On April 16, 2017 in the city of Irkutsk, a constituent meeting of
comrades was held to establish the Irkutsk regional party
organization of thte AUCPB. All the comrades who joined the AUCPB, in
the past were members of the Communist Party of the Russian
Federation (mainly those who formerly belonged to the Irkutsk
Regional Committee of the Communist Party of the Russian
Federation).
Political maturation of the Bolshevik orientation of the above-mentioned comrades began a few years ago, when the first secretary of the Irkutsk regional committee of the Communist Party was R.V. Oznobihin , who began to come into conflict with the Irkutsk Regional Committee of the Communist Party because of the Menshevik-opportunist orientation of the regional committee. As a result, Comrade Oznobikhin was dismissed from his post as First Secretary of the Irkutsk Regional Committee of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation. For a long time the Irkutsk regional committee of the CPRF, through the fault of the regional committee, was without actual control and fell into a complete decline.
In November 2014, as the first secretary of the Irkutsk regional committee of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation was elected comrade S.A. Levchenko (Namesake of the governor of Irkutsk region Levchenko SG - ed.). For two years Levchenko with comrades raised this district committee, as they say, from its knees. Levchenko repeatedly came into conflict with the leadership of the Irkutsk Regional Committee of the Communist Party, as the CPRF which openly supported the bourgeoisie, and not the working people. In the summer of 2016, the conflict between the Irkutsk district committee and the regional committee was exacerbated by the nomination of bourgeois and oligarchs by the Communist Party candidates to the State Duma of the Russian Federation. In October 2016, the Irkutsk District Committee of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation under the leadership of Levchenko openly told the leadership of the Irkutsk Regional Committee of the Communist Party on the transition of the district committee to the Bolshevik position. On November 28, 2016. Levchenko and V.Sukhankin sent an open letter to the Central Committee of the AUCPB on cooperation. In December 2016, the above-mentioned comrades went to Denisyuk, Secretary of the Central Committee of the AUCPB to establish communication and cooperation. In connection with the fact that Levchenko SA. And V.Sukhankin came to direct contact with the AUCPB, Levchenko on February 14, 2017 was dismissed from the post of first secretary of the Irkutsk regional committee of the Communist Party. As a result, the Irkutsk regional committee of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation announced to the Irkutsk Oblast a boycott. About 40 people left the Communist Party of the Russian Federation (there were also a lot of traitors who went to the side of the Irkutsk regional committee for nominating them to elective posts of the heads of municipalities and deputies). But on March 5, 2017 on the day of the memory of J.V. Stalin, the Irkutsk regional committee was dissolved by the Irkutsk Regional Committee of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation. Levchenko began to form a party organization of the AUCPB in the Irkutsk region.
No matter how difficult and difficult it is, conscious communists, who are not craving for their their wallet being filled, but on the contrary for the exhausted people, created the Party organization of the AUCPB in the Irkutsk region for further struggle against the bourgeoisie.
