with the demands of the truckers, simultaneously and everywhere stopped their cars, drove off the road and stopped for one hour.

Strike in the Leningrad Region

On the morning of May 4, taxi drivers in the settlements of Murino and Devyatkino, Vsevolozhsky district, refused to turn up for work.

The strikers demanded changes in working conditions and higher wages.

The strike by drivers in Murino was associated with higher rates of earnings. Instead of the previous 9.5 thousand rubles a day, they were ordered to earn over 11.5 thousand rubles.

Strike by river men in Yakutia

After the May holidays in this republic there was a strike. It was organized by the crews of river ships. The strikers opposed the new ill-considered tariffs for transportation.

After the start of the strike, a large number of passengers and motor vehicles accumulated on the bank of the Lena River.

Rally in the Ivanovo region

On May 6 in the city of Vichuga, former workers of the local machine-building plant organized a protest action. They went to a rally with demands to pay off their debts on wages.

More than 100 people took part in the event.

As a result of the meeting, appeals were made to the Vichug inter-district prosecutor's office, to the arbitration court of the Ivanovo region. In their appeals, factory workers asked for urgent measures to immediately end the wage arrears. The protesters also announced the preparations for a picket at the government building of the region with the aim of strengthening the impact on local authorities and encouraging them to participate in solving the problems of the machine-building plant.

The plant was a city-forming enterprise, employing about 1000 employees. In September 2015 the plant work was stopped, declared bankrupt, and the labor collective dismissed.

By early May, workers had not received a total of more than 28 million rubles in wages.

"Deep" strikes by Ukrainian miners.

On May 10, it became known that in the city of Krivoi Rog in the Dnipropetrovsk region, more than 200 miners of the Sukhaya Balka mine remained at a depth of 1343 meters and demanded a raise in their salaries.

A few days before, 400 workers at the four mines of the Krivoy Rog Iron Ore Plant refused to come to the surface after the end of the shift. Their demands were similar.
